I was connected to this company through a good friend and it was one of the best recommendations I have ever received. I needed a large piece of machinery picked up in Massachusetts and delivered back to Long Island and they did a great job. Bobby took our job with a 24 hour notice and our driver Jesse made the whole experience perfect. Everything was tarped down on the truck, secured perfectly, and delivered very quickly and safely. I seriously cannot thank these guys enough and look forward to doing more business in the near future. Thank you Bobby, Brian, Jesse and the rest of Universal Crew for an awesome job well done!Service: Long distance hauling

Very bad company, the three support frames of my RV were damaged during the consignment process, without any maintenance and compensation, I have video and photo evidence, they are still silent and have not responded, please do not choose them.You replied that there is no record of my customer, but I have the entire video of you damaging my camper, and your receipt, I hope you have an honesty.

These guys are great! I am a returning customer who has had multiple on road situations with running a fleet of trucks. I had one truck that needed roadside assistance, they gave me an ETA of 60 minutes and arrived within 45 minutes. The truck had a bad brake can which they where able to repair onsite within 2 hours. The service technician was very professional and knowledgeable of the vehicle. There was another truck I had that needed to be towed off of 495. Once again they had given me an ETA of 60 to 90 minutes and arrived within the hour. The driver was professional, took all safety precautions, and got the truck hooked up and off the road within 45 minutes. I am impressed with the overall experience and professionalism of the entire company. I highly recommend them and looking forward to continuing to have my trucks and trailers serviced by them. Their location is great on and off of 495 and even getting down to 27 making it easy for all trucks to get to. Thank you again to all the staff at Universal Heavy Equipment and Truck Repair.

Please be aware. This is a chase company. The yard is small and shared with another company. They tried to charge me almost 700 bucks for an airbag change on a trailer. This was not a service call. I came into their yard for it. He was trying to say that an airbag change takes 2 hours or more when it should be under an hour. All of the 5 star reviews are either from someone who has no mechanical inclination and likes getting robbed or friends of the business.Also he tried to charge 333 for an airbag ? They are around 150 200 bucks for my trailer. Even with the shop's increase of 10% or so(the standard rate) it won't be 333 bucks.A complete scam. Please ask for price before going in or calling them out, if not you might regret it. You could also simply avoid them.

Very nice over the phone, however you just need to ask if they can fit you in prior to going to the shop. Luckily didn't have it towed there as they couldn't get to it until wednesday. Did a "diagnostic" on site but should've done a pressure thankfully I didn't use this shop for the repair.Service: Auto engine diagnosticService: Auto engine diagnostic

Amazing well organized company. I needed a tow ,was given a time of 60 minutes the tow driver showed up in less then 30 minutes and had it towed to the shop to get repaired very quickly I had my truck back to me up and running again very fair prices amazing staff very helpful. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. DO NOT TRUST ANYONE HERE ESPECIALLY BOB. READ COMMENTS POSTED ON YELP. UNIVERSAL CAN NOT BE TRUSTED. LIES LIES LIES. THEY WILL PROBABLY REJECT COMMENT BC THEY DO NOT LIKE TO HEAR THE TRUTH.
