Definitely one of the best towing services in Duchess County. Got recommended him by 5+ people on a facebook group post.Jorge the owner arrived within a few minutes and greeted me first thing.And I got quoted $100 to move my car 3 miles by him. Other people quoted me $150 plus and even going up to $300. No one was as cheap as him. When he came, he did all my work for me, driving the car and putting it on his tow truck and all I had to do was stand. I didnt have to lift a finger. He made it clear to me that he will do all the work and I don't need to do anything. In the past when I had to tow or winch my car, service guys would make me drive the car, etc and when I did something wrong they wouldGet frustrated and start raising their voices. Jorge got me as a customer because he was very kind over call! Another tow company who I wanted to schedule with told me if you dont need me today then why are you calling me today . Kindness earns you a customer. Jorge also looked at my car as he is a mechanic and suggested and explained whats he thinks is going on. Jorge sent me a pic to assure my car and keys are at the mechanic. Jorge was not like many other mechanics or tow services that speak to women rudely about car problems. Thank you Jorge!! :)

Wow,where do I start? Needing a tow is never meant to be a good experience but Jorge of Mystic Towing made the situation so much better. HE arrived within minutes, and towed me with no issues. Jorge has amazing customer service and his pricing is unmatched Compared to prices I was given. I definitely would recommend Jorge, oF Mystic Towing. You will not be disappointed. Jorge of Mystic Towing DEF WILL BE MY go to Tow company. Hands down #1.

Let's be honest...if you need a tow, its typically not a good day. But Jorge is definitely the man you want to call when you do find yourself needing a tow. He's the owner of Mystic, and a true gem. Honest, frank, very friendly, and accommodating are adjectives I use to describe him and his business.He saved the day today when our car had problems, and out toddler was with us. The most warm person who helped us and even gave us some great advice. Highly recommend his services.

Mystic Towing is the best Towing company around. Customer service by Jorge was Amazing. He was able to get a uhaul I rented and got stuck out of my front yard within minutes. I called Mystic Towing and Jorge arrived so fast and saved the day. Would definitely recommend and will use in the future for any of my Towing catastrophes..lol Ty Jorge your the best . I cannot say enough good things about this company. The owner himself (Jorge) showed up on time and ready to go. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He treated my Mercedes like his own. Everything went so smooth from start to finish. He really turned a nightmare into a good experience. He was prompt, courageous, patient, and was wearing a nice clean uniform. Thats rare now a days. This company is top notch!!! Highly recommended!!
