Nasty employees that are condescending to women. The elderly "not so gentleman" that cashed my wife out for a wiper blade actually said "do you think you're smart enough to change that yourself" in a very condescending tone. Completely unacceptable.

Staff is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They always take the time to make sure I know exactly what I'm doing and what tools I'll need before a repair. They always send me home with the right parts as well. Their parts are top of the line and unlike many competitors, the NAPA brand parts usually comes with new hardware as well (calipers, etc.) which makes the job much easier.

A chain auto parts store in small town America. Impressed with the staff on duty. They have a wide selection of different items. I was surprised at the number of products they have. They still have old school catalogs at the sales counter. Good people helping their neighbors. They have a delivery car as well.

I was at the Hilton store on Monday July 3rd at 3:50pm. The sign said open till 5:00pm. The employees that were supposed to be there drove by and said to bad .pos

Always great service from these guys! Buying parts/ tools/fluids there for years. Only once did I have a problem, which was due to a manufacturers defect on a piece of equipt. - not the store's fault- and they resolved it on the spot, although I had not saved the paperwork. They know their stuff. I have nothing against the big box DIY places- I use them too if it's necessary at times, but I suggest that you drive the extra mile, or three... to get your stuff here instead. NAPA quality is good and their prices are very competitive with the AA, AZ and PB places. Plus.. you get the right parts the first time!Great job, guys!David Savage, Hilton/ Greece/Carlton, NY

Very friendly staff. I liked the part on the 95 degree day and their a/c was cranking like like a dream. That is great hospitality. Overall great NAPA, will be sticking around for fora while.

Great to have here in Hilton. I ve gone there a few times for needed parts while I was working on something and they always hook me up with what I need!
