Absolutely the best!!! If you own a BMW,Mercedes,Audi, Volvo or Volkswagen there really is no other place to go. I personally got tired of being ripped off by dealerships and not only ripped off but ripped off and Confused. Most of the time even after charging me an arm and a leg they couldn't really explain anything to me like why it happened or if it would happen again or just my options in general. Completely different over here. I'll be honest I'm not a car guy but these guys really took the time to explain the issues to me they were very careful to stay within my budget and are absolutely incredible at communication. I needed several pretty complicated fixes on my Volkswagen and they were able to clearly and concisely explain what should be the priority and why. They took very little time to figure out a very complex electrical issue. To me nothing is more important than looking in someone's eye and feeling like they're 100% telling you the truth. No wonder they have been here since I was in elementary school and I'm in my 40s now. First time customer just became a lifetime customer!!! Absolute masters of their trade

Klaus Garage is by far the best mechanic around. Our company has grown to get to know Dave (the owner) over the past few years and he is not only super knowledgeable about vehicles, but he leads a team of all great men. They are always there to answer any questions we have about vehicles, and are sincere with their recommendations.The best!

Klaus Garage has the best mechanics and staff. They look over the car, and only perform what is needed to keep it in optimal running condition. This time such a great job as always replacing the bearings of my Subaru Legacy 2014.I highly recommend KLAUS GARAGE for all of your auto repair needs!!!

Dave the owner thoroughly explained the entire process of the work that was being done to my vehicle, which left me feeling confident in the work being done right. And it turned out great, I will definitely return to klaus for any future mechanic work or car modifications I require/want to have done

What a blessing this shop is!!Our transport van recently broke down on a Sunday while doing an animal transport, Klaus Garage took us in first thing without hesitation to be able to assist us ( it s almost impossible to find a shop that will work on a diesel van) and they replaced the serpentine belt and pulleys almost immediately!they were fast, helpful and super friendly and super inexpensive! IF we ever break down again I just hope that it s near them!Excellent customer service! 10/10 highly recommend!Service: General repairs & maintenance

Klaus garage is the best! Ask for Big Dave, he is extremely knowledgeable and always does the right thing. I have been bringing our cars here for years and he's the only one we trust, whether its an oil change or something mechanical. I brought my 2018 Honda CRV and my 2012 Audi A4 over to Klaus Garage to get repaired and winterized. Their prices are very reasonable and their work is excellent. Highly recommend this Garage, very professional and friendly.

Great experience taking my car here. Everyone is really nice. Came in around midnight with a flat on my RS6 which is a challenging car to work on due to the staggered rims. They were able to have me up and running next day.

I have a 97 Jeep Wrangler TJ, I came in to get an exhaust catalytic converter front to back installed. The guys at Klaus garage helped me out very much. These guys were very professional, on time, and decently priced for the type ofWork that they do. They have made my experience at this shop well worth it for my money and time. I will be back again. I m a returning customer to Klaus Garage due to the great service and communication always! My civic was having some issues with stalling out at low idle with no CEL, i called Dave and he was more than happy to take a look. I had it towed over and they had it diagnosed, repaired and test driven within a few days to assure the problem was fixed before I drove it out. I will continue to refer Klaus Garage to friends and family because they are trustworthy and honest. Seems like the most knowledgeable mechanics around. Fixed a problem on my truck in a day after all others told me it might take weeks to locate the reason for that problem. Not cheap but well worth the price in my opinion. Highly recommended.

Klaus's Garage is AMAZING!! I went there today to get a brake light repair and they were so kind and friendly! They fixed my light so quickly, and I was in and out in less than 15 minutes! I have been to them before and love their services and staff! They never fail to give fair prices, oftentimes better than expected prices, never make me feel unsafe or taken advantage when I go there. Truly a great business and such amazing and supportive people that truly care about your car and your safety!! Thank you so much!!

Driving from PA to Maine for vacation I discovered at dealer that serviced my van didn t tighten down the lug nuts on one wheel. I ended up on the side of the road and Kia of Poughkeepsie said they could fix it if I could get there which wasn t happening since they were 12 miles away. Klaus Garage, however was one mile away and while they said they we re sorry but they were full up and couldn t take me, they did tell me that the one stud had been sheered off and lent me the tools to tighten the other 4 and we made it to Kia where they put it on a lift and tightened them to spec. Back on the road we made it to Maine where it was fixed for real but if not for Klaus Garage our vacation may have been over before it started!

Brought in my jeep for multiple steering issues.The mechanics Diagnosed and repaired the vehicle in two days. About $500 less than expected.Everyone was courteous and price was very fair, not one of those rip-off repair shops!Highly recommend.
