My mom just bought her new to her vehicle from Larry and his staff. I can't express what good care they took of her and put her in the vehicle she wanted for the price she wanted!!! I'd give them more stars if I could!!!

This was a scary moment for me because buying a car is a commitment and I was not sure what to expect from the process. Immediately when stepping foot into Brown Brothers Automotive it felt more than a seller-customer relationship, each staff member took the time to live up to the family feeling that it is named after. I was not sold just any vehicle, I was sold the vehicle that was the perfect addition to my life. Buying a car never felt more simple and seamless. If ever asked, I will continue to let it be known that Brown Brothers Automotive is more than a car dealership, it is a place to begin a new chapter in your life. Thank you Scott, Pat, Matt, Monica, and all other staff.

So please with my purchase from Brown's brothers Pat and Scott are wonderful to work with work with. This is the 2nd time I bought a vehicle from this crew and I'll tell you I have never seen a more diligently fair and honest dealership. I will purchase cars from them in the future as well and and recommend stopping by and meeting them at least they have a great inventory surely everybody finds something they want.

If I could give this a 10 Star I would. Scott is absolutely amazing!! He's patient, understanding, kind and funny. He's there too help and make sure you leave with the vehicle that is the best for you and/or you're family. I promise you, you will not be disappointed

Went in to look at what they had on the lot for used cars.Met Scott and was told that we would walk out with a vehicle that we could afford he did everything he could and we now have a Subaru Impreza couldn't ask for better gentleman than Scott to work with please go to browns Brothers Auto they will work with you to put you in a ride that you can afford and love peace

Matt Hall (Service Manager) and the crew at Brown Brothers Automotive are great! Most important, they are trustworthy. Their workmanship is exceptional, the prices are very reasonable, the friendly customer service is absolutely genuine, and the quick turnaround for service work or repairs is appreciated. Definitely worth 5 stars. Matt and his team are absolutely amazing! They jumped through numerous hoops with the extended warranty company, in order to get my car fixed. I had a constant line of communication with Matt and never had to wonder what was going on. They were honest and upfront from day one and worked extremely hard to get my car returned to me as quick as they could. I would definitely recommend this garage to anyone. Great group of mechanics with a honest work ethic!

The work , service , and most of all , the people are outstanding . They took the time to diagnose what was exactly wrong with my car , after I was handed a huge bill from the first place I took it to . Matt Hall, (service manager) , explained the problem in a way that was easy to understand . This meant they were saving me time and money , along with building trust In a sometimes not so trusting industry . Trust me when I say this , Do yourself a favor , and call them for all you automotive needs. Professionals through and through . Thank you Matt , Larry and the whole staff for all your help .Update 10/4 /2023Just had my front brakes done and a oil change. This place is tops all around again. Matt, thank you for your follow through with setting up the appointment and confirming . Mechanic crew thank you for doing such great work. It is a great feeling to not worry about being raked over the coals when you bring your car in for service. Do yourself a favor folks, and trust the whole crew here at Brown Brothers. Sales , service and ownership are the best around.Thank you again.

My 2002 Porsche was in need of a serious detail and after some careful research I decided to have a ceramic coating done with Brown Brothers. I couldn't be happier. My pride and joy looks brand new once again both inside and out. The price was reasonable and the work was outstanding.

Recently I was on vacation in New York and ran into troubles with my truck. I had to haul my camper home in 4 days and needed a shop that would not take advantage of me. On the suggestion from a friend who knows the area, he sent me to Brown Brothers. I cannot tell you how amazing this shop was. Larry (the owner) immediately reached out to me and put me in contact with his service manager Brody. From that point on Brody was in constant contact with me about what was going on and what was going to happen next. Even when we thought the truck needed to go to the dealer for programming Brody did all that he could to make sure they did not sit on it and had the truck back before I needed to leave. When the dealer route didn t fix it, they got the truck back and replaced the problem part in a day to make sure I could go home on time (and with my camper). Keep in mind I was a walk in and they still did all of this around their normal scheduled work that was already on the books. These guys went above and beyond for me when they didn't have to. They also didn't take advantage of me with the price knowing that I was going to have to pay whatever it was to get home. I live 3 hours from them and they knew I would not become a regular customer but they still took care of me as if I would be back in a month for my regular oil change appointment. These guys are the definition of customer service.My family and I thank Larry, Brody and the rest of the staff at Brown Brothers for what you did for us. Although I live too far away to be a regular customer, if I am ever in the area again, or have a problem while visiting the area, you will be my first and only phone call.Eddy Coulombe

Brown brother automotive is absolutely amazing from their sales department to their service department. The workers are all so pleasant and understanding. The first time I walked threw the door I was welcomed and acknowledged with understanding and trust. I would never choose another place to go to again !! Definitely recommend to everyone

What an amazing team they have a brown brothers automotive! Not many places will the owner come out and personally make a point to introduce himself to his customers, he has built an amazing team. I would highly recommend anyone who is looking for a new to you car, go and talk to Dan and Pat they are amazing! This place is just this town needed! A home town owner and staff! To will not be disappointed!

Matt and Larry and the team were amazing to work with! I brought my car in for an oil change and service and they went above and beyond helping to get my car in tip-top shape for an upcoming trip. Thanks to Larry and his staff on providing a seamless sales process for an immaculate '03 Corvette I recently purchased from him. Larry and staff were able to give me a live facetime video demo of the vehicle both on the ground and on a lift, and communicated with me continually by phone, email, and text to answer any questions I had throughout, as well as updates and helpful tips. They arranged a safe transport of the car as well and couldn't have been more helpful to me at 300 miles away. What a great team! Go to BBA for your next vehicle, you won't be disappointed!

I would like recognize Matt in Service he was fantastic yesterday I had an issue with engine light coming on and they were able to diagnose it as a problem with my valve cover. He was able to get me in right away and had it fixed within an hour. Also my warranty I received from them helped also I had to pay a deductible but in the long run it was cheaper than not having it. Thanks again you guys rockAbsolutely outstanding service these guys are really good. I got a vehicle I have been looking for when other dealers in the area did not have it. I went here and they had what I wanted. Also they included a 3 year service plan that covers oil change and tire rotation as well a battery change too. They even offered me a 200.00 gift card with purchase this month also. Thank you guys once again I will be recommending others to you also.

Brown Brothers Automotive is amazing! I needed my oil changed they got me right in! When I arrived I discussed a detail, which they were also able to do along with my oil change! The interior of my car was cleaner than when I bought it from the dealership. Matthew Hall and his guys are amazing, so helpful, informative and kind! I would recommend Brown Brothers for any of your service needs!

I just want to thank Larry, Matt, and the whole team at Brown s for fixing my daughter s car. A clamp holding together two parts of the exhaust system failed. That clamp must ve been going for a long time, because her car is as quiet, now, as it s ever been. I have a feeling that if I had gone to a muffler shop , I would ve paid much more and I probably would have been told that I needed to purchase an entire exhaust system. The guys at Brown Bros zeroed in on the problem, and fixed the issue immediately and efficiently at a fair cost. I certainly appreciate that. Just had something small done today. Matt was amazing, and had a great sense of humor while we waited for our vehicle to be done. He was very professional snd answered a lot of my questions I had. I was very impressed with how quickly Matt had it done for us and the price was very reasonable as well. I will definitely recommend them for auto repairs to anyone who needs work done. Thank You Matt you were awesome!!!
