Quick fastest, reliable I called on my way home from work seeing if they had two tires in stock of the size I needed. They did had them ready within 15 minutes for me. came back the next day for another two and disposed of the old tires. I would highly recommend.

Communication and service was better than it s been in the past. Tommy was the person that helped me with both my cars and got everything straightened out without having to jump through ropes. Great technicians and good work with top notch customer service. I ll be seeing them at my next tune up.

**Why even bother taking appointments if they mean absolutely nothing?** made a NYS inspection appointment 3 days in advanced and waited 3 hours.Staff is friendly but a complete mess.also was failed for "low tread on the front tires" despite my tread being WELL BEYOND what is required by law. They are just selling tires.NOT AN HONEST PLACE.

The guys at Hopewell Mavis took great care of us after we got a flat tire. They squeezed us into the schedule and had us on our way fast. Super nice team, would absolutely come back!

Anthony, Tommy and everyone there wer very polite and friendly. They ordered and received my tires the same day. Work was completed in a timely manner and the work is excellent. They provided many discounts and explained everything to us. Any questions we had , they were more than happy to answer them all. I highly recommend them and will definitely go back when needed. Thank you at Mavis Hopewell.

Terrible location. Stay away from these lying thieves like it s a cancer. No pride of work, terrible communication and only care about money. They are truly the worst mavis location I ve been to next to Yorktown heights. Which isn t anything to be proud of. I m surprised they haven t shut this location down and put these guys out on the curb for garbage pickup. Mavis this location is killing your business. Do better.

Went in to get my tire changed out after having a nail in my rear passenger tire. After some back and forth, I asked them to replace it with a lower grade tire that was supposed to be $150; the total ended up being $249 - I assumed they were charging steep labor fees only to realize they charged me for a way more expensive tire ($204). Not to mention upon doing research, that specific tire retails for $180 max. Besides that, they also tried to upsell me to get 4 tires because all my tires have dry rot - which I ve gotten 2 second opinions on and have been told by both people that is false. Disappointing experience to say the least

Fantastic service. Was able to get in same day for a tire change. Tommy was a pleasure to deal with and the whole team was quick to reach out with any issues or concerns. Would absolutely visit them again!

We had to do the state inspection for two of our cars, and it was hard getting in anywhere, and we had ten days to do it. Mavis said to come in (on a Sunday!) and they'd get us in. We brought one car, which was ready in 4 hours, and then they said they could do our other car that day too! They were friendly, and really made our life a lot easier. Definitely our to-go place from now on!

I came in for service on a Sunday morning. Tommy & Tara at the desk were fantastic. They were very friendly and explained things without making me feel like an idiot. Both individuals were very warm and made me laugh a ton! I will definitely be back again.

Great service and great work done. No appointment and they took me right away. I had no ride home and Tommy the manager of the shop brought me home and picked me back up to get my car. Excellent customer service

Matt and his team are amazing! They stayed late on a Friday night to fix my 2016 Tacoma-new struts, shocks, pads, rotors, calipers, plus 2 new tires. The job priced out below what was estimated. I definitely will be going back with my other vehicles and 100% recommend.

Stopped by early this morning without an appt. Needed 2 vehicles inspected. It was NOT a problem. Tommy was extremely friendly, personable and accommodating. I ll definitely go back. Go check em out.

Went to the Hopewell Mavis today for pricing for my son's tires. Tommy our salesperson treated my husband and I with such respect and was so knowledgeable with all of questions! He was so Trustworthy we ended up buying new tires for my car too! Thank you Tommy!

I should be able to put 0 stars as a review, mavis over torqued the wheels so much it broke 2 of my steel spline keys in half. Either a 5 year old with no experience worked on my car, or someone without a degree did, never going back again.

Mavis tire should not be a business. They almost killed a family member of mine not tightening the lugs properly on the tires so she lost a tire on the highway at 50+. I always used the Wappingers location and they put some rookie working on my truck he snapped 2 lugs then tried to turn around and bill me to fix it. Mavis is a company enveloped in terrible policies and business practices. All that paper work you sign absolves Mavis of all responsibility for anything that may go wrong with your car. Do not use these guys or any other Mavis.

I made an appointment online for the following day. I arrived about 15 minutes early and was helped immediately. I had a screw stuck in my tire, they removed the screw and repaired the tire free of charge. JJ and Tara were very nice and helpful. I highly recommend getting service here.

Tommy at the front desk was thoroughly communicative, Matt in the back takes care of the guys got me in and out quickly and cheaply. These guys are always the best.
