Anthony and his team did a great job and my car was ready earlier than the estimate stated. There was one minor part alignment issue when I picked my car up and they took care of it right away. You get a text as to the progress of the vehicle repair, but that could use better improvement. It would be nice if pictures could be provided along with the progress. I like that they guarantee the work for as long as you own the car.

Anthony and Arfeen provide consistent, attentive, and responsive management and customer service that was again above and beyond basic standards. This was my second service case with their Huntington location because I know I can trust the service to be high-quality and what is needed to get my vehicle back on the road safely and as soon as possible. When the at-fault driver's insurance company initially tried to deny driver responsibility and coverage, the guys helped me understand my rights and led me to the correct insurance verification number and the full repair and car rental costs were covered 100% and included preferred dealer parts. Once again, they helped me navigate a very stressful incident. I tell everyone who asks to keep Calibur Collision of Huntington in mind should they ever need them because they keep the bar set high.

Caliber Collision in Huntington was amazing! I had some damage in the front of my car that needed some repainting and it came out great. I couldn't be happier with the service and care provided at Caliber in Huntington. A HUGE thanks to Anthony and his team as they were fantastic.

Extremely helpful and nice. Guided me through the whole process and made sure I understand what is being done and what is being worked on. My BMW M850i feels like it was never in an accident in the first place. Would definitely recommend for someone who is looking to repair their car due to an accident.

I had a wonderful experience with the entire staff at Caliber. I worked with caliber after my car was stolen and found with damages. Caliber returned it to me good as new. As much as I didn t feel comfortable in the car after the police found it, Caliber handled the damages and cleaned it up very well. Also drove me to rent a car and returned the rental for me! 10 stars across the board!!!Service: Body & Trim

Caliber collision did an excellent job with servicing my G70. Had a lot of back and forth issues with my local dealer and I decided to give Caliber a try. Anthony was attentive and helped me out as I dealt with water issues and engine problems in my car. You should definitely use Caliber!

Good quality business. I was very happy with the work they did. My only issue was that when cleaning the vehicle before returning it to me, they sprayed the inside with water. The inside of my trunk was very wet when it picked it up. I informed them and they made an effort to dry it, but the carpet in the back was still wet and the next morning there was a horrible musty smell in the car. It took a full day to air it out.Service: Body & Trim

After a sideswipe flattened my front-right fender, I was recommended to Caliber by my insurance. They tried to fix the damage, but since it's impossible to get the tinfoil-thin body back to shape, they decided to replace the whole body part. The car looked like it just came out of the showroom. After collecting the car, we noticed a whistling sound coming from some damage on the sideview mirror. We took it back and Anthony sorted it out immediately. Hopefully I never need collision services again, but if I do, I'm going back here.Service: Body & Trim

Great experience. Repairs were completed ahead of schedule. Great communication throughout the process and great teamwork with the rental car company. They are total pros and went out of their way to make sure I was completely satisfied.
