Very much appreciate the quality of the repair the Jake's team has made to the car. The car looks fantastic. The QA/QC to repairs is obviously very detailed, great team putting together the repairs.The efforts to work with insurance company was superior and shows in the results.Many thanks again, I've received lots of compliments over how great the car looks.Service: Body & Trim

Had to get a quick fix on the bumper of our car. We left it with Jakes and we walked into town they had it done in 1 hour and you cant tell anything happened anymore.

Jakes is the place to go!!! They went above and beyond to fix our car! It came back to us looking better than new! We have never had such good service on our cars! A deer ran into my car and everyone at Jake s from the front desk to Jake for the estimate. I was set up within a couple of days with the work to start, my insurance taken care of and my rental in place. I was constantly kept in the loop as far as the work was concerned. It was ready within the predicted time, perfectly cleaned and the work was perfect too. I highly recommend Jake s!!!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Terrible work! HORRIBLE Owner. Had an accident and took it to Jakes. I had a scratch unrelated to the accident, when I got it back. It was buffed down to the bare metal, and it looked like someone colored it in with a sharpie marker. On the phone, the insurance company told me he would fix any problems I had. When I went in, the OWNER, Jake called me a bull****er and said I was full of horse****. He said all this yelling in my face. I was so surprised because I heard he had a good reputation. Would never go back again and would suggest nobody brings their car here if they want good work done and want good customer service. Jake also didn t mold the trim back so it was aligned. I will most likely be opening a lawsuit against him. STAY AWAY at all costs. I will provide pictures too.

So...you just hit a deer. Keep calm and call Jake's. Their technicians and staff are very well trained and very good at what they do. They will have your vehicle fixed in no time. The office staff are phenomenal at working with insurance companies to get the right parts quickly. The paint and body techs do amazing work at aligning the pieces so they fit properly and matching the paint so it looks brand new, again. No one does better work. In fact, I drove my car all the way from Virginia Beach so they could fix it!

I cannot say enough good things about Jake s auto body. I got into a collision with a deer that messed up the whole front of my car and windshield. Jake s worked with my insurance and got my car in as soon as they could (it can be a wait since they are so popular) it took less than a week and when I went to pick it up it was sparkling and shiny. Not only did they clean the and polish the outside they cleaned the inside which it desperately needed. I may have to break my car more if it means I can bring it to Jake s and have it returned in the best condition it s been in in years.

Jake's is Awesome! Recently, i hit a deer, and my truck needed some repair. The insurance company recommended two auto body shops to me, Jake's has worked on other vehicles owned by my family and so i chose to take my truck there. Not only did they get me in right away, they had an estimate ready very quickly! They handled communication with the insurance company directly, i didn't need to play the middle man at all! The staff was friendly, and efficient. And the work was above par! They were very thorough in checking over every inch of my truck to ensure everything was fixed and safe! They even cleaned my truck for me inside and out, something that i was not expecting! I was very pleased with what Jake's did for me and my truck! I fully recommend them to anyone in need of an auto body shop! The service and staff are fabulous and efficient! Thank you Jake's for everything!

Wow what customer service! Everything was easy and everyone is very very helpful. You want to really know about Jake's? Check out their reviews on carwise.com as well. I'm not in any way connected to Jake's besides having taken my car there for repairs. Will update when all work is finished.Edit: Service. It was all about the service. My car was not as clean when I first bought it as it is after having my door repaired. Is that what I went in for, a clean car? No but what a bonus! Of course the work was great too. My door is brand new and you wouldn't know it was replaced. The staff is amazing. This is a must for body damage.

Had some body and front end work needed. Trust me on this: Jake's is so completely professional it's unbelievable. I swear, my car came out better than the condition it was in before the accident. These guys are perfectionists- every single detail is handled. Consummate professionals. No wonder they've been successful for more than 30 years. An incredibly excellent experience. The shop is spotless and the staff is very friendly. My damaged truck is brand new once again! I highly recommend Jake's to anybody needing body work on their vehicle. They even gave me some sound advice on a project car I'm working on.

Jake's always takes good care of his customers. On June 19th at about 7:30 AM my daughter called while my wife and I were on vacation 400 miles away. A deer had run in front of her, causing extensive damage to her car. After the police report was done it was determined that the car was drivable, but barely. I had her drive the short distance to Jake's.I called ahead to let them know she was coming. It was determined that the car was not safe to drive.After dealing with insurance the car was totalled. Thank you to Johnny, Karen, Carolyn and the rest of the team for calming my daughter and assisting us through the process. This is what a local business is.

After my recently purchased Kia Soul was hit by a deer, I took it to Jake's at the recommendation of a local mechanic (the damage was covered by insurance). It was also quite extensive. I found the firm very pleasant to deal with, and they liaised with the insurance company regarding additional damage was found; I did not have to be involved at all. The resulting repairs were very satisfactory indeed, and the car looks like new. I've had mixed experiences with body shops over the years (having hit other deer in the thirty years I have lived in this rural region), and this was far and away the smoothest and most pleasant.

I needed my front bumper fixed/replaced. The mechanic gave me available options and prices, all of which were fair. I opted for replacement. They did the work as scheduled, and it was professionally and finely done. Car washed. Place extremely clean and orderly. Painless. Thank you.

Jakes autobody was an absolute pleasure to work with after one of my work trucks was in a major accident.
