12/23/2023- I Just purchased a 2022 ram 2500 6.7. Diesel from Matt at Orchard, and they have been a pleasure to work with. I realized after i bought that the tires were not 10 ply, and as soon as I spoke with Matt they ordered and installed 4 brand new falken wildpeak all terrain 10 plys two days later. I would highly recommend , and have had nothing but good luck so far.

honestly incredible people work here. Marq (Q) was phenomenal, personable, and knowledgeable. His good energy alone could make you walk out there with a brand new car. He helped walk me through every step of the process and feel comfortable. The owner Marc was also so nice and accommodating. 10/10 would recommend stopping in either to shop or seek service.

Matt backland made this process flawless and easy. I went in on a Thursday and walked out with my brand new jeep on Saturday. Everyone from start to finish was amazing!

Great experience. Mark Blue assisted me with the purchase of my Grand Cherokee Laredo e. Though this vehicle was not my first choice, it ended up being the perfect choice because Mark listened to my list of wants in a vehicle. Quick, painless, buy. Kudos to Orchard!

My mom came in yesterday to trade in her car, everything was fine but she dosent speak very good English. When it came time for paperwork they didn t explain to her all the things she was being charged for. We looked over the papers when we got home and the numbers were absolutely crazy for a used car. We came back and found out they were charging us thousands of dollars more than they should have, they didn t have any explanation and just said it was a mistake. If me and my mom would not have come back she would ve Payed an insane amount of money. We think they should have better help with native speakers and to explain everything they are charging someone even if they speak another language.

Just bought a 2024 Dodge Ram and couldn't be happier! I walked into the dealership one day with a list of what I needed and wanted in a truck and Mark B. found exactly what matched those. We bought a truck recently from Orchard in Columbia County. What a spectacular place to buy a vehicle, we got helped right away everyone was so helpful from beginning to end! Mark I m unsure if he was owner or manager but he was absolutely great, can t say enough about how wonderful we got treated there! Thank you Mark & Carter for helping me pick out a Jeep Gladiator. I had a great experience meeting the Orchard staff and thank you all for being so friendly and welcoming. I happened to stop in on a day when they we feeding some of the employees, and had some of the best Lasagna I have ever had. (Don't tell my mom). Thank you again and will recommend.

The team at Orchard Chrysler Dodge and Jeep RAM were nothing but kind, patient and experts in their vehicles when my wife and I went in to look for a new car.��We had the pleasure of working with Mark, Preston and Thomas throughout the entire process and couldn t be happier with how we were welcomed and treated by all.��The general manager, Marc Brown even made a point to greet us and check-in to make sure things were going smoothly for us and to see if we needed anything else to help make our experience even easier.��My wife and I would highly recommend this dealership if you are looking for a small, close team who make you feel at home and comfortable while having a smooth and stress free car purchasing experience.

The entire process, from test drive to financing, was seamless and stress-free. The finance department worked diligently to find me the best possible rates and terms, explaining everything clearly and answering all my questions thoroughly. I never felt confused or unsure about any aspect of the deal. Recommend!
