What a great experience. Aaron is a great salesman and manager Richie also. Definitely has that hometown, we care about the customers feel. We had been looking for a new vehicle for a while and the experiences with other corporate dealerships was not so welcoming, care about the customer feel for sure. We highly recommend Park Maple City Dodge to anyone looking for a new vehicle.

Maple City Dodge to the rescue ! I live over 100 miles away and my engine blew out at Swain Ski Resort. I met the owners of MCD at the resort and they said they would help me out. My vehicle was towed to their business. Even though it was a Chevy, they got the engine replaced and the Bill was below the original estimate, and completed ahead of schedule (which saved me a tremendous amount of time and money). The car performance is excellent as I tested it on the Hills of 36N. I can't thank them enough for their kindness and expertise ! The only other option I had was to scrap the vehicle. Now I will get a few more years of use thanks to them !

I recently purchased a 2020 Honda Civic from Maple City Dodge. The service they provide is literally on another level. The salesman, top notch! The value of my trade-in, unbelievable. They offered me what it was worth on Kelly Blue Book which was over $6k more than any other place in the area. There was something pointed out about the car just before the purchase, and they went out of their way to fix it. I also received a full tank of fuel! Other places in the area will not do that for you. It's more than just a sale to this dealership.

I had a dramatic change my life which basically caused me to begin life on my own as a mid age adult. My first car purchase ever. Kudos to Larry who made my experience so comfortable and his gentle care to my situation. I def would recommend Maple City Dodge for their care to ensure my needs were met. Thank You!

Had to have car towed there to have diagnostic done. Morgan and Nate awesome employees. Answered all my questions and very polite. Seem to genuinely care, hard to find that kind of service these days. Will recommend Maple city ti family and friends.

Fantastic customer service!! They worked very well with my insurance company. Fast quotes. Staff is very friendly and takes the time to explain any work that needs to be done. After my accident they took the anxiety out of getting my car fixed, and gave me a loaner vehicle without any problem. Highly recommend!

We have been customers of Maple City for years. We've purchased a few vehicles from them and never had any issues. They even take care of the vehicles I don't buy from them without giving me any attitude. Some places will put you off if you don't buy from them, not these guys. They go above and beyond to accommodate my schedule, especially for business vehicles. Remember that the value in the little bit of price difference from the guys down the road if any, is realized in the end when it comes time for service.

Larry went above and beyond to find us what we wanted for reasonable price. He helped with all parts of the purchase and did so completely so that the entire deal could be done in only one trip to the dealership. Although there's many dealers closer to us we travel the hundred miles to MAPLE CITY due to the outstanding service! We will be back when we need to purchase another vehicle!

We just bought a new vehicle and picked it up yesterday. Bad timing as far as vehicle pricing goes but no fault of Maple City Dodge. The experience was good. No hitches to any of it. Really like the vehicle. And I guess since this is the 4th vehicle we have bought from Maple City Dodge in the past 16ish years they must be doing it right. John Foxworth was a great help. Oh and...we finally made it out of the mini-van club after about 25 years of driving them. Moved up to a 2021 Durango. Yeehaw!

Been twice to their service department for leaking tires. The first time took under 15 minutes, the second time took 2 hours. 100% satisfied with work both times especially considering I have a foreign car not typically worked on here.

I have never bought anything from these guys, I have however needed their help on something really important and the sales department (Larry I think) had my back. The way I laid out the situation for him, he knew there was no way for him to make money off me, and he knew the chances of turning me into a future customer (due to distance) was minimal, but he still took time out of his day to help me and figure things out with a vehicle I got a state away.

I have taken my 2017 Dodge Ram to Maple City Dodge ever since it was brand new. The service department guys are very friendly and knowledgeable. The waiting area is very nice, has TV, snacks, coffee and doesn't smell like a typical shop. They let you know every step of the way what is going on with your vehicle. I really like this place.

Sales department is great. Can't say enough good things about those guys. Service department, not so much. Dishonesty is what warrants a 1 star rating.I needed an inspection for my 1 year old truck. The only issue they found was that the wiper blades were split and that it wouldn't pass inspection unless they were replaced. I asked to see the blades, and one of them was torn 4 inches from the tip; something pretty significant that would have certainly been flapping around in the wind and very noticeable to anyone driving. I had used my wipers on the way to the dealership, and there were no issues. However, because I didn't have a picture or video beforehand, I can't prove anything.A pretty sleazy way to make an extra buck. $49.50 for 2 blades that never had a problem is a bit ridiculous.Edit after reply:As a team, everybody deals with the repercussions of mistakes made by one player. My review remains as is. If I could review the sales department separately, I would. I don't care what's cool, I care what's right. I can tell you with 100% certainty that that wiper was not split 4 inches. That's what disappoints me. It's tough to convince me that it happened on the way from the parking spot to the garage.I hope that this can facilitate discussion on what's appropriate with your team so that another customer doesn't receive frivolous charges on an inspection.

Ran by a bunch of liars. The parts guy does not know how to treat people and they are horrible to their employees. Good reviews are from family and close friends. Talk to any former employee and they will tell you how bad the place is. Simmons Rockwell for the win!

Dale made the process very simple. He asked me what I was looking for and gathered all required information. He was prepared to assist me with a new or used purchase depending upon what I was able to qualify for. Dale gave me all the information I needed to make an informed decision. He gave me all of the numbers over the phone, so I could review it with my wife and determine if we could fit the payments comfortably into our budget. No pressure,,, No annoying follow-up calls to see when we were buying the car,,, or false promises. Dale was aware of our situation and did what he reasonably could. He was patient, understanding, and a true gentleman. It was a pleasure doing business with him and Maple City Dodge. Thanks Very Much!

I recently purchased used Durango and i would have to say it was a fast and super good experience. Aaron in sales is very quick and helpful person. Not only did they put the wrong oil in my gfs car. 6 months later they put the wrong oil in MY CAR. Owner was very nice about the situation(he is very professional), but I would avoid this place due to this happening multiple times.Edit(after response): This is comical. Please tell me what other circumstances took place that caused your "amazing service team" to not only put wrong oil in my gfs car but mine as well.

Be very careful taking your vehicle here, they tried ripping off my warranty company for 2,400 dollars saying my whole rack needed to be changed. The warranty investigator wanted them to change a 100 dollar part first, and they said it was a waste of time. Well the warranty people denied the claim . They said it was because my truck was lifted . Well I bought the truck and the warranty that way. I took the truck back to where I purchased both. After paying maple city 129.00? That I made the other dealer pay for. Well they changed that 100 dollar part and what do you know, fixed! So now the 3 grand I spent on the warranty is either going to be refunded to me if it is not covered for being lifted, I wonder how this is all going to turn out when the warranty people will be forced to give me my money back, because they didn't want to deny the claim saying these people were trying to scam them. Either they really do not know what they are doing or just really scammers. But I'm thinking they need to return the 120 dollars back that I made the honest people pay for!

Always did a great job, however this time they said they would get it in and out quickly and after over an hour later it still sat where I parked . I had to take it and go to my other appointments
