As far as I'm concerned there may be other reputable shops in town but for professionalism and friendliness these guys can't beJust for the record I have replaced almost every component over the last 4 years on my 35 year old car including the engine I can't underscore enough these guys have consistently come through even in a pinch finding hard to find components.I noticed there is a one-star review and I would just like to express my opinion that after having encountered some of the reprehensible individuals running repair shops in our area, it is my belief that that one-star review was posted by one of them I have genuinely met some pretty horrible automotive mechanics on the take and on the lookout for any easy mark.Pay the pretty penny and go with TRC. After all you're not looking for a discount sneakers at Target you're looking to fix your chariotThank you Sarah Matt and family here's to another five years

Matt and his team are amazing. We were looking for a safe and reliable car for my son. Matt checked over a few cars we brought in for him to inspect and the 3rd car he checked he gave us the green light. Matt ensured that the car was safe for my son to drive. He explained everything that he fixed and even made sure I knew the power behind this car so I can speak to my son about it. We are so happy that we found a mechanic and his team that truly care for the safety of their customers.Thank you again TRC! WE APPRECIATE YOU ALL!

Very clean and relaxing waiting area. Courteously greeted by every single person who works there. Books, old school Ms. Pac Man video game, coffee, and 2 gorgeous dogs. My service was completed too quickly... I wasn't ready to leave. It was my first visit, but it won't be the last. 10/10

Wow. We are lucky to have TRC in the area along with Fleet. Both are so good that we split our business between the two. TRC alerted us on a warranty issue that Subaru would never admit to. So thrilled with the knowledge and fairness of TRC.

I have no experience here but with the exception of one customers negative review it sounds like a good place. I wish I had known about them before. If you find a good mechanic hold on tight and be as generous as you can and always be thankful. I am in such a pickle right now and after my car being in the shop for 6 weeks and still they can't find the cause of random misfire P0300 and now P071 Bank 1 lean and have up. Told me to just keep resetting the CEL. I am too the point of being depressed and feeling the weight.

From 400 miles away Matt and team helped trouble shoot my car problems. Took time out of his Saturday, multiple phone calls from a frantic customer, to help me get home safe. My favorite auto repair by far, ever! Matt and Sarah are very friendly, great communicators and I always feel like I'm leaving the cars in great hands. They're easy to reach by phone, really professional with quotes, and they're just great people. I always feel good walking in their door.

TRC lives up to its name as The Right Choice. After complete frustration of my old mechanic's shop never picking up the phone and constantly getting an answering machine I knew it was time to find a new place. First time I called TRC the phone was answered on 2 rings. That was a great start. I went in and Matt and Sarah were very courteous and extremely knowledgeable. Matt explains the repairs in Layman's Terms which is a huge plus. They have been keeping my 12 Subaru with well over 100k miles running like a clock. They do what's needed and never try to bulldoze you into a repair that benefits their bottom line. My only regret is not finding them sooner.

Matt and Sarah and the entire staff have always treated me like Family since I started going to TRC. It s simply the best shop around. The work ethic is above and beyond. Matt is always so honest and to the point. I love my Subaru and going to TRC. I highly recommend them as they are honest, kind and It s simply fun to be there.

Only place I trust in the area. Dogs to play with in the waiting room, a vintage FREE Ms. Pacman arcade system, a company that donates to Autism research and sponsors local baseball teams. Every trip there is fruitful, always get my car back in great condition, and no work needs to be done for thousands of miles. Come here, you won't regret it.

Really took care of my car, feels brand new. Everything was priced out very professionally through text and I had tons of time to plan how I was going to proceed with repairs. Matt is awesome and knowledgeable. I recommended him that something needed to also get fixed and he assured me I was okay for now but also gave me a quote on the job just in case...I WILL BE BACK, DEFINITELY THE RIGHT CHOICE!Definitely recommend 100%!THANK YOU!

TRC is the real deal and the right choice! I had my 2017 Subaru Outback in for service for the first time this morning. Wow, I am impressed! Everyone at the front desk was super kind and helpful. After inspecting the car, Matt then took me back on to the beautiful shop floor to show me exactly what was going on underneath my vehicle -- when was the last time you saw that happen at a dealership?! This place is professional; this place cares. And the pricing was extremely fair. This is one fine local family-run business that I am happy and proud to support!

Matt saved the day. I know little to nothing about cars and was worried for my safety when it started making some dreadful noises. I called at 7 am on a Sat and Matt picked right up. He was already swamped for the day. Yet he offered to take a look. Dropped off the car, he checked it out. Full brakes replacement needed. Heavy duty there! But Matt saved the day and GOT IT DONE! On an already fully booked day! I got a FANTASTIC and TIMELY quote by text and we worked out the details. I needed the car to get to work though. Well, business was handled and completed before 2 pm! AND he gave me a healthcare worker discount on an already fantastic quote.Every experience at TRC has been simply pleasant and memorable, and I truly appreciate having found them.Thank you Matt! I will never understand what all the hype is about this place. Idk if they pay people to give them good reviews but first off, wish I didn't go there because nothing he did helped my car. It was a bunch of bogus. Second, the lady Sarah at the desk, I believe his wife, always has a rude tone when we have spoken to her. I also still can't tell if Matt is legit or not but we have had a lot of doubts since we've been there. It's disappointing...was so excited to find a reliable place but I took my car elsewhere and things have been good since.

After my previous mechanic retired some family members recommended TRC for my service and repairs. I've taken all three of my vehicles there for nearly 2 years now and they have been great. Their rates are very reasonable.

Have known Matt for years. Always a stand up guy. Brought my sons Ford pickup to him for regular maintenance and a weird noise in the front end. Matt diagnosed the problem and even worked with my extended warranty company to get the work done. Easiest transaction I ever completed.

A+++service!Professional, friendly & honest.I ve brought my Subaru to TRC twice. Once for a new clutch and the second time for an A/C compressor. I was very happy with both experiences. Prices were reasonable too! It s a busy place but they were able to get me in and out quickly. I will definitely be going back for all my auto repairs.

Highly recommend this shop. Matt and Sarah are nice people, the prices are reasonable, and you can support a local business instead of a chain, and that's a win in my book any day. We will definitely be bringing our cars back the next time they need work. Having a mechanic you trust to do right by you is a rare find, give them a try.

Matt is really good at what he does! Prices are reasonable, service is quick and shop is comfortable to wait in. Facility is very clean. I ve been going to Matt for several years and my experiences are consistently pleasant and he always gets the job done right! Definitely recommend TRC for all you vehicles needs.

I did a walk-in (which is unheard of everywhere) & Matt took in my car on the spot. PLUS: the very lovely Emily drove me & my groceries home. The wonderful team at TRC always goes above & beyond the call of duty. I'm very grateful to them (also, that I live 1 mile from their place).

Twice this business has made me cry from HAPPINESS. As a single, working person that has just moved to the area, I'm so thankful that I found a mechanic that is affordable and trustworthy and understands that cars aren't cheap! Haha. The place is clean and decorated wonderfully, their dog is so cute, and their professionalism and customer service is off the chain! If it wasn't for them striving for good customer service, I don't know where I would be right now. Thank you so much! TAKE YOUR CARS HERE PEOPLE!

Its been hard looking for a reliable auto repair shop until i was referred at trc auto repair. My drive to westchester to highland NY is worth it! I have 2013 subaru wrx, matt and team did awesome and impeccable job! Felt like a brand new car! Highly recommend!
