Dropped off a set of heads for my 350 to their machine shop for a valve job/resurfacing - got an estimate of 4-6 weeks for turnaround, picked them up less than a week later. Extremely fair pricing, will be using this place for the rest of my rebuild!

Great honest people working here,. Lost my tailgate (I had just purchased... whoops) 5 seconds after leaving their parking lot. Didn't even realize until 20 minutes afterwards. Thankfully a good Samaritan and thanks to their honesty it was returned to me :) thank you guys!!!!

Great store with an awesome selection of stuff on the shelves. The employees are really knowledgeable & very helpful here... Not to down on the other auto supply chain stores, but @ NAPA it's simply a better experience every time. Also, their prices are not higher, yet they have that "home town feel" instead of the "box store feel" you get from the other national chains... I'm a proud NAPA patron from here out.

So I recently found that I would be rebuilding an engine for one of our vehicles. This shop actually ended up being the only one in my area with the machines and employees capable of decking, and balancing my pistons and rods. I moved to the glens falls/Queensbury area from another part of NY where this type of work could be performed for a decent price. Up here I called multiple shops who wanted a lot more to do these machining tasks. All in all if your building an engine and need special machinist work done, THESE GUYS ARE THE ONES YOU WANT!!. Pressing out connecting rod bolts and re-rounding my big ends on the rods was something like $18 a rod?. Great rates. I'm looking forward to having some more work done here!.

one of the few heavy truck Napa around my me these guys have always been awesome pretty knowledgeable and makeup hydraulic lines are lines and other industrial lines there to use you have a pretty good selection at tools and the random things that you don't really think of when you go to do a job

Had bought plugs and wires cap and rotor for my truck, but ended up returning them being i had saved money buying them online, I had saved my recite and the items were still in the same bag. Yet I was given an attitude. Not very friendly people I recommend shopping somewhere else
