GREAT service! They fixed a botched repair from Kaiser's Auto and didn't even charge me for it. Their communication is fantastic. They got back to me asap, each time that I called. I would not hesitate to use them in the future for multiple reasons...thank you!!!

My new mechanic!!I had called to make an appointment with Ernie or Mike, as soon as I realized my parents vehicle had a way overdue inspection and Ernie said he could squeeze me in, if I could get there during his lunch hour...Turned out, I got there within a half hour and he promptly and professionally took care of the issue instantly!!You guys earned my respect and will be my number 1 choice from now on!!Thank you so much, Mike & Ernie!!

Mike is the best mechanic around and is one of the most honest guys I know. My entire family has been customers of Mike for longer than I remember and is the only mechanic we trust. Even our bigger company vans/trucks are on the road daily thanks to Mike. He is more than fair on all jobs and his honesty and work is second to no one. Thank you for all the years of great service and for many more to come.

I have had Mike service my cars for many years. He does honest work for an honest price. He and his mechanic are highly skilled and always have done excellent work. I would recommend Mike to anyone.

Honest, trustworthy, reasonably priced, and quick work. Mike has fixed my van and my husband's truck multiple times now. Every time we drop a vehicle off there, we know it will be fixed quickly and we will be charged a reasonable price. He doesn't try to fix things that don't need fixed, and he won't charge you $25 to replace your air filter. I highly recommend him.

This is my second visit to Mike's Automotive in Hilton, NY. The first visit was with my daughter's car. The car had been wrongly diagnosed and Mike correctly diagnosed the problem and repaired it the same day for a reasonable price. In addition her remote start was not working. Mike fixed it for no extra cost. Today, I brought my car to Mike and he was able to correctly diagnose a serious cooling problem that had been wrongly diagnosed previously causing serious problems. Mike could have worked on the car for the money but instead explained that the age and high mileage on the car would not warrant the cost of repairs. Mike did not charge me for the labor and instead wanted me to keep my money since I will now need another car. Thanks Mike for your expertise, honesty and caring. Went to several auto repair shops until I was told about Mikes Automotive. I brought my car to Mikes on Monday and got my car back on that same day and Yes he fixed my car and it runs like new again. Mikes is honest and They test instead of just replace. I highly recommend this shop.

Great man mike is, me and my father have went threw him from tires to transmission jobs and just got power steering pump re done. He had people ahead of me and went in early and stayed late (random drop off for me no appointment) and he said mid next week and it took him 2 days only a day waiting on parts. Great service and can t thank him more.. 11 out of 10 stars to this man, best shop around and this is coming from a mechanic himself who couldn t get the car out to where I work. Over all amazing guy and great work and will to the extra mile to make you smile.. bring jobs Big and small to mikes in Hilton Call head for an appointment and he will have the job done and warenteed correctly!

Mike is the best i had a muffler issue and he fixed it with no hassle. Mike talked to me step by step and allowed me to understand exactly what was wrong and what should done along with providing guidance you won t find anywhere else if you have any issues mike is definitely your guy

Have been going to Mike since he opened. Great service! Mike always goes above and beyond. Always straight honest answers to any questions I have had. Does not try to up sell any parts/replacement work. Looks out for his customers. Great mechanic!

IF you are looking for an honest, reasonable mechanic - you are at the right place when you go to Mike. I have been doing business with Mike since he opened his shop in Hilton. And I have been completely satisfied with each and every visit. Mike goes out of his way for his customers, treating them completely like family. I have never called him that he was too busy for my question which sometimes had nothing to do with needing work done at that minute. I have had situations with out of town family - which he instantly worked into his schedule. My family feels the same as I with regard to his knowledge and helpfulness. So if you are in the market for a mechanic - I would say you are at a five star operation!!
