These guys are awesome!!! I live in Rotterdam, NY and happened to get into an accident while on the way to Poughkeepsie. I was outside of the area for a tow back up north to my area, so I had to choose a repair shop near Highland. I went with Steve's and I couldn't be more happy. Mario was so helpful with any questions I had and kept me informed. Steve was great when I picked up my car. They did a fantastic job on my car. I'm so pleased with them!!

Highly recommend these guys! They went above and beyond what was expected. They helped me retain the value of my vehicle by negociating with the insurance company for genuine parts and repairing my vehicle with skill and precision. No small part unlooked and a lifetime warranty! Best in the business as far as I'm concerned. Thank you guys!

Steve s 9w collision is one of the best auto body shops around. Steve is very knowledgeable, honest, and efficient. I brought my 2017 Chevy SS to Steve s shop for a full paint job & couldn t be happier with the results. It s evidently clear that Steve takes pride in his work. He s very diligent, precise, and through. His staff is also well informed, friendly and kind. I highly recommend Steve auto body shop for fast, reliable, and exceptional work. I am beyond delighted and grateful for the service I have received here. The staff is very caring and friendly and their work is immaculate. I came in with my car door damaged from a truck side-swiping me and knocked-out fog light from a deer. My car has been repaired and looks brand new! I still can't believe how flawless it looks. This was my first time getting an auto body repair and they made the process so stress-free. Finding an auto body shop with such pleasant staff AND talented professionals is rare these days. I highly recommend Steve's 9W Collision. I can t say enough good about the business, or the knowledge, professionalism, and understanding shown to customers. Particularly by the business Manager and Appraiser, Mario Laudato.My car was brought to the shop last week after becoming badly damaged in a car accident. Luckily a friend suggested I ask the tow company (contracted and called by the PD to move all non-drivable vehicles from the scene to a safe holding location) to bring it to Steve's 9W Collision. Following this, I spoke to Mario, who patiently answered all my questions, and eased my concerns. I also learned that Steve s does free estimates, full collision repair and works with all insurance.Over the next few days, I went to the shop and spoke to Mario several times and he never failed to offer quick, honest advice.He kept me well informed throughout the process and worked efficiently with the insurance company to make progress.Any car repair-related expense can be stressful, and it s invaluable to know there s a reliable, trustworthy, local business @ Steve s 9W Collision that all of us in the community, and anyone can depend on.

Mario at Steve's 9W Collision helped me every step of the way in providing estimates, working with insurance companies and communicating quickly and clearly. In the end my car was deemed a total loss and I received fair payment. If the car could have been repaired I would definitely have had the work done there. Mario is knowledgeable and clearly dedicated to helping his customers. My five star recommendation is well deserved!

I ll never trust anyone else handling my cars than this establishment. The only good thing to have come out of the accident my car was in, was by chance, being referred to have my car fixed here. First I just want to make an honorable mention to the staff members here with their genuine concern about the well being and safety of anyone involved. Its such an underrated act in such a needed time and that alone is priceless in these types of situations. But also speaks volumes about the condition they received the car in. It was, in the eyes of someone with no knowledge in this profession, one of the worst sights I could have possibly seen on my car I just bought like 2 months prior. I was speechless to its condition. From the outside body so deep into the mechanics of the car it just wasn t something my mind could wrap around the thought of it even being a possibility to be able to be fixed. The amazing people here assured me either way if it s a total loss or not they would be able to help me with the insurance since I had never gone through anything like this before, they we re able to help get me squared away with a rental for the time it was in repair and just literally went above and beyond every step of the way to make this process as stress and pain free as they could. After receiving it back all I can say is wow. Thank you so much to everyone who ended up contributing to the absolutely beautiful, brand new, look like nothing even happened condition my car is in today!! You guys clearly take pride in your work and when dealing with your clients and it shows!!! The overwhelming feeling of happiness and relief I felt the day I came to pick my car up was absolutely unmatchable. They made the impossible, possible! I can only imagine the time and effort that went into this and I honestly can t even begin to express how happy I am, how impressed I am, and how thankful I am they gave me my brand new car back. Every little detail handled with care and with pride to their craft. Truly authentic, caring and extremely skilled professionals, they are a real life model of how any business should operate. I m sure if I didn t end up in their hands, my experience would not have been nearly the same. I m sure I had just about every major part of my car worked on as well as it s body, painting, tires. The list probably goes on. It must looking at it now from what it was. Thank you so much for everything you ve done. It s so much more appreciated than you ll ever know but I hope this review can give you an insight on how much of a positive impact you ve left on my life s story with this experience. My name is Danielle. I would just like to say how amazing these kind and talented gentleman are. I brought my Mercedes there for a fender bender that I had and when I say they went ABOVE and BEYOND for me isn't even enough or able to describe how happy I am. When you bring your car to a body shop and it comes out looking BETTER then it did before. Mario is one of the nicest and genuine people in his craft ever and actually cares about what he is doing. If anyone ever needs work done on their car I would say to please bring it to here and talk to Steve and Mario , you will not be disappointed. I'm hoping I don't need body work in the future BUT if I do this is the ONLY place I will ever go. I just want to give a big thank you to ALL of them. So talented and you have no idea what you have done for me!!!! I would add a pic in to show how amazing they did but I don't know how sorry lol

Steve is a honest, genuine, hard working guy who s meticulous with his work, Steve installed a widebody kit on my car and paint matched it. The final product of the car when finished was breathtaking. Steve takes his time and makes sure corners are not cut, if you want someone who s experienced and cares about their craft, Steve is the man to bring your car to for Auto body work. Steve and his business truly are a blessing to have in the Ulster County area. Any future endeavors I have I ll make sure to bring my cars to Steve. I can t say enough great things about the service I received at Steve s 9W Collision. My car needed major repair to the front fender. I received an estimate and parts were ordered immediately. Steve assisted with a rental car and I even picked up my car earlier than I expected. I was so pleased when I saw my vehicle! Outstanding work!You could never tell it was repaired! I should have written this earlier; I'm a repeat customer. My wife had to have a bumper replaced and checked several other places she ended up back at Steve's. They gave the most thorough estimate, dealt with the insurance and to it done efficiently. Even touched up a little spot on side panel. I first went there when a bird took out my passenger side mirror on 84. Same thing, they took car of it all. However the best was when my car was hammered by that tennis ball hail a few years ago. The damage was adding up to the limits of my coverage. Steve worked it out with the insurance company. To get under the limit they had to just knock out the bumps in the roof instead of replace it. A masterful job, just can't tell they were ever there. Again, prompt, pleasant, and perfect.

I dealt with Mario & Steve when taking my car here to have some damage taken care of from someone rear-ending my Granddaughter's HR-V. These guys and their staff are friendly, honest and very professional people to work with. Our car was completed in a timely manner and came out looking like new. Hopefully I don't need this kind of service again, but if I do. this is the place I will go to again - they are easy to work with and do excellent work.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

If I could give them 6 stars, I would. After we got rear-ended TWICE in 3 days, 1 month after purchasing the car, we took it to Mario at Steve s 9W. The insurance companies totaled the car bc of a cracked frame. Mario was so helpful, took the time to explain the process and answer all of our questions fully. We never felt rushed. The office is clean and bright. Mario handles the insurance companies adjusters and always advocated for us, the customer. He doesn t work at the behest of the insurance company. Kudos to everyone there.

I cannot recommend Steve's 9W Collision enough - Mario and his team were communicative and readily available to answer questions and provide me with options for repair. They took care of everything from insurance, to even detailing the interior after the external repairs were done, and made the stressful process of getting accident damage fixed very easy. Steven and Mario were truly helpful and went above and beyond to help me out during a really stressful time and made sure to make the whole process as smooth as possible after getting into an accident. They genuinely care about their customers and helped every step of the way. They even knocked the price down and tried to work with the insurance to get the best possible deal possible. I have nothing but the absolute best to say about the team at Pete s 9W. Their customer care and professionalism are unrivaled. After our accident, they were the only people in the entire process that put us at ease. They took the reigns and handled absolutely everything regarding the car repair. Truly exceptional auto body repair work/paint/etc. I was stunned to see my car fixed like/better than OEM including the chip guard on the lower fender that no one else takes the time to apply. I m very picky and after recommendations from my friends, I decided to give Steve a call and I couldn t be more pleased with the work and attention to detail.
