Most excellent service in high-quality craftsmanship. When the repairs on my truck were complete and I picked it up, I could not even tell that it had been worked on or had been hit. Have a little more work to do on another issue and will return to them to do business. It would be a very foolish decision not to go to nappies

Knappy's fixed my SUV in just under a month after my accident. Everyone I spoke to was very professional and knowledgeable. They worked efficiently with the claims adjuster. When I mentioned returning my rental to the car rental company, they said not to worry. I could leave my rental there and Knappy's would take care of it. I highly recommend Knappy's for your auto repairs! My SUV is as good as new!

I hit a deer recently on my way home from work & when asked what shop I wanted to use, I knew I had to go with Knappy s. I ve heard nothing but great things plus it being family owned for years I wanted to support. I can t tell you how amazed I am!! She looks brand new and exactly one month from the accident I have her back! Thank you guys for going above and beyond, You have my recommendation for life!

I needed some bodywork done after I backed my truck into a guide rail. Took it to Knappys Auto Body. They made getting my truck fixed so easy. They handled the insurance company. Scheduled my drop off and gave me a repair time frame. My truck was repaired good as new right on time.

I have had a number of accidents big and small - some not my fault - I have used Knappy's for everyone of them and couldn't be happier - you can trust they will treat you like family - excellent work done professionally - in a timely fashion -I would recommend them - this is a shop you can trust to do it right.

I had some unfortunate scratches on the driver's side of my GMC Sierra AT4. I stopped in and on the spot, Knappy's buffed out the scratches in their shop in less than an hour for a very fair price. My car was hit the first day I got it, so to finally have it fixed is a relief in itself, but knappy s did a PHENOMENAL job at fixing the damage. It s like it never even happened! Thank you for being the very best, I d recommend this place to my friends and family.

Just last week Knappy s body shop did a wonderful job on my 2019 Hyundai Sonata!! It was hit in Walmart s parking lot and it had a pretty nice dent in the driver s side back quarter panel. I can t say enough good things about Knappy s, everyone is so nice there and the whole place is very clean. The owner is there everyday and he works right out in his body shop with his crew to make sure every car that s worked on is done right before it leaves his body shop!! The last time I had to have a car fixed was a few years ago when I hit a deer with my previous car and I took it to a body shop in Elmira and the owner is hardly ever there and he doesn t work on the cars with his crew and the work done on my car was not fully done like it was at Knappy s so from now on if my car needs work I m going to Knappy s and only Knappy s. Thank you very much Knappy s for doing a great job on my car!! My car looks great and I can t even tell where the work was done on it!! Your the best in my book!! Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I went here, to get a quote, was told I would get one and then when I called, I was told "I'm not going to do one because it's a waste of my time, I don't want to do the work"! Really, why not tell someone that when they are there instead of them waiting for you to send a quote that you said you would. Your only as good as your work and your word "SUCKS" Building relationships is NOT important to them! They come across as too good for you.Service: Painting

Was in an accident from the last ice storm. Took my car over to the shop. I was warmly greeted and told they would take care of everything. In a short time my car was back on the road looking like it was brand new! Friendly professional and quality work something that s hard to find anymore. Had an appointment setup for Nov 13th lady called and told me she was gonna have to reschedule it for the 27th when I said that wasn't gonna work she caught an attitude with me and told me she was gonna have to find somebody else to move then. Horrible customer service

I stopped in to get an estimate recently. The atmosphere was great. Office was clean and comfortable. Service was friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend stopping for your vehicles needs.

Awesome Auto Body Repair Shop. Years of experience and super friendly. Clean comfort waiting area and no details left undone. Perfect color matching and all my repairs made my vehicle look as the day I purchased it. I have personally had several completed jobs from Knappy's from small repairs up to $8,000.00 dollars.Completely satisfied and highly recommend!

Every experience I've had with Knappy's has been top notch. Whether its breaks or a ding in the door they handle it all with great service and workmanship. I recommend this place to anyone who needs service on their vehicle as they take clearly pride in what they do and leave your car or truck looking and feeling brand new.

Knappy's has provided our family with exceptional service for decades. Recently they went above and beyond by providing me documentation that was necessary for me to successfully dispute inaccurate information that Car Fax displayed on the report for my vehicle. With Knappy's help, Car Fax removed the information that had decreased the value of my truck when trying to trade for a new one. Thanks Tom, as well as the rest of your staff!!

Third generation owner Tom Knapp is best around. Works well with insurance company reps due to quality work since the 1940s. Honest, fair, top quality, makes good on adjustments if needed. Good man.

Husband had a fender bender with my truck. They ordered the necessary parts and had them ready when I dropped my truck off. When we picked the truck up, you would never know that it had been damaged at all. The paint job and repairs were awesome. The entire staff consisting of Tom Knapp, Mike Ayres-Taylor, Wendy Ayres-Taylor and all the rest are friendly and courteous. Everyone made you feel welcome and like you were their top priority!!! I would definitely go there again if the need should arise. I highly recommend Knappy's Auto Body if you need vehicle damaged repaired!!

Was referred there by another garage to get body work done on my suv. Asked woman at desk if someone could give me an estimate on the work that needed done. When she found out that it wasnt a collision job covered by insurance, she flat out refused to have anyone look at it.Very disappointed.

Great car shop. I needed fairly major repairs on my bumper & fender, front & back doors, and hubcaps, and they quoted me $3,400. Would ve been done in 5 days except for a part that had to be ordered and arrived Monday morning the following week. They did great work and my car looks like new. I was going to go to Kent s but have several friends who had bad experiences there so I went here instead. I would recommend Knappy s to anyone.Service: Body & Trim

Very nice owner!Answered ALL my questions!I asked if I'm ever in an accident if I can just have my truck towed there ANY time of day & he said, "Yes, even in the middle of the night!"Good to know!
