My tow experience was absolute the most patient and humbling experience. My driver Chris did not stop until he was able to successfully unlock my door as challenging as it was! A usually 10-20 minute job ended up being 1 and 1/2 hour job and not once did he complain! I would highly recommend this tow company for professional service!

My daughter s car broke down in Queens and we live on Long Island. No tow company wanted to come from Long Island and her insurance company couldn t say when they could get there. I called Tri-State and they arrived in 10 minutes and towed the car back to Long Island in less than an hour! I recommend them! Fast, prompt, courteous and great service!

Kevin from Tri-State towing was really able to turn my day after being in a car accident and needed my car towed. Not only did Kevin get the scene 30 minutes after calling me, but was able to have my car lifted and towed to my mechanic. Kevin was very professional and did he job with a smile. I will keep his business card near by in case I ever need another tow.Thanks for the job well done Kevin!

Highly recommends Tri state collision & towing INC.thank you for coming to my rescue Sunday morning. I live in NJ and I was visiting family in BK on 05/05/18 when my two week old compass Jeep broke down on Jamaica Ave. I reached out to my insurance company to tow my car, after seven hours of back to back call no one came to my rescue. I took my chances with google for a near by towing company and luckily for me tri state came to my rescue. S/O Ryan and his staff who was reliable and patient with me. My car over night at their garage and they communicated with me throughout this process (I didn t have the exact amount of cash to do the job but they worked along with what I had) my car made it back to the dealership in Nj this morning... Thank you

Great service. I would recommend Tri state towing for blocked drive ways. Spoke to Rj and he got a driver in about 15 minutes for my blocked drive way. Thank you!

So Chris helped me out today and where do I start...he was humble and very nice ..he was early and patient...my battery was dead and he quickly took care of everything...I would always recommend this company...especially Chris ...he is by far the best

My car wouldn t start and I called. Tow truck Driver said 15 mins and he was there in 15 mins. Very friendly and great customer service
