All of management is very unorganized, they do not pay their employees well at all. Regional management is rude and even more unorganized. I advise to make the right decision and stop by a local parts store not a corporate mess. ALSO: Be aware of staff coming for you personally. A staff member found my employer and left a FALSE review against me which would not be possible since i am not in a customer facing position. All because i shared an honest review of this store. Regional office was left a voicemail.

Very knowledgeable staff. Some staff are more helpful then others the staff I had was very sarcastic and not energetic. Please be mindful that they are knowledgeable just not always friendly.

After get out of the Hoffman Car Wash we are repaired for the Mercedes Benz new bumper black I brought louder horns cars or trucks It looks like Train Horn If I was Speed up then we are going Pass the cars Dodge Challenger.

My brother actually went here. I was shocked when he told me they didn't offer to test his battery. Especially when he had an issue with his alternator too. So he spent over $400. Not knowing what the heck was wrong with his truck. I have always used Carquest. They always help me figure out what is going on with my car. They change my wiper blades.

Not going there anymore. Been going here for years but within the last year it has gone downhill since this lady I think her name jean took over. Im assuming she might be manager, which explains all the problems they are having. Cant find things, customers wait in line so long they walk out the store. This is an honest review and Im saying I wont go there anymore despite being one of my most frequented stores so I'm upset with that. That one person can ruin so much and cause so much damage. Today was the last straw. I went to advanced and signed up with them instead. Ill use my remaining autozone points at a different location then I'm never going back to any of them again. Everyone knows what I'm talking about too but doesnt want to bother writing reviews. I could go further and contact the DM. Just now standing in there a customer behind said same thing how frustrated he gets going in there now and even the other cashier agreed. I was happy to see another cashier but when he went to find some spark plugs for me he couldnt find them then had to ask her which she said later, she was too busy fratenizing with a friend or family which im sure will say she's the greatest person ever.

I had a fantastic experience here today. Brian went well above and beyond to help me with my car. His demeanor and customer service was friendly and quite genuine. I vehemently object to writing reviews, but I felt it necessary given my experience. Super satisfied.

Went there for a battery replacement and the young guy kept acting like he was annoyed huffing and puffing! Then another customer went and he did it again. I ve never been there and had to deal with that. The attitude has to change!

I always go into AutoZone for all my needs and today I went into AutoZone to get a light bulb for my car and the guy behind the register was on the phone with his buddies and when I asked about my car the light bulb I needed he just threw me a number usually I always get help they always come out they help me but he did not he was very rude and that's all I have to say I'll go to Napa from now on or advance Auto

I recently ordered a product to be delivered same day. It cost alot but was worth it or so I thought. Autozone doesn't do their own deliveries. Uber does it and not very well. When I complained the workers at Autozone had no idea about my delivery which went to wrong address which made me go out anyway to get part that I had to have to drive my truck with in the morning. The worst part I was still charged $17.12 for delivery I never got. Bad service.

My daughter and I went here yesterday. As my daughter was in the store she observed several employees not wearing masks. An older gentleman was walking in and forgot his mask and when he started back to his car the employees told him don t worry, we don t enforce wearing masks Do they not realize that they wear masks for others safety, especially someone older, like this gentleman? I get that it s hot and annoying but a little discomfort to help others and let life get back to normal as quickly as possible is not a lot to ask. We will not be shopping here again.

Nice people very helpful. I bought a set of windshield wipers. I was not sure how to put them on. They were more than happy to put them on for me. A good variety of auto parts.

These guys are great. FREE bulb replacement with purchase of a bulb. Elissa just hot her tools and replaced my taillights. Simple as that. Saved me the hassle and the trip to the dealer.Plenty of parking. Just a great place!!

Fairly new to this auto parts store. Had everything I needed in stock. Good prices and knowledgeable staff. 10 percent military discount! Been a long time customer of a nearby rival franchise that seems to be spiralling downhill.

Called on a Saturday for a radiator for my Highlander, guy on the phone said it would be there by 9:00 a.m. Sunday morning. Got there at 9:15 guy at the counter said they don't get deliveries until 12:00 noon on the weekends. Went back home over half an hour drive, guy at store called me back at 10:15 and said the radiator had arrived. Terrible communication no one knows what's going on at what time, didn't cut me any break on the radiator due to misinformation and run around and waste of time and gas. Very bad experience.

I had the same experience. I was in the store and at checkout asked politely the staff person at the counter, where was his mask. His answer was "Probably in my car." with a smile on his face. I saw only one staff person with a mask.

Needed a battery for my 2015 Mazda 3. Walmart didn t even have it listed in their catalog! AutoZone had it at what I think was a fair price and installed it the right way without any delay. Nice guys. I m very pleased.

They will let you borrow a code reading machine and then decode it if your check engine light is on. Excellent!

Always seem to be in sync with the customers needs. Ask for a particular part and they are knowledgeable of what you are looking for. Generally have what you want in stock. No need to go elsewhere.

You really have to go here for knowledgeable people who know what they are talking about. And the prices? Lower than Napa, and Advanced Auto by 100%! A catylic converter for my jeep, priced with Napa and Advanced Auti was $350. Autozone price with the complete pipes and sensors $200, with a 15% discount.I recommend AutoZone highly.

The parts I need are usually there, or can be there within a day. Fair prices on the parts. Most of the employees are knowledgeable, all are helpful.

This place is usually pretty helpful.. I asked a clerk about the product I couldn't find and they told me to keep looking where I was. I gave up and found it at O'Reilly across the street.
