As someone that still respects in person shopping , I deal with a lot of customer service representatives This place has some of the most helpful, curtious and professional staff I have seen anywhere ( especially lately ) ! Thank you to the staff this morning , thank you Edwin for helping me install my windshield wipers , and thank you to the young lady at the register that took care of us without trying to upsell me to something I didn t need( maybe Audrey) . I know it s not easy , but please keep up the great work guys.

The women who works the register in the morning I think her name was Doreen is very helpful. She helped me with a return and refund I purchased from another AutoZone. Pleasure to do business with this autozone. Nice to have employees who greet you with kindness and are helpful.

I came to this AutoZone because it was very convenient for me. I went in there because I needed assistance with something with my battery in regards to tightening a screw when I first walked in. I asked for assistance and associate Man on the heavier side, gave me a tool and told me to fix it to the right tight to the left loose. I tried to fix the issue myself I was unable to. I went back and spoke to a manager. The manager and another employee was like well If you give this gentleman, a second, he ll be the one to assist you with your needs. the same gentleman who told me to go out there and fix it myself is standing in front of the store pants undone feeling his clothes. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE.

My battery died suddenly and my husband called around. He found AutoZone, spoke to Doris, she gave us the information about pricing and installation. After making some other calls, we called Auto Zone again today and they said come in now and they will help us. The manager "Lenny" said he would personally take care of us. We went right down there and bought the battery. Lenny was true to his word. He helped us out, made sure we had the right battery and he even installed the battery himself in the cold. It was a very quick and easy transaction and now I have peace of mind now when driving my car with my new battery. Thanks to the AutoZone team!

My brother in law dropped off a battery that was to be recharged. The employee told him to return at 9:45pm. We got there at 9:53. The doors were closed and both the security guard and employee refused to hear us out. They might've thought we were there to shop and might shop beyond the closing time, however they didn't even give us the chance to explain what we were there for. The security guard started shouting and cursing through the closed doors. The hours of operation mention closing at 10pm. The reason for the review is ofcourse, when relying on your car and planning the day ahead such as taking the kids to school, going to work etc you hope to resolve your vehicle issues. Very unprofessional and they did not abide by the franchises rules and regulations.

Had an issue with a online purchase return, Lenny called me and cleared it up in no time. He was polite and super helpful. I will definitely be using this autozone again.

My niece's car would not start while in the parking lot of Linden Center. She went to the AutoZone store to see if someone could test her battery. It was 10 minute before the stored closed. The manager Lenny came out in the freezing cold and to help. He was able to get her car to start and would not accept any money for his services. I truly appreciate his kindness and will visit this store location the next time I need auto parts. Thank you again Lenny

- star.Just bought this tools. Went in the car in their auto zone parking lot, opened up and see the wrench has really bad play. I realized that wrench is no use because small tool are useless if they have more play than a acceptable range, they are for precise work. Within 10 minutes I went back to the auto zone to return all three because I am trying to have a set (small tools set). All employees and manager gathered and refused to take the item as return. Reason: "you can't return because we can't put back in the shelves." Please see the image i just put zip ties back to it. My questions is what's the 90 days return policy for and lifetime guaranteed for life for if they can't guarantee for 10 mins?Overall, new faces and I have doubts if they know what they are doing or too lazy to go through the return process. I am never happy with this Autozone. I come here because this is the closest to my house.

This is my 5th interaction with Maraj Muresh, Parts Sales Manager, at the conduit Autozone. The interactions have been painful. He is unable to utilize the system and provide accurate information and is unable to direct customers to a solution. He has no consideration for others time and is not even apologetic about it.Absolutely low quality service.Humbly request to Autozone management to give him more training and support.

The manager Len and his staff here are amazing! We were there this morning because of a car battery issue. Not only did we get great advice and recommendations, we were met with compasion and excellent resolution. We highly recommend this specific store for all your car needs. Great service, quality staff and management.

Careful what you buy - I bought rotors and while the box had the correct # and it was sealed, they were the wrong item inside. I had to bring them back and the employee said that someone got lazy and didnt check them. Employees are not helpful, I had to stand by the register to wait for someone to help me while a guy was just standing behind the register looking at me and trying to look busy.UPDATE: employees are Very courteous and helpful. Huge change.

I ordered a car battery online and when it was ready I was emailed and called, when I went to pick it up, Lenny store manager helped and installed it for me and explained to my teenage son how batteries are installed. He is very professional and is the best of the best.Thank you Leonard

Went there multiples times already and I can say this autozone is my favorite now. The manager and the staffs are so friendly, respectful & informative. Spoke with the manager and he seemed so open about feedbacks. Overall - excellent customer service. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Closed at 9:53 pm when the store hours says closes at 10 pm. They did not return my finished recharged battery. Security guard and manager refused to listen that they closed early.

Very nice cashier bought the right part but Cashier said it will be too small even though online says it's the correct fit for my van. Cashier said it would be slightly too small that's exactly what happened he replaced it with another (same price) correct part said this one will fit perfect. Very happy with the advice and help!
