Has to have an inspection done. Quick and easy. There was another minor issue discovered, which was clearly explained to me and I was shown the problem. It was explained in a way that I was able to understand and make an informed decision on deciding to repair or not. They were not pushy about it, and honest about the severity. I chose to go ahead and have that repair done as well. The fact that they have no problem explaining and showing customers what they're doing, and why, in a transparent way made me feel very comfortable giving them my business. The car has been fantastic since we picked it up.

Everyone was very helpful and attentive to what my car needed. Every time I have been here it has been a good experience. I got a car inspection and a tire rod replaced. Super friendly staff. I would highly recommend coming here! They gave me service like I bought a $50,000 Travel trailer, when in fact I only paid $3,000.They have the prices of private sellers, but service like top dealers.They will not just sell and send you on your way, but will check and make sure that everything is working 100%I would highly recommend.I'm glad that I found this place.

Dropped my car off was told will call when done we called them back 8 hours later to see the status of the car they told us done come down and get it when we got there they said they where closed come back tomorrow

Owner at this business convinced my father that his Ford Taurus was shot, and needed $$$$ to be fixed. Father sold the car to these people. A week later the owner is driving around in the Taurus, and according to one of the employees it "just needed a serpentine belt". Small town scumbags through and through

Very helpful staff and not overpriced one bit. They even would allow me to wait down there while my car was being fixed. Highly recommend and will visit again

Wonderful service! Can't thank Richmond auto enough...Car broke down and they came so quick.RICHMOND Auto was reasonable, Friendly and gave EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE! Could not recommend any higher!!! Thank you for being fast friendly and affordable!

I haven't had one good experience with them on numerous vehicles. I've had inspection where I drive out with cracked brake lines. A clutch replaced drove out with broke wiring causing misfire. 2 alignments where the tie rod gos within a week. And now a wheel bearing they did lasted 400 miles. All on different cars and trucks. Take em back and they are willing to fix but I shouldn't have to take a vehicle back twice to get the problem solved.

Absolutely horrible. Made an appointment for repairs and an alignment. Explained when I made the appointment that I already had the parts and they bought the same parts and charged me for them. Alignment was worse than when I took it in. Went back immediately and they claim they fixed it but it is still just as bad. Will never trust our vehicles to them again.

Paid $1.00 more for ethanol free fuel than their regular on Memorial Day weekend (Saturday). We were driving a carbureted vehicle (an older RV) and needed ethanol free to protect our carb. I feel taken advantage of because of the weekend, our vehicle, and this had to have been price gouging. Awful, terrible business practices.
