So I got my first oil change on my 2023 Chev Traverse. I have to give a big thank you to Carmen in the service department !!! She was very helpful and helped my very quickly. Everything went well, and I was out of there in less than an hour !! Thanks again to the whole team over at Empire Cheverolet of Hicksville !!

Went in for the first oil change on my 2024 Corvette Stingray. Kevin Juman was a gentleman and helped my very quickly. Everything went well, car was completely washed and I was very happy.

Went in on December 6th for front brakes and rotors. I was greeted at the front desk by Kevin. He was friendly and very helpful. He put my information in the computer and I was ready to wait for my repairs. It was done in a couple of hours and I was very satisfied with the work done and the explanation of what parts I was getting along with the installation. Kevin made the experience easy-going and was assuring me that I would be happy with the new brakes and rotors. He was correct. I will be returning to Empire to do future services and maintenance. The whole staff was courteous, friendly and professional. I brought my Trailblazer to Empire for its 15000 mile service.I asked my advisor Kevin Juman how long I would have to wait. He said it would be a few hours. Since I was waiting for the service to be completed he said he would try to push it through sooner. It was done in less than 2 hours.I don t live in Nassau County but I will continue to bring my car here. Everyone I have spoken to at Empire since I began my search for a new car has been pleasant and helpful.Services: Tire rotations, Auto maintenance, Oil change

I was recently in the dealership inquiring about some parts for my car. When I walked in, I was greeted by the sweetest employee! Dawn Donovan was not only sweet and personable, but also so knowledgeable. Any and every question I had for her, she had an answer for(which is hard to come by these days)! Coming in contact with nice hardworking people such as Dawn, makes my encounter at Chevy so much easier! And now next time myself or anyone I know needs an honest knowledgeable answer about their car I will no doubt be sending them her way! Thank you Empire Chevy for employing such a wonderful person! Michele Gerdon is a very soft spoken with excellent customer service skills gets me in and out everytime I bring a company vehicle. She is one my best service center employee. Ramel Parker was so amazing. My car kept letting me down and considering I had to go to work, it was a hassle. As soon as I walked in he greeted with me smile. Asked me how my day was. He asked me my issues related too the car and what I needed. He listened very well and go the job done. Problem was diagnosed and corrected - and in a reasonable amount of time. Service Advisor Harold Elizee was very helpful and professional. Only issue was the cost - our outside mechanic had spoken to the Service Dept and was told that because the problem was related to a prior recall, it would be guaranteed and not cost us anything. Then we were informed that was not the case because too much time had elapsed since the recall repair, and it ended up being very costly.

I have been a long time customer of the facility. I recently had a small issue with a repair on my vehicle. Once Pablo (the service manager) heard of the issue, he stepped in and corrected the issue. I am very pleased with the out come and service I received.Thank you!

I scheduled my appointment for 8am and was met by Gloria Alvarenga who was extremely polite and helped me check-in for the appointment. She explained how long it would take and called me promptly after my car was finished being serviced. Altogether a great experience.
