I stopped in to get a price on a 4 post lift, I spoke to a gentleman who had all the information I needed. The staff are Extremely knowledgeable and attentive to my questions. As I was leaving I realized my 32 Ford blew a brake line and the staff tried to get me a rollback truck to tow me home but ultimately we ended up fixing it in the parking lot. The staff would not take no money for helping me out, but if this is the way they treat new customers they absolutely have a customer in me for life. That is old school service at its finest, thank you again for your amazing help and hospitality. From my experience trust Total Tool as a company that puts service 100% ahead of everything. Bravo and thank you again.
