Best buying experience! My sales person was Sam and he provided me with such a detailed explanation and awesome customer service. He went above and beyond to meet our needs and offered us everything possible in order to make us feel comfortable (foot rubs, massages and fed us the BEST chocolate, what more can you ask for). If your looking into purchasing a vehicle you must definitely stop by. You won t regret it!At Mike s Auto no is not an option

This one of the worst, best experiences! The problem with buying a car from out of state, is scams are everywhere! Thank God for Sammie, and Joe! They help me and my son get two great cars! I would recommend Mike's Auto to anyone!

I usually don't write reviews, but I need to give a special thanks to the team at Mikey's Auto. From your first visit there they treat you like family. My sales agent Joe made sure I found the perfect car and got the best deal from start to finish. Everyone knows the process of getting a new car is long and drawn out, but they make it a lot smoother and make sure you eat. If you're looking for a new car go to them, they literally have it all on their lot.

Honestly this place was amazing. This was my first car buying experience. My contact person was Sam he is the absolute best. I told him what I wanted not really knowing technicalities nor being qualified for what I wanted but he made it worked !!!!!!!! . I came from work tired and he even offered me a foot rub.They are super funny and made me feel comfortable. Definitely will be coming back !!!!

Great Shopping Experience, Very Straight forward. Excellent selection of cars. Ask for Sheldon for help he was great, keeps tabs on you so you won t get confused in the process. Big help in choosing my car!!

Poor Sales. What me to fly over to NY from Minneapolis without any warranties the vehicle will be there or is there all I ask for was to text me udate pictures of the vehicle since the ones on there website were outdated because I seen the vehicle for sale for months now. They refused to send me updated pictures. Poor sales.

They advertise good credit/bad credit, guaranteed approval which isn t true at all. I went into office and was told i needed paystubs and i could get approved for 0$ down. I got the paystubs and they submitted the loan request to bank and couldn t get approved even with me offering $0 down. My salesman was Sheldon . I was told by the boss that I would receive $0 down which i didn t necessarily need. A bunch of false advertisement and time wasting.

Mike and Joe is the two worst use car sales people in all of Queens. That's why there being sued my a lot of people. If u think I'm lying. Just take some time off from your busy schedule and go down to the court office on sutphin Blvd to confirm my honest comments. Do yourself a favor and stay away from these low life dirty crooks. Facts... the nicer the car looks is the more problems is has trust me. I've seen people come in with nice bmw and mercedes with transmission and engine problem.

I went to these crooks to buy a car and because I'm a female they took full advantage of me with the financing. They gave me a higher than agreed interest rates. Now I'm stuck with a interest rate that's through the roof. And I'm mad as Hell. I file a complaint with my attorney general, consumer affairs and the BBB. I'm not playing with these low life crooks. I work too hard for my money

place is wack. THEY WILL GET YOU IN THE FINANCE PROCESS! Make sure you read paperworks before signing. The Cars and Prices are a setup up to get you to buy. Dont spend your tax money for this bs, theyll take your car by july.

THEY ARE SCAMMERS. GAVE THE GUY NAME MIKE OR MAYBE THATS NOT EVEN HIS NAME MONEY FOR A CAR AND HE RAN OFF WITH MY MONEY.MADE MY HUSBAND AND I PUT A CERTAIN CAR ON OUR INSURANCE AND NEVER WAS GIVEN THE CAR. DONT EVER DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!!!!
