Mike s Auto was amazing today!! I had to get an inspection done so that my son could take his road test. They took us in right away and even found a bad ground quickly, which is not an easy task. The service was friendly and fast and they were a blessing. Thank you!

My son got a flat at his job at fed ex down the road- in a pinch I started driving around looking for a tire repair, being I m not from around here. I stopped at Mikes , he stopped what he was doing and plugged it- he noticed the plug was still leaking air, he took the tire off and double patched it for me. He was honest and cordial and the secretary was nice .Service: Tires

The guy, Mike, who owns this mechanic shop .. is a real good trustworthy guy and fantastic mechanic. He goes the extra mile to treat his customers well, and his employed mechanics are great too! I've taken my car there to have inspections, brakes, and all kinds of stuff fixed...too much to count with a few cars. Mike and his shop is always very busy with work, they've been there for years.. I highly recommend this shop if you are looking for a long term great mechanic who wont screw you over. I drive from Bay Shore for that good service.

The owner is upfront about the work that needs to be performed, and when one of the employees has a question about a job or he knows they haven't done that work, he takes the time to explain it an show them how. That's on my first visit of what I saw.

I normally never post reviews. Like ever but Mike did right by me. I went to two dealers that told me I needed new struts, spindle, steering rack and wheel alignment for one side. They were charging me $8100. I ended up getting used parts from a BMW for $750 and Mike charged me $500 including the wheel alignment for labor. I found him to be practical, honest and reasonable. The funny part is, I never met him. I dropped my car off to one of his guys and spoke to him on the phone. Will def go back if I have other issues. Let's hope not.

There are many shops in the area reason why I came to Mike was due to the reviews . And let me say Mike is outstanding person, he was honest got straight to the point and the job he did for me was amazing. Thank you Mike. I will see you again.

Been going to mike and his guys for over 15 years, great service and super helpful. Whenever I'm in a bind they take their time to troubleshoot and alleviate the problem at hand at a fair price! Even though I've moved from Hicksville, I make my way back here when it comes to my car, because you can't beat the Mikes auto experience.

Recently got a car and had various issues with it. They let me know of what was necessary and what not with reasonable pricing and they were honest with what not to waste time on, which another mechanic would have say is required. Bill, Louis, Mike and their staff are all respectful and very helpful into all questions regarding anything you might not understand about your car. That service is really hard to find nowadays but not in this place.

This place is amazing. I had I ticket for a broken front head light and I only had 36 hours to get it fixed. And they were able to fix it in less then 30 min . Anyway I don t have a mechanic and these guys are amazing. Definitely saved me from points on my license and a ticket. Most honest guy you'll ever meet. In a world of lousy service and people who just don't care, Mike and his guys do stand-up work and give you a square deal. I've been going to him for years and highly recommend.
