I never had a good experience with the previous owners but I went there when I discovered new owners had taken over the dealership as I wanted to upgrade my old Jeep Wrangler for a new one. The new staff was wonderful! I was treated like an old friend and given great info on my possibilities of trading up. I did exactly that and we are loving our new High Altitude 4xE. Thanks to Mark and Mark for taking such good care of us. I have already sent another friend there!

Leasing a 2022 Jeep Renegade and we absolutely love it so far! Matt was very helpful without being pushy like a lot of dealerships tend to be. Katie was very kind and it was a very speedy process. Carter in customer service was also very friendly and helpful. Everyone there was very professional and courteous.

Got an internet trade in price from their website, drive 2 hours to buy their car after sending them screenshots of my trade and their car to be told the $27,875 internet quote was something Oh you can t go by that your trade is $22,500. Oh well that was the deal I was driving 2 hrs for. Typical bait and switch. Buyer beware

I had best experience at Village Dodge Jeep. My sales person was Katie Kobos. She so down to earth and such a great listener. Just overall great person to work with. I would buy another car from Katie. We also delt Matt in finance and he's gone out of his way to make us feel comfortable as well. I believe Village Dodge has a great team. I love my 2018 Jeep Wrangler 2 door.

Weeks to get an A/C compressor. Days to get a belt. So my truck was there for almost 3 weeks. Almost $2000 later it was done.For Supercar prices you would think they would have inventory....Hourly prices are stiff. Maybe not worse than other dealers, but still.......

Had a great experience there, our sales women Michaela super helpful and was able to answer all our questions without hesitation. We didnt feel like we were rushed or forced to purchase anything that was unnecessary and we got to enjoy the whole car buying experience. Definitely will go back and refer friends and family there.

I have been taking my 1500 Ram here for many years. They always do the right thing. Any problems that I may have are very pleasantly resolved. My truck runs very well and has the best of care here. They people that I deal with, specifically Mike and Courtney in service as well as Carter have always done their best to make sure I'm happy with the services provided. This team takes the time to make sure the work is done well and I am pleased with it. Being in Arizona and dealing with another dealer brought home the fact that Village is a great dealer and I wish my A/C would have gone while at home. I can not praise them enough!

Excellent service, transparent and respectful, when I brought in my car for a tire change and it needed more work than expected. Courtney in Service explained everything very clearly in a down to earth, clear manner, and I was shown with great clarity why the old lug nuts had to come off and why the new lug nuts would be better. Also the sales manager patiently fielded some inquiries about a vehicle purchase and provided requested details.

I had to follow my brother there, having issues with his truck, he went in and they told him it would take about 4 weeks to get it back! They were that far behind! I never heard of such nonsense! They could get people from another dealership to get them caught up, couldn't they? He's already changed the battery and alternator. I think they should think more about customer service.

A terrific first time experience today! My Vehicle had a recall, and they scheduled me quickly. ALL Staff I had interaction with, and Service Manager Bo are top notch! Each and every staff member at Village Dodge were Polite/Friendly, Knowledgeable, attentive and incredibly professional! Thoroughly impressed and will continue using Village Dodge for any and all necessary work needed on my vehicle. Kudos!

Worst customer service ever. Brought my car in for a diagnostic run, after making an appointment over a month before, and conforming all insurance and guaranty paperwork before hand. The guy at the front desk "Mike" wouldn't even take the car, saying that they don't service for my my insurance (I took their info from the approved list of the insurance site). Then I proceeded to call the insurance back to clarify and they said they should be able to take the car and run the diagnostic with no problem to then submit the quote to them. Once back inside and explained what they said to Mike, he kept saying he wont take the car, not to mention, he was rude, inappropriate and just overall very unhelpful.

Had an oil change, vehicle inspection and a set of new tires put on. Technicians were knowledgeable, courteous and pretty quick. Everyone there seemed to really care about how they did their jobs. Will bring my truck back there in the future. An added bonus - if you buy your tires there, you get free rotation for the life of the tires! Thanks Village Dodge!

This place is a joke. I would not recommended this Circus to anyone. I bought a used truck from them I was told buy the Sales rep that I hade a 60 day 6000 mile warranty hade a issue with the front end called and then all of a sudden it was only 30day 3000 mile that s just one thing. Was told buy the manager Before I picked the truck up they did a oil change and fuel filters that was also not done. I highly recommend going somewhere else I would not buy a Matchbox car from this place

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO BE SERVICED HERE!!! In over 40 odd years of my driving experience, I ve never experienced anything like this! My son brought his Jeep in 4 weeks ago. Never once did they call. They fixed random things, but did not address what the actual code said to do, which means the check engine light is STILL on. I believe they disregarded him because he s young. Perhaps they will do this if you are old as well. We are very patient people, but are starting to get extremely frustrated. So, today I spoke with the manager, who, at 4:30 in the afternoon said they will diagnose the problem (!) and call me back in 15 minutes. We waited for over an hour in a place where we had cell service to no avail. He never called. This is after my son was assured by a service person that his car would be definitely be done by today.At this point, this is inexcusable, and completely unprofessional. It s to the point of being outright rude. The manger said to me today I didn t realize this was a rush job ! It s the 4th week.What a joke.

Untrustworthy.Unorganized. privacy was violated, couldn't even give a full tank of gas and nickel and dimes me, made me pay overnight a title was never told to bring, then broke promise on destroying check, and charged me $75 in doc fees then wanted reg fee of $65. Bought brand new vehicle. Which was told would be $32k but somehow became 33k.Shifty people.Should have known better, their rep 30 years ago was bad, still is. Customer service is not their strong suit.

First time using Village Dodge service center. Friendly staff, great work done in a timely manner. Trustworthy and fairly priced. You couldn't ask for more than that when it comes to auto repair.

We hope the dealership realizes just how fortunate they are to have Bo Berzal as Service Manager and Justin as Parts Manager. They both were refreshingly honest when dealing with us and turned what could have been an unpleasant situation into a VERY positive experience. Great job, guys!

Tried to rip me off beyond belief. Everyone told me not to go there, but I decided to see if I could get a good deal. Unless you consider paying retail price for one of their vehicles and having them give u well below trade in value for your own, stay away!! Ed is a crook and I feel bad for those who have to deal with him. He doesn t listen to the customer at all and is only interested in making the most he can in his commission check.

This may be the worst place to ever bring your car. My car has been sitting there for 4 weeks without a single phone call on their end. I have called at least 5 times only getting the same answer that they fixed it and it s running 90% good there s just one more thing they have to do. All this only to find today that they are now going to try to diagnose the problem. The manager Bo also promised today to call in 15 minutes to tell me what the problem was and me and my mom sat somewhere with service for 50 minutes without a word so we could get the chance to find out what the problem is, but still no call. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU WANT TO GET YOUR CAR BACK!!!

Not happy with customer service at all. My father in law went there. They tried to upsell stuff he did not need at all. Service writer did not understand what No means. My father in law asked the service writer to speak with me. I did. His name was Bryan and he was rude and arrogant. My father in law ill never go there again

In the process of buying a new Dodge Ram 2500 that they had to get in from another dealer. A few kinks that had to be worked out but the truck is finally in and my husband picks it up on Saturday morning. Everyone has been pleasant, informative and helpful during this whole process.
