Franks was such a great and easy experience for us. The guys explained what was going on with the car and the repairs needed in a very accessible way. It was completed quickly and got my car back in great condition (with a car wash too!). Would absolutely recommend and go back for any future repairs we may need.

Been meaning to write a review about Frank's For a while. I had a car accident for the first time in my Subaru. Had the car a little over a year and really didn't want to take the car to someone who wasn't Subaru certified. Called the Subaru dealer service center in NJ(same car dealer where I bought the car) not to far from Frank's and they referred me to Frank's and it was the best decision I made. They told me they go to Frank's to get all their loaner cars body done. I called up Frank's and they were professional through and through. I asked when I can bring the car and they said anytime between the time they open and before they close any day of the week that they are open and that was perfect. I'm located within the five boroughs so Franks is about an hour drive up from Brooklyn but it was well worth it. Brought the car up and was greeted by the shop manager I wanna say Rob forgive me if I'm wrong but that's my guy. He showed me and my family love and his Dog is great too. Told us to worry about nothing they will take care of everything and sure enough they did. Once I dropped the car off my worries were gone because the staff at Frank's made me feel very safe and secure and I knew my car was going to be treated right. Within two and a half weeks I got the call that my car was ready and man they did an amazing job bringing her back to glory. The guys at Frank's Auto Body are amazing. If you need any body work done on your car definitely go to Franks Auto Body. I know for me it was quite a drive but definitely worth it these guys do amazing work. Thanks Again.

We have brought in a couple of cars for repairs to Frank's Auto Body. Frank's is by far the best auto body shop around and Frank, Anthony, Rob and the rest of the crew are phenomenal. The cars look better than new when they come back from repairs, the work is done quickly and perfectly, and we are always treated with respect. Franks auto body was recommended to us by our Subaru dealership and now I can see why. They were extremely helpful and efficient, especially during the busy holiday season. They helped me work with my insurance to keep things moving and everything about the operation was completely transparent and broken down. Not only did my car look great on the outside, it felt new on the inside too. I appreciate all the work and effort they put into this to make it a seamless process for me and my family.

Well Yogi decided to cross the highway without using a cross walk. This led to my search of auto body shops. I settled with Frank's as he was straightforward and seemed very efficient. They are an authorized Subaru repair shop as well which was also a deciding factor. I will post finished photos as well. His solid reviews are absolutely in line with the customer service I have received thus far.

Frank, Anthony and Rob were fantastic! I needed a good amount of body work done before leaving for a road trip and these guys were all over it. They got the parts in immediately and had the work done in under a week, which is almost unheard of these days.I really can t say enough about how great of a job these guys did and how professional they are. Any time I called they knew exactly where my car was with the repairs and there was absolutely NO NONSENSE.These guys are the real deal and I ll never bring a car anywhere else!

Frank, Anthony, Rob and Team are outstanding! From the first phone call through repair, they were extremely professional, helpful and made my stressful situation relaxed. My girl friend Gloria s vehicle met with a deer in Bergen County! We had a great experience with Frank s Auto Body! Rob was the main contact and he did a great job making sure everything was moving along properly. The work done by their team was excellent as we needed parts and paint matching and the car has been repaired to Factory Spec. Thank you.

Brought my car to Frank's after hitting a dear. My bumper, hood, headlight, and front quarter panel needed to be replaced and repainted and they completed the work in a timely manner, keeping me updated every step of the way. They handled everything with my insurance company and made the process very easy. I was very surprised by how well they color matched and blended the paint, you wouldn't ever know that this car has had any body work completed. Should I ever find myself in this situation again, I will absolutely be bringing my vehicle to Franks. Thank you guys!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Would definitely use Frank s again should I need bodywork performed (though hopefully not :)), and would recommend them to acquaintances. I heard about them through a coworker who had a similar positive experience. I had a tree fall on my car and they came and picked-up the vehicle quickly. My daughter was involved in a head on collision back on March 9th, 2022 and we we recommended to have the car brought to Franks Auto Body by the dealership she purchased her jeep from. From the initial meeting with Rob from Franks to the constant updates and the delivery of the completed truck to us was outstanding. The work was outstanding and the truck came out perfect with no hidden surprises. I was rear ended causing damage to the rear and exhaust. Frank s completed the work quickly and restored my car to new. I had a minor fender bender accident while driving in NYC. The slight impact left a couple of dents around the front wheel well. There was no damage to the paint fortunately. I was recommended to Frank s Auto Body repair shop in Suffern, NY by a friend who had had good experiences there with a couple of his cars. About 45 minutes later it was all done and looked good as new! The dents were gone & the cost was very reasonable. Frank, Rob & Arthur and all the staff were friendly and professional. Highly recommended!

Absolutely wonderful experience. They were upfront, open and honest about the repairs required for the damage on my car. Not only was it a quick turn around but they show great care in what they produce and the cars body is like new, again. Will not take my car anywhere else for body work.

Franks in hillburn NY is the worst auto body shop I have ever attended. I would like to say he is a liar. I would not take my car here if it was the last shop on earth. He must've paid to get his stars up. DO NOT COME HERE YOUVE BEEN WARNED.

Frank's was recommended by the Subaru service center to help me with some body work due to an accident. The price quoted was very fair and I am thrilled with the work done. My vehicle is 6 years old and has a pearl paint. I am impressed that the replaced parts match perfectly and one would never know that my vehicle had ever been damaged. My Crosstrek looks great and if I ever need body work done again, I will definitely be taking my Subaru back to Frank's Auto Body, Inc.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Frank's staff was helpful and kind right from the moment i walked in. I got rear ended and got my car back in 3 business days from drop off and it was handed to me like a brand new car! I had a great experience with Frank s Auto Body! I needed to have my lease repaired and this shop did a great job! They worked with my insurance company and made the whole process so easy! This was the first time that I had to do anything like this and if I had to do it again I will definitely be going back the Frank s!
