Even though I was well back from the car in front of me when a 52,000 pound truck hits you in the rear I was pushed into the car in front of me. When a 52,000 pound truck slammed into the back of my Honda Accord I did not realize the extent of the damages. But I did know where I was going to bring my car for repairs. Cannon Collision and Joe L. in Hicksville did a fabulous job making my car drivable and like new. The important thing to know is that Joe knows how to work with the insurance company who only wants to (insurance adjuster) minimize their losses.Like for instance you should want the colors on your repair to match. The colors on my repair were perfect.Everything was completed with professionalism and attention to detail. Thank you to Cannon Collision Hicksville. Also thank you Paul for having Joe L in the front office.

Excellent place. They did a great job on our bumper when we got rear ended in our Impala. Not only did he replace the bumper, but he also did many extra touch ups with the paint that made the car look brand new. I was in awe when I saw how clean and polished it look. One of my hobbys is detailing and Canon Collision did a great and professional job detailing the car as well.

We were torn to where to bring the car in after some damage to the front driver side door. Everywhere we took it for an estimate seemed, sketchy or uncertain of what they were doing. One place even said they may not be able to match the paint. We found Paul and Cannon Collision in Hicksville. Tucked away but a gem of a place. Brought the car in and met with Paul. He was kind, which is always a fantastic way to start with someone in any type of automotive situation. He looked at the car, and made us feel at ease. I knew right then that this was the place to have the car fixed. He was extremely open with scheduling and made life easy for us. When I came back with the car, Paul sat with me and went through the entire process of calling this incident into our insurance. He made that process so much less painful that it could have been. Left the car with him, came back when it was ready...and wow. They do a great job there. As you can see from photos, it is like it never happened and the paint...it matched, perfectly. Kind and professional is what you can expect from this shop. If you have damage needed to be fixed on your automobile, bring it to Paul at Cannon. It is worth your drive over if you are far and its worth the short trip if you are close!

Paul Cannon and his team are truly the best! They are extremely thorough, detail oriented, and professional. They did an incredible job bringing an older vehicle back to life that needed some complicated parts and labor. This place is the best. When I was younger, I changed the hinges on my car that caused a whole lot of problems and damage to the front quarter panel. At one point, I was unable to open the passenger door. I brought my Camaro here and it was fixed in no time. I am thankful for Paul and his team. The price was excellent and the car looks brand new. In addition to changing the hinges, he fixed all the damage to the front quarter panel, painted the car, detailed the car and more! I cannot recommend them enough!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Rear bumper was hit by someone with a hitch. Had Cannon Collision paint and install a new one. Great overall experience, pleasant staff. I got my car back wiped clean and vacuumed with paper laid on the floor mats to keep it clean. The paint job looks flawless.

My truck needed some body, paint and electrical work and Cannon is the only shop I trust to do it. Paul and Joe did everything for me, from ordering replacement and aftermarket parts, dealing with insurance, setting up my rental, and keeping me updated on progress. They even sent me photos of my truck as it was coming along. They really went the extra mile repairing every little imperfection on my truck, and washed and detailed it before returning it. I ll be using Cannon for any and all upgrades/repairs on my truck, and recommending them to anyone who needs a shop.Services: Painting, Electrical, Body & Trim

Paul, Joe and the entire Cannon Collision crew were nothing short of amazing to work with. My car was side swiped and had to have body work and painting done through my insurance. Joe worked with my insurance company to get the estimate set up and completed with the insurance adjuster and also got me into a rental car for the time my car was being worked on. It was so nice to not have to deal with the insurance company myself. The crew was efficient, honest and did wonderful work. My car looks brand new. I was recently referred to Cannon Collision after my parked car was rear ended. They made the whole process so easy from start to finish, including, helping me with my car rental. When I picked up my car I was in shock because it looked better than before the damage. The paint was seamless and the entire car was impeccable. Cannon even went an extra step and cleaned my car's interior. I was very impressed with the work and professionalism at Cannon Collision. Highly recommended.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Cannon Collision did such a wonderful job fixing my Mazda 6. Paul was more then helpful and even sat with me and helped me file a claim through my insurance. My car looks amazing and they even cleaned it! I highly recommend taking your car there. I live in Rocky Point and i will be driving to Cannon Collision in Hicksville if I ever need help with my car again, as I was that impressed..

I have been driving for over 40 years. Between personal experiences, the experiences of others, and ten years as a volunteer firefighter, I have seen the best and worst of body shops on Long Island. Without a doubt, Paul and Joe are the most honest, have the most integrity, do the best job and treat each customer as if that customer was a member of their families. (A family member they like). They are absolutely the ones to go to. Their prices are reasonable. Their work is excellent and they actually cars about doing right by you!

Cannon Collision Auto Body Repair is a superb repair shop. Their work is exceptional and reliable. Paul, the owner, is an extremely honest and trustworthy individual. Over my past 10 or more years in dealing with Paul and his staff, I have had zero issues with them and would recommend them highly to anyone who has the unfortunate need for auto/body repair work to be done. Not only is their work of highest quality, so is their care and concern about my situation. Being involved in an accident is always very stressful and knowing that I have a place to go that will take excellent care of me and my car, helps to put my mind at ease. My sincere thanks once again to Paul and his staff for returning my car to me in what could be described as practically 'Show Room' condition! I couldn't be any happier with the outcome!

About ten years ago my parked car was hit and it wound up in a body shop my insurance company sent me to. At the time it seemed like the easiest way to go. Well, the car never quite drove the same after that and when the sun hit the car a certain way, I could see the imperfections in the work. I vowed that if I ever needed a body shop again, I d find my own.Unfortunately, after a bit of a fender bender a few weeks ago, I did need a shop and went to Cannon Collision. First of all, it was even easier than when I went to my insurance carrier's shop the last time. Paul and Joe at Cannon dealt with everything from the get go forms, photos,insurance company phone calls and estimates, and even arranged valet rental car service at the shop. They know what they re doing. They were on my side, not the insurance company s, and the job they did was fantastic. The car looks amazing. I couldn't be happier.I hope I never need the service of a body shop again, but if I do, I guarantee I ll be going back to Cannon Collision.Service: Body & Trim

Got into an accident recently and Paul and the rest of the crew did a fantastic job. I dropped the car off the same day and he even arranged to have a rental car meet me at the shop after-hours. They gave me a great deal and the body work looks factory new, even cleaned the car before I picked it up. Cannon Collision was by far my best experience in the auto repair/collision industry. Paul was absolutely unbelievable. He was friendly accommodating and completely professional. He totally went the extra mile for me. The service was fantastic and my car was returned to me in even better condition then prior to the collision repair. If you want fantastic repairs and great customer service then this is the place for you !!!

Paul and the team at Cannon Collision could not have been any better. My 2010 E550 was damaged with a side and front hit, not only was the bumper, fender, wheel etc. damaged, but much of the electronic controls for the parking sensors, ABS, traction control, air ride suspension were also damaged. Paul completely took care of everything including numerous visits to the Mercedes dealership to get the car checked and calibrated correctly after his repairs. The car was returned to me better than it was before the accident.Paul is such a nice guy. He is honest, helpful, spent the time required to repair the vehicle, and the time to discuss and explain everything to me. He handled everything with my insurance company so I did not really need to get involved. I basically dropped the car off explaining everything to him, and the car was returned to me (after numerous updates to me throughout the process) in perfect repaired condition. Not only was every item very thoroughly address, but the work performed is impeccable, clean and neat. He made me a very happy and comfortable customer. I have had many cars and dealt with many collision shops in the past and by far, this was my best experience. Thank you again Paul for all your time and help to repair my baby. I am so happy to have found such a reputable shop so close to my house. I will surely return to Cannon if I ever have to get repairs done again.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! I had a great experience at Cannon Collision. Was a pleasure dealing with Paul. My car came back looking amazing and the price was right too. This was my first time there and I will be a customer for life! (Although hopefully not too often). If you are looking for a good experience at a body shop, look no further.

I recently was in my first car accident. A family member recommended Cannon Collision, and now I refer them to everyone! I dealt with Paul, and he is my savior! He took care of the insurance, and car rental. My car came back looking brand new. My father and I were highly impressed. His work is impeccable. He has a great team working with him. They're very thorough. I also had a few scratches from street parking, and they fixed them for me. Brand new Jeep, I tell ya! They even cleaned my whole interior just because they're amazing!!! A stressful time, stress-free when Cannon Collision is involved!! :) :)

Cannonball is the best body shop I ve had the pleasure of doing business with, great prices and even better work. Had side swiped my truck on a pole, and cannonball returned my truck back to show room condition in only a weeks time. Great service! best body shop for miles.I've used a few body shops before and this is by far the best. I came to Cannon based on a Google review last year and i was so glad i trusted what I read. The review told me to ask for Paul, When I arrived he was very patient answering all my questions. My car is my pride and joy and I wouldn't trust it with just anyone. The staff at Cannon made me feel comfortable that it was in good hands. This was now my second time using Cannon Collision. I'm glad I finally found a fantastic body shop.Thanks Cannon!

I took my SUV to Cannon Collision to repair a cracked bumper. My whole experience from start to finish was nothing less than outstanding. Paul is a true professional. His communication was excellent throughout the whole process, and what he said would get done, got done when he said it would. The staff was courteous, polite and efficient.The finished repair to my vehicle resulted in it being better than new. Thanks for a job well done Cannon Collision! This was my first experience with Cannon after having been referred to them by a friend who had used them. I was 100% pleased with every aspect of the service on both vehicles. And the pricing was very reasonable. Definitely found a service provider to trust going forward! (Ask for Paul or Joe)

I recently got into an accident(my first one ) and used Cannon Collision .They were extremely help in every step as I did not know what am doing .They got me a rental as well .The fixed my car super quick and it looked better than before I had the accident .They even cleaned it thoroughly..It was like i got a new car from the showroom .they updated me every step .Extremely friendly staff . Came in to repair some significant damage to my car and couldn't be happier with the results. The car looks just as good if not better than it did before the accident, and repairs were completed on time for a very reasonable price (much better than other estimates I got). The staff is very welcoming and I always felt like I was being treated fairly. Since I didn't have full insurance coverage I was paying out of pocket for the repairs and Paul took the time to find me the best deals on parts and explain everything that was necessary before making the orders. I was very pleased with the entire process and the results, and will definitely continue coming here in the future.

Professional, courteous and on time. Great experience with the team. Car looked brand new. My driver side car door was pretty much smashed in when my neighbor backed out of her driveway and into my car, the door was replaced and they painted and fixed the back door as well. My experience with cannonball was nothing less than excellent. My car had a ton of issues and Paul really took care of me in a quick and painless fashion. I will only be bringing my cars to cannonball here on out. For reliable quality service this is where you wanna go.
