Thank God they were open at 7:00 a.m. I had a bad fuse for my windshield washer. Stopped in on the way to work, got the fuse and went on my way. Clerk was nice and helpful. Thankful for this store being local so I didn't have to drive out of my way on a winter morning going to work!

This is a man store. But they saved my life, having a very odd sized battery in stock that I needed right away. Honestly I was surprised they had it. But they've been very helpful with everything that I've needed so I can't complain. It beats driving 45 minutes to the next auto parts store any day.

Overpriced on most everything compared to other small town auto parts. Young guy that says he owns the place complaining about everything because government won't do anything for him!! Unwilling to consider doing for others because he doesn't have enough, even though he owns this place and is a landlord as well. I'd recommend shopping elsewhere, I know I sure will be after my last experience!!

Honeoye Auto Parts has a pretty amazing inventory for a small town auto parts store. And usually what they don't have can be there same day or the next morning. They stock many of the same parts from different manufacturers so you have the option of buying a name brand with a lifetime guarantee or part that will fit a tighter budget. Either way, they stand behind what they sell. This is a local business I have no reservations about patronizing.

These guys have everything you need. If not, they can find it. WIX filters are the best option, these guys have them.

Very very nasty customer service from the "main man" called to ask about some hooks and fasteners. . Apparently he had no idea what I was asking and instead decided to call nasty names.
