The de facto Subaru shop. The PASNY team has unmatched knowledge and passion for the platform and their work is confidence inspiring for my 21 STI. I ve had them work on my AOS, oiling parts, suspension components, general maintenance, and more.Julian deserves special recognition; he is detailed and thorough when it comes to explaining how my car works and what he s done to maximize performance and reliability.I trust this team wholeheartedly to the extent that I ll commute over an hour, choosing them over my local Subaru dealerships and multiple performance shops in NYC.

From the moment I contacted them, the customer service was top-notch. They were very informative, answering all my questions about the Link ECU and how it would enhance the WRX's performance. I recently visited Performance Auto Solutions, what an impressive shop. Had an awesome experience at PASNY. Joe and Colin really know their stuff and educated me on the right tune for my car. Plus, their place is top-notch, with a Mustang DYNO on site. Definitely recommend them for anyone serious about tuning their Subaru to top performance.

This shop saved me in many ways then one. Originally came for an install of a new oil pan on my WRX due to a stripped drain bolt, as well as a check engine light which had been intermittent but becoming more and more frequent.From the get-go, Mark, contacted me within hours of me emailing them and had been very knowledgeable. When I finally brought the car to the shop they told me the timeline on the work for the car. I eventually opted to get more services done (walnut blasting, spark plug change and tune). Left the car and was updated frequently on the progress of parts and work being done on the car.Everyone in the shop was very friendly and helpful even with my lack of knowledge and even given me information on what should be done next and which things were redundant.They got the car back before the holiday week which I did not expect.Look forward to coming back again for more service and for more HP modifications to reach my goals.

Fantastic place! They diagnosed the issue with my 2017 WRX, quickly, gave me a detailed estimate for the parts/work required and made the car an absolute joy to drive again. If you have aftermarket or OEM needs for your Subaru, I can not recommend these guys enough!

If you want to bring your Subaru to a shop that you know you can trust this is the place to go. A great shop with great technicians and employees. Needed to get an exhaust leak fixed and recheck my tune and they did it no problems at all. Also were able to change my spark plugs and the car feels better than ever. Shoutout to Julian for getting my car back in even better shape. Overall a great shop with great employees and technicians who know what they are doing and know what they are talking about. Give them a call made an appointment very nice people and had an excellent price that I am definitely going to be doing future business with when it comes to Subarus they know their stuff and if I could I give them 10 stars, they break down the pricing and everything for me And able to tune my car at the price they re giving me I think it s a very fair price of 350 wheel horsepower for a couple bolt, ons very satisfied with how things are there. I would recommend them to all Subaru people and enthusiast to them!!!

Called the shop to see if they could install a lip spoiler for my Camaro. I have the part and all I needed was to put it on the lift and have 10 bolts installed. Guy on the phone says sorry we only work on Subaru performance. Totally clowned out, this is the first time I m hearing something like this in my life. Yes it would ve taken less than 10 mins to install and I would ve probably given them a good rating since they would ve helped someone out locally. Guess not all shops are hospitable and value customer Service and a little honest work !!

One of the best places I've ever been to get my car tuned. There were a few things that didn't pan out at first, other places would have probably just tuned it the way it was and left it at 14psi. But Pat, Joe, Collin, Dave and the entire team did their thing found me the necessary parts I NEEDED and got the job !!!!! Final results were amazing and the car made great power 19psi. I would full heartedly recommend them all day everyday. Thanks guys!

Wouldn t take my Subaru anywhere else other than here. The guys are not trying to take your money and want what s best for you and your car. Time and time again, the team has went out of their way to help me out. Don t take your Subaru anywhere else!

Amazing experience at Performance Auto Solutions. I initially decided to check them out because they are the most reputable shop in town. Fast forward to now, got my '20 wrx modified and protuned and I've been going to PAS ever since. Pat, Joe, Collin, Julian, Jamaine, and everyone else are super friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Most important is communication; my phone calls and questions are always answered and they stay in communication the whole time when the car is being worked on. Thank you so much for working with me and handling my car with care like it's your own. I wouldn't take my Subaru anywhere else2 years update: Handles in southern heat without any issues. Has been a dream to drive!thank you PASNY

One day removed from picking up my WRX, I have to say I am quite pleased. Every time I feather or step on the gas pedal a smile lights up. Boost feels nice, smooth and steady. The power, as they stated, will feel more linear, constant, growing as opposed to the sudden boost and jerk of the stock tune. PASNY opened my car up and as they said, "made it breath better", and breath it does.I got an EBCS, JPipe and custom tune from them and the work was done efficiently. Despite a wrong parts setback, it was immediately mitigated with a quick order and a next day job installation promise. Well, the promise was kept and my concerns were addressed.Pat Pierre, the gentleman managing the front desk, was sincere, chill, knowledgeable and catering. Not once did I feel a striking or underlying judgement or that l I needed to know the certain nuances of the Subaru car culture (as I enter into it further--- thanks PASNY). As stated earlier, due to a miscommunication in parts required, I had to wait another day and I was 40 miles from home without a ride. The LiRR was roughly 3 miles away and Pat was more than happy to drop me off and also pick me up the next day.If this is a PASNY's norm, then you're paying for more than just quality mechanical, engineering services and qualifying parts. The hospitality and welcoming environment is priceless and key for new customers trying to better learn about their investment.Thank you PASNY and Pat Pierre for making my first experience an exceptional one.UPDATE 12/2023:I recently purchased a JDM 97 Subaru Legacy GTB wagon (Legacy/Outback here) and they really took care of me and this vehicle. They performance a full diagnostics and had some key advice to give. They updated/upgraded the timing (belt, tensioner, pump, WITH custom fabrication). They car runs great! I came to them for more.This time they upgraded my exhaust system with a semi-custom set up (Nvidia catback with custom cuts/fits necessary to make it all work). The car sounds like a dream. I have enjoyed and enjoy now two great cars thanks to PASNY!On the customer care side: incomparable. They always pick me up and drop me off at the station, without hesitation. They are very accommodating and quite calm and knowledgeable but they relay that through kind conversation and customer-first attitude.Mark and Joe are awesome to deal with but so is everyone else there.Thanks, PASNY, for always exceeding my expectations with quality work and materials and fair pricing.

I brought my car to performance auto solutions after I realized how much of a nightmare installing a j pipe would be. I called up a few shops and no one would touch the car or provide service any time soon. I called pasny and spoke with Pat. He was extremely professional and was able to get me in that day with no appointment. They were clutch and really bailed me out. They were able to install the j pipe and provide a full dyno tune. The installation was done professionally and cleanly. The car is running absolutely fantastic and I love the tune. The staff is extremely knowledgeable on subarus and the many after market parts. Pat, Joe, and the entire staff were helpful and professional. It was cool to see all the subies outside the shop, I knew I was in the right place.Thanks!Joe

These guys are legit. From the techs to the guys at the counter everyone knows their stuff. If you need anything performance never hesitate to call these guys. From dyno to diagnostics they know what they are talking about. Don't waste your time and money anywhere else. I would give them 10 stars. The staff and group of guys there are awesome. Fixed my scooby right up. Found an issue that only experienced smart techs could even have the mental capacity to think that way. Good to know that these shops still exist!!!!

This review on PASNY is based on a complete build that took about a year (length of time was due to my availability to the shop). Joe, Pat, Jermaine, Julien, Stephen and Colin all deserve to be called out by name for their exceptional work. These guys are awesome. Joe and Pat always made themselves available to address any of my concerns. Whether it was a question over the phone I had or some issue with the car that needed to be addressed, I was always accommodated. Julien, Jermaine and Stephen work was never questionable. Whoever was working on my car, I always felt The car was in good hands. What can I say about Mr Colin s, he puts it all together, a true master on what he does on that laptop. Throughout the process I honestly thought to myself, was the cost to my build worth it. (Yes, expect to payout) but I must honestly say, I have no regrets. The car came out beyond any expectations I had. Some may say the shop is on the pricy side but you get what you pay for. I thought the pricing was reasonable. These guys get it right the first time around. So If you re looking for a shop that specializes on Subarus and is knowledgeable in their craft, well my friend your search is over. These guys are the real deal.

If I could give 10 stars I would. I had one of the biggest headaches you could give regarding an engine swap for my Subaru but it was no problem for performance auto solutions. These guys will take care of you no matter what you need done. They installed my iag700 long block and I didn t even need a break in map. They broke my motor in right in the dyno! Cars ready to rip at 450 whp now. Shouts out to pat and the rest of the boys down there. Thanks homies!!!

By far the best Subaru shop hands down. They are the only shop that has touched my 500+ hp 17 STI that they built and tuned and is always handled with care. Always a pleasure to deal with, very knowledgeable and will never steer you in the wrong direction. I highly recommend them for all your Subaru needs.

Best Subaru performance shop. Joe and Chris were very good at communicating on the phone and are full of knowledge when it comes to these cars. Couldn t honestly be happier with the service and quality work that these guys do at PAS. Very helpful with any question i threw at them. Will definitely return for further installs!
