The owner is a scammer lowlife. Stole my personal items from my car. Thieves! Charges your insurance for things he doesn t do and left my car unfinished. Had to trade it and take a loss . It wasn t safe to drive.

My car was in a fender bender and our Subaru dealer recommended AAAA-1 Auto Body for repairs. We went there and found them superior in every way. Mike, the owner, took charge and Maureen, Mike's administrative assistant, was our contact. Both were friendly, professional, competent. We were given a loaner while our car was being fixed and it served us well. We picked up our car yesterday and it looks like new inside and outside. Before they returned it to us they detailed it and I was astonished! This car hasn't been so shiny and clean since I bought it in 2019. I heartily recommend AAAA-1 Auto Body to everyone. This is the worst place in the world please don t ever come here!I was recommended by my jeep dealership when I got into an accident 3 months ago. When I had spoken to Mike he told me my car would be done I. 3 weeks max. It s now 3 months latter and my car is still not finished, he s ignoring my phone calls and texts. When I went down their yesterday in person, he refused to speak with me but his secretary who has been extremely rude and given me attitude from the day I had my car sent their, Guaranteed me that today by 4pm the car would be ready. Well guess what it s still not!Service: Body & Trim

They should call it 5 a Auto Body because their service is excellent! I had a unique situation where my car needed to get fixed before it went back to the bank on lease and they were more than accommodating to meet my needs. The car came back on time and looked brand new. The staff was extremely pleasant and professional throughout the whole process. Would highly recommend!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

My son went to them and had an extremely terrible experience. It s 3 months latter and when he manages to get through to them, they tell him tomorrow but the car is still Their. When my swim went in person it wasn t raven close to being done. And the one time I heard him on the phone with some lady named Maureen she gave him such insane attitude! Terrible experience. I understand holidays can jam up business, but good business still get things done. My dealership recommended this place since they have a partnership but I have received horrible service. My car has been here for over 3 weeks. First I was told my car would be ready in a week. I called on Wednesday and was told wait until Saturday. I call Monday and they told me Wednesday. I called Wednesday they told me after the weekend. I called Monday they told me Tuesday. I show up today Tuesday and now they are promising me tomorrow, Wednesday. Are you kidding me? Just circles and circles with these guys. Absolutely do not recommend.

Would like to start by stressing the fact that the $50 or so of change I had collected in my car was stolen right out of my center console (kept it neatly in a nice little bag).Had Grand Prix Subaru drop the car off to be painted for a SECOND time (first time was due to a grease fire in the Grand Prix lot that landed soot all over the car). After being repainted the first time, the paint chipped off all along the front bumper, side view mirrors, and side skirts. This damage was far worse than 7 years of wear and tear, and it was the result of driving the car for only 3 months. Dropped it off again to have this issue resolved and it took 3 more months to get the car back.They were asked to fix the damage on the front bumper, side views, and side skirts, and were apparently only able to do the front bumper and side views in that huge time frame, then decided the job was complete. They were also asked to give me an estimate on a few marks on the roof of the car, a request that was blatantly ignored. I don't understand how a car can be "being prepped for paint" for two entire months.Avoid this body shop at all cost, go to Sal's Auto Body over in Smithtown if you want professional work done in a timely manner. Sal's was able to order in a brand new hood, paint it, and install it all within a week (hood was gouged by a giant branch during the last big storm).Service: Painting

PLEASE TAKE THE TIME TO READ... Our company vehicle was in this shop for 2 months. Not exaggerating either. Every time I'd call, Melissa would say that only Mike can give updates and that she'd leave a message with him to call me back. My colleague and I called every single week and not once did we get a return phone call.On the 7th week I finally told Melissa that I'm not getting calls from Mike and I need an update because if it's not fixed, I'm going to come pick up the vehicle. She then gives me Mike's cell. I call and he says, oh yeah, the parts just came in today. (ironically right?) It'll be done in 3 days. I call on the 3rd day and he rushes to get me off the phone because he's with an adjuster and says he'll call me right back. Nope, he didn't return the call. I called him the next day and says, oh we'll have the car ready for you on Friday. I'll have the receptionist call you then. Nope, he didn't get a call. Today, which is Monday I call and Melissa again says you need to call Mike. I don't have an update. I call Mike and he says you need to call the shop. By this time I'm so done with the runaround. Told him look, I already called your shop and they advise me to call you. Now you're telling me to call them? Do you all not work together? Told him since this car has been in the shop for two months and we've had to get a rental, will he give me a discount. Agrees to the discount, tells the receptionist of the discount and that I will be calling. I call to pay for it over the phone and she knows nothing of the discount.This place has a couple of good reviews but from my experience, this is the worse customer service I've ever dealt with. Damages to our vehicles was nearly $8,000 and they were making a pretty good penny on us yet they didn't care to give good customer service.Tip: Treat customers the way you want to be treated. Just because you know you're going to get paid no matter what doesn't mean you have to treat the customer poorly. I hope no one else gets to experience this.

What can I say about this place. They removed rusted material from my fender but neglected to measure. So now my driver side lower valance has a gap in the rear where it meets the fender they cut . They took two and a half weeks to finish. They didn't start with my car until a week after drop off. Frustrating since it is my daily. Contract mentioned spraying and finishing front bumper. They never touched it. Eager to see how the quality of the paint wears.My wifes van was done here and it was recommended by Westbury Dodge Chrysler Jeep.If you want quality work and professionalism though, look elsewhere.Going today to see if they'll take care of it.

Absolutely terrible people over there working for this company. They are rude and will rip you off by any means necessary. The guy towing was very shady, they don t tell you it s cash only until the car is on the tow. When we tried to talk to him, he was extremely rude and hostile and told me to go to the shop to pick it up with ONLY CASH. The staff are a bunch of rude smelly guys and the owner is even worse. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE.

I was in a car accident in January and I had my car repaired here, they estimated 3 weeks for repairs and it was done right on time. Everyone at the shop was very friendly and helpful, and my car drives like new and looks beautiful! I couldn t be happier and can t thank them enough for taking such good care of my car.

DO NOT USE THIS SHOP . This was the worst customer service experience I ever had. My car has been in the shop over a month, and the total repairs were just over $5000, so why is it taking this long? I call often to check in on the status, and I'm told that it'll be ready tomorrow, call back then. When I call, they tell me try calling in a few hours. When I call back, they tell me try calling at 5:00. When I call at 5:00, they say it'll be ready tomorrow. This scenario went on for over a week! And I'm still waiting! I've never been given the run around like I have with this body shop. If there was a way to pursue legal action, I would.This shop was recommended by the car dealer, so I figured it was trustworthy. Well that was a mistake, and I'll be calling the dealer to tell them to never recommend this shop to anyone! The customer service is abysmal. I looked this business up on BBB and it got an F rating.And there it is................

Very busy place but the staff is friendly and try to go the extra mile to help when they can. Work that was done was arranged through my new car dealer and to my satisfaction. Generally, I'm very satisfied with the tow that I got from AAA-1 Towing in Hicksville. I could be wrong, but I seem to recall them answering their phone (ends in 1011) with some other name besides "AAA-1." You may know them by some other name.The driver couldn't have been nicer. I rode in the (predictably cluttered) tow truck cab with him. He had 15 years on the job and he was a super careful driver.My only complaint was that they said they would be there in 20 - 25 minutes and it turned out to be almost an hour. Hey, stuff happens.My strategy for getting the price down was to call a couple of local tow places for a quote on the tow, giving them specific addresses so they could figure the mileage. It worked. I figure I saved 20%.For mid-LI towing AAA-1 is recommended.

This body shop did some remedial body work on my 2016 Subaru Legacy after it got rear-ended. They did quality work and finished on schedule. They also painted over some scratches on the rear doors as a courtesy. The rental car that they gave me got a flat tire, but they paid for a replacement tire without giving me any problems. They referred me to Grand Prix Subaru to get the new Eyesight sensors in the back installed properly. Overall, a great experience. Will definitely come back for any future body work that I need done.The following are some money saving tips that I have learned over the years from my own experience:To save money on collision repairs, do not take your car to a shady collision repair shop that gives you a lowball estimate. If you are paying only $1,500 for the repair job, it's because you are simply getting a new bumper put on. Instead, you should get as many safety and security features for your car as possible, to prevent accidents and to hold at fault parties accountable. BlackBoxMyCar.com is an excellent website to purchase a dash cam from. GLM Security and Sound in Lynbrook, NY is an excellent place to get a dash cam installed, as well as any other safety and security features that your car needs.

I'm very happy with both the towing service and the car repair! The car was repaired way faster than I expected, the staff was courteous, and they did an amazing job on my car! I hope I never have to do business with them again of course, but I would if I get into another accident.

SCAM,SCAM,SCAM with a side of shady business practices.This place is a scam in every sense of the word they had rented a loaner to a person who had a suspended license. This driver caused me to get into an accident while he was turning into their parking lot. Within about 10 mins of the accident they had moved the car back onto their property where i couldn t see it. Being the authorized tower for Nassau county police department im sure they had already met the officers before they arrived at the location. The owner told me he can pull footage from the accident before the cops got there. Once the police arrived completely different story the office asked to see the other car which they had moved onto their property and told me i could not come see it. After about 15 mins the office and the owner walked backed laughing and acting buddy buddy. The police officers demeanor towards me was completely different. When i pointed out the camera to the officer the owner replied oh those cameras dont work . Whatever the police officer and the owner spoke about I was not allowed to see the other car that i accused of being involved in the accident and causing mine. Heres the kicker when I got the police report back the other vehicle with the driver with a suspended license was completely omitted from the police report it wasn't until I arrived home and did some research that I learned this s***hole was the authorized tower for Nassau county and it all made sense. Avoid at all costs dont go here the place is run by a scumbag who will sell his own mother for a profit. Just read the other reviews (the ones not posted by employees, family or friends)

These guys are magicians. From the minute Howdy put my week-old car on the flatbed to the day Mike delivered it in pristine condition, I was kept abreast with weekly status updates and Melissa dealt with the Insurance company. These guys are good.

Really bad service. I got into a car accident, left the car to fix over a month, after I drove home the car realized many problems didn t get fix. Tried to call they say to bring the car back in on the same day. When I returned to the shop, no one was there. Called them said no one will be there till two days later . So I was there with a broken car not able to drive home.Really bad service and attitude.

I had my car fixed over a year ago. They did a beautiful job after my car got hit. Then a few months ago my car got all scraped up in a parking lot. Mike fixed it for free as a courtesy and even t�ok a dent out of the bumper! I feel like I'm driving a brand new car!

WORST SERVICE EVER. I do not recommend anyone going here. Very bad experience. The owner, Michael is a very rude guy and doesn't care about his customers. He made me wait from the morning 10 to 4 pm and then when I asked how much time it will take, he said "I don't know, take your car if you want" and I had to take my broken car somewhere else. He doesn't know how to finish the work that he takes. Worst auto service.

I assisted a friend of our family whose car was impounded by the police through no fault of hers through an unauthorized use of the vehicle. The police warned us that AAA1 Towing would try to jack the price up beyond the regulated price. We got the release papers from the police for the car and then went to get the car from them. They tried to charge us their regular price which was 2x as much. I pointed out that this was regulated and the receptionist said that they had given us the right price. I said I would call the police to confirm, but she then called her manager who also tried to fool us by saying "I just put it in the computer and this is the price." I called the police and so did he. He eventually acknowledged that the first price was incorrect but claimed it was because of a problem with the computer. Stay away from this place-they are crooks.

Its unfortunate when you get in to an accident with your vehicle. whether it's your fault or not AAAA-1 auto body will be there for you they have been there for me twice one just recently and twice as well for my wife. Greg, Mike and Kristina will go above and beyond to make your unfortunate problem go as easy as possible and will always make time to answer your questions and concerns.

Extremely rude, the guy Rich with the glasses lied to my mother a police officer and myself on whether or not we could move my car on to the street for a pick up in order to squeeze another $35 for a second day of storage. Extremely unprofessional and underhanded business. They also over charge twice as much as every other towing service in the area. Avoid at all cost

car was in an accident and i took my car here. the staff is so helpful and really nicemy car looked amazing upon getting it back it was detailed so nicely and looked just about brand new
