I was recommended to PRR Automotive by my ex-wife and her husband since Pete has worked on their cars for years. A bit leery at first but after leaving a message with Pete on my car issues, Pete called back very promptly and set up an appointment with him. Pete having the car in his shop to diagnose, called every step of the way on what repairs were needed and his price quotes were excellent reasonable! Job was done in reasonable time as well! All good since. I now have a mechanic I can trust and take my car to. I highly recommend anyone who feels cautious to taking their vehicles to a mechanic, to call and take their vehicles to Pete! I have had Pete service my cars for 20 plus years. I refer relatives of mine to him ....because he is the most honest mechanic I know....and he's very knowledgeable.... I had a specific issue with a transmission and he went out of his way to assist me and have my car fixed in a timely manner as I did not have a backup vehicle. I called Pete a few days ago and explained to him that my service engine light was on. He fit me right into his schedule (on a Holiday weekend!). He told me the problem and was able to take care of it for me. He went out of his way to service my car in an extremely timely manner. He is our go to guy forever now. I highly recommend PRR. We have been bringing our family cars (4) to Pete for the past 18 years. Pete is always accommodating with getting our cars in for repair. Doesn't matter how large r small the job. Pete is our mechanic and will be for a long time! You can trust him!

I went to Peter for a major repair for an older car. Peter was able to diagnose my problems, quote me, and make sure I could afford it. He was mindful of time and called to update me at least once a day. We were able to pick the car up after hours and I couldn't believe the repairs he completed. He is extremely organized and works to the book. He is wonderful. I would highly recommend visiting his shop for minor or major repairs. He can handle it all.

I have been going to Pete for years. He has been maintaining my family of 5 vehicles. And as a mother I'm very picky on who works on my kids cars ..He was always very accommodating and a very fair price . I've been taking my fleet of 4 family cars to Peter for approx 12 years he has helped us through many repair situations from regular inspections to pretty involved engine repairs. He always looks out for the customers best interests and helps with explaining what the issues are and the best way to address each situation. He does not sell you what you don't need. We've had vehicles towed from Buffalo just so Peter could honestly evaluate the problem. He has checked out a number of used vehicles for us prior to purchase. He is honest and a person of integrity. I have recommended him to a number of individuals and they are very happy with the service he provided them. We are 20+ miles from his repair shop but it's worth the drive .

Peter is a really good mechanic, but more importantly honest. Probably the most honest mechanic I have ever met.I moved out of Rochester years ago and still have not been able to find anyone even remotely comparable. Great place to have your car(s) taken care of.

There's something comforting about a smoothly-run, no-B.S., highly competent auto repair shop, located in the community, serving a largely suburban clientele. I was very impressed by the quality, cost, timeliness, and overall presentation of this shop. Fast but not rushed. Affordable. Clean, organized, Better-Business-Bureau registered, straight-forward, and reliable work. 5/5, will absolutely continue to give them my business.Service: Tires

I have nothing but positive feedback back for PRR. The shop is clean and everytime I call Pete gets my vehicle's in asap. The number one reason I pick PRR over all other mechanic shops is the fact that Pete is very honest!!
