Worked on my mother s car and where the work was done looks brand new. The service was fast and everyone was extremely nice. 10/10 would recommend

I called Wards and they were booked until mid-end of August but I had heard great things about them and my employer uses them sometimes for agency vehicles. So I scheduled a time for the following morning to stop in and have them take pictures of damages to my car after it was rear ended. Then I planned on just waiting until August to have it repaired. I was supposed to receive an email later that day with an estimate.I never heard from them so I called a couple days later and was told the person didn't get a chance to complete the estimate and was now out. I confirmed I'd have to schedule an appointment in August but she then told me it would now be mid to end of September!She was not apologetic, never offered to schedule the appointment and all she said was someone would get back to me with the estimate asap.It's been over 2 and a half weeks since I had the pictures taken. No one ever called me back or emailed me. Ridiculous.

A deer hit my Subaru Forester in June and did some damage up and down the passenger side of my car. I brought it to Ward s and everyone was so knowledgeable and helpful! I picked it up today and it looks brand new, inside and out. Added bonus: Enterprise has a contract with Ward s where they will drop off and pick up your rental right at the shop. Cannot recommended them enough!Services: Painting, Body & Trim, Auto detailing

Sent to Wards for auto body repair. Customer service was excellent, insurance and car rental handled well and repair was exceptional. My vehicle was vacuumed and washed and ready for me within acceptable time frame. Highly recommend

Brought our car here after a fender bender. The rear of the car was pretty messed up. They seamlessly worked with our insurance company and got the car back to us as promised. We bought the car used from Lexus, and I must say, the car looks better than when we picked it up from the dealer. Ward's did a fabulous job. The car looks fantastic inside and out. I didn't expect them to detail the entire car inside and out! It now looks new and smells great! Thank you Ward's for paying attention to even the smallest details and going above and beyond to satisfy a customer. Not many businesses do that anymore. Also, thanks to Lexi for taking care of us throughout the whole process.

After an unfortunate deer collision destroyed the front of our brand new Highlander, Ward's did a fantastic job of repairing it. Lexi was very personable and helpful on the phone and in person, and Don talked me through everything I needed to know when I called. They also helped with car rental--it's a drop-off spot for Enterprise, which is great--and generally did a fine job of returning our car to us as good as new. Ward's does excellent work and made my vehicle look as good as new! As an Insurance Broker, not only do I trust them with my own vehicles, but many of my insureds use them as well, all with the same great experience! I highly recommend Ward's!

Our car was returned to us in better condition than when we took it from the car dealership. It's difficult to find a business that you leave with a smile, but we did from Ward's Collision Center! Great experience fixing a broken door on a Mazda CX-5 from a hit and run incident. They worked hand in hand with NYCM insurance and enterprise rental so that I didn't have to lift a finger. The repair was fast and looked flawless, you'd never have known there was an issue. Friendly staff and easy process.

Wards was called to an accident scene where the vehicle was winched out of a small ditch, the road was cleaned up and vehicle was towed to their lot just over 7 miles. Their storage fee is $85 per day. After all of that, they produced a bill of $1607. They are not willing to negotiate on price.If they come to the scene of your accident, I would wait for someone else.If I could give negative stars, I would.

When I put a hole in my oil pan they were extremely helpful and came with the tow truck within an hour. They were able to work with me to make the experience as painless and affordable as possible. I'll always recommend them to any friend or family member.

The whole staff was very friendly and professional. I to have a bumper replaced on my car due to someone hitting my car. This was my first experience with any body shop and I was very impressed with how quickly they completed the job and how helpful they were.I would recommend to all my friends.

Timely with fixing my little car. Everyone we talked with was polite and and willing to answer questions. They did a superb job fixing the dings and scratches from a minor fender bender. When I picked up my car they had detailed it too!

Great work, excellent customer service. Recently re-finished the bumper on a 2006 tri-coat Acura bumper for me. Also fixed severe swirl marks on my 2014 black gmc sierra. I recommend this shop 100%.

Everyone there is super nice. From what I ve seen, they take their work pretty seriously. It s unfortunate when customers sometimes spitefully leave bad reviews due to circumstances beyond Ward s control. I m positive you will be pleased with Ward s quality and customer service.

The staff at Ward's Collision did an excellent job of fixing our car, working with the insurance company. The car was done on time and they even detailed the interior.

My truck was towed here for insurance estimate after accident,etamate was very low and were not going to repace my mangeled tow hitch rear frame but try to bend it back..ok no prob I'll take it some where else Think again told us that we could Not have our truck back unless we paid some crazy storage charges that were worth more than truck,we were never informed of ,. ..Were rude and said it clearly posted on wall in my shop(that they know we never in) THEY KEPT MY TRUCK..wasnt worth fight..was few yrs back but terrible experience
