What a great group of people. Sorry for the delay in reviewing.I was in need of a part on Saturday December 30. I called the Hicksville location and spoke to Will. He went above and beyond to help me. He is a credit to your company. He found me the part, took my payment and even agreed to take the part home so I could get it that day since I was in Times Square and could not get there before closing time. Not many people would have bothered but he did and I wanted to thank him!Tim Phillips

I have been a customer of United Ag & Turf since 2002 when I purchased a GT235 tractor. I then upgraded to a X728 tractor in 2012. Recently I needed some service on my tractor and had United Ag & Turf do the repairs. The service department manager Joe was awesome. He explained everything to me and answered many questions that I had. He took the time to to visually show me on my machine and review. In addition the mechanic Ray by coincidence happened to finishing up the service on my tractor on another day when I was at the shop to make a purchase of some parts and again was friendly and again answered some additional questions that I had regarding the mower deck and the work that was performed. Giovanni who works also in service was helpful in additional support. In regard to the parts department Andre is not only knowledgeable but has a great demeanor.I decided to add a plow to my tractor and Dave in sales could not be more helpful in reviewing the parts that I needed (hanging kit etc...) Now all I need is some snow to have some fun! The service is 5 star and deserve 6. I highly recommend this John Deere dealership!

Beautiful machines, I really loved the design and the last one on tech, sadly I can t speak how well and durable they re but what I seems seems very resistance to any weather and conditions, seems this brand is very reputable.

What a great place. Old fashioned customer service. I took my Honda mower in for a repair. It s still under warranty, and Andre explained everything to me- if it would be covered, who would look at it, when they would look at it, how there might be a wait if they needed parts. Turns out the repair was covered, I got the mower back in a few days, and they even cleaned it for me. Plus, they actually assigned someone to help me load it and unload it from my car. Couldn t be happier with the level of service, the speed of the service, and the transparency about explaining everything.

I have used this companyFor many years and can t thank them enough for getting my John Deere serviced efficiently. Sent it in on Monday for the annual service and Joe Figueroa was professional, knowledgeable and accommodating to our needs.Highly recommend them.

I had an issue and needed a belt for my John Deere mower. Andre and their team fixed it while I waited . The service was 5 star and I was back in business to finish my job .

Mower is running like new. They did everything I asked and more. They also took their time to explain everything I didn t know about the machine and then a month later took my call and face timed me to help me through something simple. Great staff. I can t wait to buy a bigger machine from these guys.

Joe Figueroa, �Service Manager of United Ag & Turf, Hicksville, is a very bright light in an otherwise frustrating world of service support.� He is a great communicator and definitely has a customer first mentality.� With over 50 years of shopping/service experience in Nassau County, I would certainly recommend this professional and firm to all other shoppers/potential customers.

Recently, I had an issue with my John Deere D 140 that I had bought from United Ag when they were Chief Equipment. When I called the store, I got in touch with the service manager, Joe Figuroa, and he realized what my problem was, and it was beyond what I could do with my tools at home. Rather than make me deal with the cost and inconvenience of having my tractor brought in to the shop, he stopped by my home after hours and brought the tool to fix my tractor. Excellent service that was truly appreciated.

I recently brought in a Honda Generator for recall service that I did not purchase from Chief. The generator had not been used yet and as a matter fact it had never even been filled with oil or gas. They gladly took it and my quart of synthetic oil to put in it while they were performing the recall service. It turns out that my generator didn t need to have the recall service done because Honda had already taken care of it at the factory. They returned the generator to me filled with my oil and topped off with fresh gas and returned the remaining oil to me. They didn t charge me for their service or even for the gas that they put in the generator. I will gladly give them any business that I can.

Helpful staff with fair prices. Unfortunately, my snow blower parts weren't in stock. I ordered the parts over the phone, got a call when they came in, and then picked them up in person. I wouldn't hesitate to do business here again.

After much reconsideration I decided to change and update my review. Two things I have learned in life #1 dont go food shopping when you are hungry. #2 dont leave revues when you are annoyed lol. Although I did wait around a bit longer than I thought was necessary the salesman really was most likely busy with online customers. It happens..They really didnt have the basic parts I needed and didn't inform me about ordering them online and picking them up at a later date. If they did I do not remember so my bad. Although it is unlikely that I will be going back I do want to give them the benefit of doubt and say I was a bit impatient that day and probably didn't give them a fair shake. So I'm also upgrading from 2 to 5 stars and call it a day

These guys are great! From my first call to the pick up of two John Deere lawn tractors. Very helpful and cordial. I highly recommend them. Home Depot had no idea where my order was. I called Chief Equipment direct they found and filled my order with no issues. Thank You Danny, Andre the crew. Carmine Galletta

Hospitality is the greatest, everyone is attentive to all customer an their needs..dealing with the owner Alfred, was a true pleasure...IAM a straight shooter..very good experience..I feel that John Deere themselves should do something great for the workers there..to show gratitude rather than me telling you how good of a experience it is...I give them a 9 out of ten...hey no one's perfect
