I just picked my car up and couldn't be happier with how it looks! I bought it used and I don't think it even looked this new back then. Kevin is a perfectionist in the best way and even took the time to clean/defog my headlights for me. I had a whole complicated "going through somebody else's insurance and also need rental" type of situation on top of never having any work like this done before and Jen worked hard to make sure everyone did right by me to make things as easy as possible. Both Kevin and Jen are kind friendly hard working people and did a great job for me. I am so grateful!

Just picked my daughter's vehicle up. Had body work done from an accident. The car looks better than it did prior to the accident and it was meticulously cleaned and detailed. Not my first time dealing with them and expectations are consistently met or surpassed. Thanks

I don t want this review to be too wordy but I think it s going to have to be. First off my father owned a body shop growing up so I ve been around shops and I know great work when I see it. I ve had multiple experiences with Kevin and Premiere over the last couple of years. The first was when my wife ran over something with my forerunner. I popped in to see what it would take to fix and the guys came out popped out the dent (free of charge) and sent me on my way. The next experience was about a year ago when I hit a mail box with my Chevy Volt causing about 12K in damage. They use only genuine OEM parts and the vehicle came back looking and driving better than before I dropped it off. My friend Joe had his new Jaguar fixed by premier as well when someone we aren t sure who backed up into him. Lol. Again all OEM and pristine work. Most recently some kid shot my car with a BB gun in Newburgh. I stopped in and Kevin had me scheduled and fixed up as good as new in just 3 days and at a great price so I didn t need to go through insurance. See the attached pics! This is the place to go if you need body or paint work done on your car. Sadly I ve had to visit enough to know for sure. Thanks Kevin you re the man!

Excellent, excellent, excellent job! My vehicle looks better now than prior to the accident! I m so impressed with the quick work & attention to detail. I was so upset and sick to my stomach when the deer hit my car . Upon recommendation I had my car towed to Premier auto body. It was the best decision I ever madeKevin was so understanding and reassured me numerous times that my car would look better than brand new. I am happy to report he was 100% right. My car looks better than it did before it got hit by the deer.Kevin and his crew are car artists. The workmanship and attention to detail are flawless. Kevin and Jen held my hand through this whole process, dealing with the insurance, and my neuroses that my car would never look or handle the same.I cannot say enough great things about Premier auto body. If your car is in need of auto bodywork from a deer strike or accident, this is the place. Trust me when I tell you , you will not be disappointed. I cannot stop smiling every time I look at my car. Thank you Kevin and Premiere autobody. You guys are great.

My husbands truck was damaged to the tune of over 7K by an automotive dealership, and they sent the truck to Premiere. To say my husband is "picky" about HIS truck is an understatement. My husband knows automotive paint and body work, having done it for over 35+ years, so he was skeptical of the job. I have to say, Kevin and the staff were very nice, understood the concerns, and in the end a top quality job was completed. My husband was impressed with the paint match, and let me tell you, he went over "every inch" of his repaired truck. Nice job guys, he will recommend you highly.......................

Can t say enough about Kevin and his crew. Instead of going through insurance, or purchasing a bumper for my truck for $1000+ dollars, he was willing to tackle attempting to straighten the bumper. Instead of taking the easy way out, unbolting a bumper and bolting on a new one, Kevin was willing to put in actual hard tedious work, straighten the bumper, and keeping the cost to just a damaged plastic piece for about $300. It looks good as new and I couldn t have asked for a better job. Premier is the only body shop in the Hudson Valley where you re going to get results on your vehicle, like if it was Kevin doing the work on his own vehicle.

I needed some body work done to my car and I was referred to Premiere Auto Body by a friend of mine. I explained to Kevin, the owner, exactly what I wanted, and I also explained how I am OCD and wanted everything the way I wanted it. Not only did he give me a great price, he was very receptive to my needs and his work exceeded my expectations. I would recommend anybody who needs good quality bodywork done with care and quality OEM parts to take their vehicle there, you will not be disappointed!

These guys are great. They helped me with all elements of the process after two car accidents. Explaining the damage to the car thoroughly and helping me navigate the insurance process. They helped me get the true value for my car by describing how the insurance valuation works. Thanks Dave and Kevin!

From what I can tell they do decent work, however they do not have a great customer service and they aren t very reliable. For example every time I would call about my car they never had an answer and was constantly giving me the run around and never once gave me an update and would tell me one thing and then go back on it.Services: Painting, Body & TrimServices: Painting, Body & Trim

Made an appt nearly 3 weeks out to drop my truck off for repair. I get my wife to pick me up and drop the truck off the night before. I receive a call later that afternoon asking me to pick my truck up, they wont be able to repair it for over a week and they'll call me to reschedule- I've heard nothing 3 weeks later. Of course, now I need to get my wife to drop me off to get the truck as well....um, perhaps call to prevent all this juggling? I had some work completed earlier in the year that was satisfactory- tho my outside temp sensor stopped working when they replaced the grill in that case too. Fine body work, fair prices, poor customer service.

Premiere Auto Body has repaired every car we've owned. No matter what was damaged it was repaired back to mint condition. Can't say enough, Kevin and his team is worth every penny spent to restore your car back to it's original condition.
