Totally trash. They towed our car charging for $320 on black friday. Only 5 min drive and there was no warning sign. Gonna file the report.

Drove by, saw they were open and inquired about installing an axle back exhaust on my 23 wrx. They gave me fair price and they did it in less than an hour on the spot. Love these guys. Will definitely go back to them.Service: Auto exhaust system replacementService: Auto exhaust system replacement

At the accident site, Tony arrived with tow truck and a huge attitude. He was rude demanding money. I called for clarification once they towed our BMW and Tony was screaming at me on the phone. I wanted to get my car out of there. Both Tony and Glen kept saying why it is going to be totaled. Long story short my BMW is being fixed. They are rude and incompetent stay away!!

Owner is a little guy with a big mouth that seems to hate his job. Non stop cursing and running his mouth about nonsense. I felt bad for his worker who seemed embarrassed by his behavior. Openly berating customers is a terrible business plan. I ll go somewhere else for inspections from now on to help make his life easier.

The Owner of this business went over and above to tow our car during a holiday weekend. The service provided was excellent and priced fair. Much better than waiting hours for the insurance company to find a provider who may never show up.

This place Is well Known for being absolutely terrible, well I got my taste...Had to pay extra for appointment since they were closed... $150... really? Yet they were seen towing more people 10 minutes later. It was towed 2 miles from their shop.Wrongfully towed. E break was on... there s probably damage. The owner, a Nasty nasty man was at the counter. What looked to be his son.. maybe 13 or 14 years old was moving the vehicles! Um what?!!When I questioned him, he got loud and nasty. I walked out, he then walked himself outside and started harassing my friend while calling me names who was sitting in another car minding her own business.No wonder this place looks like a dump / junk yard... the people who run it are white trash.

Thank you for helping me figure out what was wrong with my car when it began to make a horrendous noise. I was not from the area when the car began to groan and you helped diagnose the problem and let me know the car was safe to drive until I could get it repaired. Nice human beings!

had a horrible experience, mechanical breakdown mid day, called the local police to help me, they said they'll send a tow truck, i asked them to tow near my home, they denied because *Police called them* then i was given a price of 3000 for repairs or 700 dollars for a tow less than a mile! finally i had no choice because he was threatening to put a lien on my title, and i wanted to pay he would take cash only and not give me a receipt! horrible! i really dont know why the police would call them and i have filed a complaint with IAB, its sad that someone could practice business like that these days, oh, FYI my mechanic repaired my car for 225 :) :)

Glen Mckenzie is a stand up business owner and takes very care of me and his other customers. He has been servicing my vehicles for years and I have never had and issues with him or his workmanship. I will continue using Glen for his towing and repair business.

The owner is an angry little guy with napoleon complex. Curses people out. I've had to call the cops on him. Tow's cars for his money and overcharges to get them back. The owner lost a contract with the town police to fix their cars because they cant fix the cars. There wasn't a day that went by where they didnt have a police car in their lot in need of repair. They have since gone to harriman for their auto needs.. Really says alot about this place being that the town they've been in for so long wants nothing to do with them. He stays open from towing and contracts with a certain town invading Woodbury. All the locals know to go elsewhere because there is an A Plus Sunoco right down the road closer to the Woodbury common for gas which is cheaper and another shop right down the street from there (not Woodbury auto they're no good either, but that's for another review). Anyway just avoid this place at all costs.

The owner only cared about himself and proving a point that even though his manager set a price and a time for my suv too be fixed 2 times because i was upset that i wasted money and mileage on my SUv too get too them at 3:30 pm the day before and 6:30am the next day knowing i could have got pulled over and fined for a noisey muffler they made me drive too them just too tell me too go too hell.

He's to openly and rudely opinionated, racist and bad buisness man. He needs to learn to love himself before he can like anyone else. No wonder his buisness get bad reviews. Shame on you.

Brakes were grinding, went here for repairs. Next day brakes were smoking. Day after that, the brakes seized up, and I was in a head-on collision, with severe injuries.Service: BrakesService: Brakes
