Took us awhile to find a reliable and great mechanic. Ralph and his staff are honest and do exactly what they say. We kept having problems with our jeep that we just couldn't get fixed. Brought it to Sunwave. They figured out the problem and we are very satisfied with the repairs. Highly recommend them, hard to find an honest mechanic.

This was our first experience with them. We haven t been happy with the mechanic we ve been using for the past few years. They are all very knowledgeable, professional and fair; which is what the consumer expects. We are extremely satisfied with their service to our auto.

This place is amazing! My best friend found this place in the middle of the night cuz we were trying to find something local. They came highly recommended so I thought I would give them a try. They we're incredibly friendly and helpful on the phone! They were completely understanding of my schedule . I dropped my car off in the middle of the night they worked on it immediately. Their pricing was incredibly Fair and nowhere near as much as what the dealer wanted to charge me. I would highly recommend them every which way.Their responsiveness, friendly attitude, as well as their willingness to work with a customer was beyond amazing and not something you can find anymore. Not impressed with customer service. Called in to enquire for oil change and they charge more than the dealer and when I said that to them the kid on the phone shrugged it off and said "great, that's a good deal" sarcastically and didn't care. Will just take my car to the dealer.

I love that I don't have to worry about getting ripped off. When you take your vehicle in they let you know what the problem is and price. They have a BBB of A+. The staff is friendly. Would recommend them. If I could rate them higher it would be 10 stars.

Ralph is very kind and works hard to get you in and out without issue - and they do good work and it is not expensive either. Even filled my tire and replaced a nail plug a few times for free.Honest mechanics are hard to come by - highly recommended!

Had my car towed here the other day because it wouldn t start and I don t know the first thing about fixing a car. From my first phone call with Ralph I could tell this would be a good experience, very friendly and professional. They identified and corrected the problems within a day and had me back on the road. Great service, great pricing, great experience...5 stars without a doubt!

It is difficult to find a trustworthy mechanic as a single woman without one in the family. Fortunately, Ive found Sunwave Auto! (Well my dad did technically) Ralph is helpful, accommodating, and above all, trustworthy. It is a relief to know as long as Sunwave is in business I won t be at the mercy of a deceiving mechanic again. Great family run business, and given my car s needs, my recent string of visits has me feeling like part of the fam.

Sunwave is the only place I'll bring my cars. I used to go somewhere else but their quality fell off so I looked around and tried Sunwave. At Sunwave you always get an honest assessment of what you need, they don't add on unnecessary work. Their repairs are professional and their prices are fair. They are easy to work with and you feel like you have a friend in the business. Great people providing great service at great prices. I'm glad I found them and you will be too.

What I love most about SUNWAVE is the HONESTY !Last time I was there after getting a jump thinking I needed a new $260 battery but was told it was just the Key Fob battery needing to be replaced.Five Stars !

Been coming here roughly 10 years and in this age of dishonestly when it comes to auto mechanics, Ralph and his staff have renewed our faith in terms that there are still honest people in this business. He has personally taken care of several of our vehicles and on more than one occasion has assisted us during a stressful insurance process when our cars were involved in accidents . He is fair, reasonable , straightforward and will not perform any unnecessary work. He's even provided us with a ride home (we live locally) when our vehicles have had some work done. There is a reason Sunwave has been in business in excess of 20 years and that is their attention to impeccable customer service and quality work. Kudos to Ralph and his entire staff.

Save your money and go anywhere else... $53.00 for a regular oil change and then quoted me $1,200 for brakes and rotors. Call somewhere else $750. If that isn't overpriced I am not sure what is. The best part is the guy even agreed when he called me and said its over priced.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Our whole office uses them, originally due to the proximity of the the shop to our parking lot. Now we all use them because of their fantastic work and honest feedback. Mechanics with this much integrity are hard to come by. Sunwave has serviced my two cars prior to today and had great experiences both times. Yesterday our Mitsubishi Galant failed to start and I couldn t pick out any immediate cause, so I called Sunwave they towed, diagnosed and repaired our car within a short amount of time. Communication is excellent! Technicians let us know what the cars status is promptly. They are also a pleasure to communicate with. They are always very reasonable with cost. I can t say enough good things about this shop. Thank you very much Sunwave Auto!

I had no appointment and needed my inspection done was over due. Very professional and friendly didnt wait too long and best of all they didn't attempt to say i needed a bunch of things just to get money. I went to them based on their reviews and i am happy.

Went in for an inspection. Left with strippedand fused capless lugs. Brought it back and the owner threw a huge fit over having to drill it out. Left again with a torn axle boot (the axle was 6 months old). DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE WITH YOUR MONEY.
