For nearly a year, I had been searching for a transmission control module for my commercial truck it's a 1994 isuzu NPR, and trying to locate parts has become tedious and mundane. So when I came across Route 7's ad, I had to inquire. After speaking with Rob a couple of times, he was able to locate exactly what I needed. He sent me the part, and now my truck is back on the road!! Thanks, Rob!!

I called Route 7 Auto Parts looking for a part for my daughters car. I spoke with RJ and honestly can not say enough about his kindness and helpfulness. Though he did not have the part we needed he went above and beyond to try and help us. He looked up other used auto parts vendors who listed having the part we needed. It is rare to find someone so willing to help if they can not sell you the part themselves. I highly recommend using Route 7 Used Auto Parts!

RJ and his father Bob scammed me out of $1500.Left a deposit on, what was supposed to be, a fully restored 4x4 Fuso. Bob insisted and insisted I venmo him a deposit. Seemed fair enough, and him and his son Rob RJ West came across as gentlemen. They are not. I rented a heavy equipment trailer and drove 4 hours up there to pick up the truck and it was not anywhere near the condition I was told it would be in. Dump body didn t work I was told oh you just gotta bang the relay . The emergency brake was also non-existent and that s just naming a few of the issues. I put my money where my mouth is and showed up but Bob wouldn t have it. After losing his mind for a solid 15 minutes as to why I have to take the truck because he is indebted to people we agreed to walk off as friends and he would return my deposit. Well, that did not happen and his slick son blocked my number and facebook account. They run an extremely poorly funded business and will stab you in the back, despite their smiling faces. Rj and Bob you have my number send me my money back.

If I could give more STARS I would!!! First there was a mistake with the delivery company, but Robert fixed it right away and we got our parts. He is so easy to deal with and very informative about his parts. I will recommend his to everyone I know. And now we are like old friends helping each other out. I really like business relationships that you can build on. Thanks Robert and staff <3 <3 And the part in the picture, No one could find...and he knew right away what it was...AWESOME JOB.

RJ and his father were both excellent to deal with and extremely helpful and kind. Drove 3 hours from NH for some parts for my truck that I couldn't find elsewhere. Pricing was great and I will definitely be in touch for more.

My brother and I stopped at Route 7 Used Auto Parts today looking for some alternator parts.Even though RJ didn't have what we needed he spent a long time with us until we were able to find a location where the parts cold be found.RJ was so helpful and we were super pleased!

Bought a rear differential from rob.he went over and above to get us what we needed.The part was exactly what we needed and was in Excellent shape.the price was unbeatable.Will do business with him again

I ordered parts for my car, drove to this business since RJ only takes cash, and paid for my order on 12/4/2020. Since then I have had 13 contacts with RJ without receiving my parts or reimbursement of the money I paid. I have lodged a complaint with the Better Business Bureau but hope others see this review and avoid the mistake I made in trusting this business owner.

STILL OWES ME MONEY!!!! I paid $347 up front for used parts to be delivered within 2 weeks. That was in November of 2017. It is now October 1, 2018 and I have NO parts and NO refund. I have messages stating parts are coming, then refund is coming but I have NOTHING (except excuses). I wish I didn't know of Rt 7 Auto or Rob. Total BS. Poor, poor way to run a business. Apparently he is still doing business if you can believe other reviews but he can't find $350 to send me. WTH

Awesome price and good safe delivery. Purchased a 4L60E transmission and has a guaranteed to fit and a nice warranty. RJ was real friendly and met me with the part even though his office was closed.

100% hands down recommend RT. 7 Auto Parts!! We ordered a motor which was to be shipped from a secondary yard in Pennsylvania. Due to circumstances on their end (secondary yard) and a few weeks later it we had no definite answer as to when it would be delivered. As frustrating as it was Rob was honest and straightforward from the start. He went above and beyond to make good on the initial problem. Within a week we had the motor we needed and he gave us a discounted price because of the run around. As with any business problems may come up that are beyond our control, it's the way the problem is rectified that makes it better. Rob fixed the issue and made sure we were happy. Thank you again Rob!!

Over the past year - RJ of Route 7 Used Auto Parts has been met with severe challenges in health, family and not to mention being in the midst of the Covid 19 Pandemic. Recently RJ has returned and has more than satisfied my business transaction as he had promised. RJ is very professional with outstanding customer service. For those who read my previous posting - I formally apologize to RJ for listing a unfair review while he endured an extremely difficult year. This was done without knowing what he was going through. I will be doing business with RJ in the Future and I hope you will too. He is a good person.

Had to pay for a part in full from him before he would order it which wasn't a big deal, he gave us a receipt saying it would be in from 7-10 business days. Called him after 15 days he said it was on back order and the truck was late. Its been almost 2 months now. we still don't have the $325 part! Not once but twice now this has happened with this guy! We decided to get our money back from him and he gave us a $125 store credit to make up for the part.

I ordered a gas tank for my jeep payed in full and was told it be in in 10 /14 days. After the 14 days i called asking about my part and i was told i would be coming up when he fills an order not the 10/14 days as specified. After the 1st call.no answer and have called back many times. Poor way to conduct business!

Rob at Rt 7 auto is a 5 star kind of guy and it reflects on his business. I have had many dealings with them over the last 4 years and even if they cant help they do what they can. Most yards you call act like you are an inconvenience not Rt7, they make you feel important and you get the impression they really care. Thanks Rob and Rt7

Back in August a friend bought a subframe for her 2006 Hyundai Tucson. AUGUST. Thank god she has a receipt. This is not a long story it s a scam business do not buy from these people. I have made several attempts to contact these people with no response. They take money and leave you stuck. See they don t understand they will and are going to pay the money back. The IRS I m sure would love to see the books. DMV absolutely is going to want to speak and will after the complaint is filed. Pay up. So the owners name is rob doing a search on this person because you know the internet give you everything you need to find dirt.

I haven't delt with junk yards for a long time. I called rt 7 auto in search of a tailgate. They told me they had one in their yard but also told me about other junkyards around who had some as well. I really appreciated your honesty rather than just trying to get my money .They were a pleasure to work with. Id give them my business againThank you again route 7 auto

Can't say enough about this place. Rob is the best he tracked down parts that you can't buy after market. Paid less than half price for my parts. Going back to order more stuff from him for another project i got going on.

Terrible terrible terrible customer service!!! WARNING: The guy in the little shack took my cash for a taillight, he gave me a receipt and told me it would be in on Tuesday. He called me Tuesday afternoon and said it had been on back order and it was being shipped out that day. He told me I would have it by Thursday. It is now the following Thursday and no taillight, no phone calls, and no one answers the phone in the little shack!!!!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS THEY ARE SHADDDDDYYYYYY!!!!!

Rob and his dad are AWESOME!! The absolute BEST PRICES ANYWHERE !!! And will even locate a part for you even if they do t have it and give you the telephone numbers of the places that do. Can t say enough good things about them!! So forget that woman s comment!

Do not use. SHADY. NOTHING BUT A RUNAROUND. LEFT ME HANGING FOR OVER A MONTH. NOW IM TRYING TO GET MY 400 BUCKS BACK. I SHOULD HAVE KNOWN WHEN I WENT THERE AND IT IS ALL RUN DOWN. THIS SO CALLED BUSINESS GAVE ME EVERY EXCUSE IN THE BOOK. WHEN I TOLD HIM ENOUGH IS ENOUGH I WANT MY MONEY BACK CALLS ME ODD. GOTTA GO TODAY TO TRY AND GET MY MONEY BACK. SEEMS IM NOT THE FIRST.

This is the most awful place I ever did business with I ordered a engine in July 2018and here it is January of 2019 and still fighting to get the engine as I paid for it it full in July of 2018 never again will I ever call this guy agin
