Beware!!! Do not get tire service done at Costco, especially from John D. with glasses, they will make up any reason to upsell you ,very unprofessional workers, i brought car in to get tire plugged they said that the tire was unfit for the road when he realized the nail didn't puncture the tire. There were other tires they let leave that were bald, when i asked to see their specifications on cracking he couldn't offer me any, when I asked where the nail went that was in my tire, John said don't worry about it!! He then proceeded to tell me i was messing with the wrong guy!!After that the store manager who had no clue about tires came and showed me a picture, he was talking to the tire manager on the phone for about 20 minutes, it took 3 people to make a decision on what to do with my tire. Luke the tire manager was nowhere to be found and wouldn't speak to me on the phone. Please do not go here they will try to scam you. Let me know if my tires look like their specifications in the picture. The last picture is of another bald tire they sent out before mine, watch out for John D. untrustworthy, shame on you Costco

Don't bother making an appointment here. Spent over 2 and 1/2 hours. After the 1st hour told me 20 more minutes so I checked out. All of my meat and frozen food was out for another hour and a half. After I checked out I went to look at the car and all tires were off but no one was working on my car. They shouldn't bother booking appointments if appointments don't take priority.

Way too slow even with appointment. It takes over one hour to rotate tires. Really? Tire center front desk acting like I own them million dollars. No even a smile for customers. Next time may try Costco in Riverhead.

Accidentally booked an appointment for new tire installment on a Wednesday but showed up on Tuesday. Eric was incredibly helpful, working with me to make sure my car could be worked on that day despite my own error. Twice while the car was being worked on I received phone calls about valves that needed to be replaced. I appreciate when I am told ahead of time about extra work being done and am allowed to give the OK on the work instead of being surprised at the end. Eric was professional and kind the whole time, taking the time to explain different features of the tires to me. 10/10 would recommend Coscto Tire center in Holbrook.

In Costco everything is hi quality the tires have road hazard included and the customer service is awesome

A great place to shop tires. Been coming here for years, excellent tires. Professional technicians to help you choose the best tires for you vehicle and install them. Lifetime balance and rotation also. Cesar helped me to make the right choice.

Very methodical techs, torque to spec by hand while wheels are up, working at a careful pace.Allow enough time for the work as it'll take a while. Plan to drop off for pickup later in the day, or just shop in the warehouse for a few hours, and they can call you when done. $15 mounting and balancing even with customer supplied tires, best deal around-

Worst Costco tire center.Every time I go there there is an issue.Every time I go in for a flat repair, the tire in unfixable and I have to purchase a new tire.Went the most recently to purchase 4 new tires.Told me it would take 1.5 - 2 hours. 3.5 hours later I m still waiting. And when I asked what the progress on my car is they told me my tire was unfixable again....
