I recently purchased a new western mvp3 stainless steel V-plow from Jesse. I wouldn t change anything about it. Jesse gave me Excellent advice and Excellent service, I absorbed all of his knowledge and recommendations when deciding the perfect plow setup, Everyone at Licari Motor Car treated me as if I was family and they treated my truck as it was their own personal truck. I am beyond grateful and very thankful of their support as well as the excellent service they provided me. I will definitely be back in the near future to continue my business @ Licari Motor Car!

Thank you Jesse and Associates at Licari Motor Car, Inc., for working tirelessly to find us a wheelchair accessible van that was affordable with low mileage! Jesse and staff were friendly and helpful, and always available to answer our questions. Jesse communicated the status of his search and when a van was found, but without pressure to buy. We are very happy with our purchase of a wheelchair van yesterday for my brother. He loves it! We would not hesitate to return to Licari to purchase another vehicle or for service of our van when needed. A Special thanks to "Georgie and Frankie "!

Just purchased my second vehicle from the guys at Licari and couldn t be happier. They gave me a great offer on my trade in, found a vehicle that I loved that fit my price range and had the entire process finished with keys in my hand within 24 hours. One of the first things the Salesman said was We run off of our reviews I didn t think to look at the bad reviews I guess that s my fault. Especially after reading how the owner responds to bad reviews I m not surprised of his attitude & talking to me like I was stupid. I use a Tire Depth Gauge when looking at cars, who wants to purchase a car and then a month later you need to buy new tires? Anywho, I go to talk to the owner & starts talking to me like I m stupid. He will not replace the tires that barely pass inspection. Nor the breaks, that the salesman clear as day heard when riding in the vehicle. Says it s A little rusty from sitting around a few days. WHAT?? This man thinks women are stupid or something. We just got up and walked out. Just be careful!!! With the way that man speaks to people, You can just tell he s very shady!!!

I saw a car on their website that I was interested in, went to see it, test drove it and within 2 hours of arriving at Licari I was driving away in it. It wasn't high pressure or stressful like every other car purchase I have made.My ongoing experience has not been as great. Less than 30 days after buying the vehicle, it died. I was advised by Mike and Joe to have my car towed there on a Thursday night and as long as it got there that night they would look at it first thing in the morning. Towing was $100 covered by the warranty I purchased, an additional $177 out of my pocket. I called at 11 am to see what was going on. They hadn't looked at it and had appointments before me and weren't sure they could look at it that day. They also advised that they never told me they would look at it first thing. At 6 pm they advised me it was the fuel pump and they couldn't get one before Wednesday. When asked how they confirmed the problem they became condescending and argumentative. They will not provide a loaner car. The warranty they sell you only covers work done at their shop, you can't take it any place else, every time I cakl the warrantycompanythey can't find the warrantydespite being given the contract # and I spendover a half hour on the phone with them just trying to get it pulled up. I get my car back on Tuesday, it stalls within an hour, it's definitely a fluke. Saturday it doesn't want to start again and when it does it loses power and stalls in the middle of the road. We call Licari, they schedule an appointment for Monday. Because of the way I was treated the first time, i really don't want to go back to them. We decide to replace the battery in the car as it is older and the fuel pump is receiving inconsistent voltage. Car runs great, I cancel the Monday appointment. Friday it is running rough again, Saturday it stalls in the middle of an intersection. Someone looks at it, finds a melted connection to the fuel pump, they probably should've seen that when they replaced the fuel pump, we get it started and drive it to Licari, they can't get it in until Tuesday to look at it. No car from Saturday until at least Tuesday. I make my first payment on the car.Like most people, I buy a car because I need transportation. For 3 weeks this car has been unreliable and it seems that now that Licari has made their sale they really don't want to deal with it. The warranty is so limited that I don't have the option to take it somewhere else to get it serviced but Licari can't get it in for days. So if you don't actually need your car to get to work so you can make your car payment they are great.The warranty, only Licari can do the work. They are doing so much work they don't have time for you. Your car will be there for days. They do not have loaner cars. The warranty company can never find the warranty, so you are stalked in the middle of an intersection on the phone for a half hour told thst you don't have a warranty that is sitting right in front of you on paper. You will need to pay for the tow truck.This has been a pretty bad experience, I hate the high pressure sales at Carbone but they have never been rude to me or treated me the way Licari has. I was so excited about the initial good experience, my daughter needs a car and I recommended Licari but we will make the trip to Driver's village instead.As of 2/14/24 I am either lying about my vehicle stalling or it is the way I am driving it per Joe, he wantsa videoof it stalling... They told me on 2/13 that they would drive it to try to replicate the problem, they called me on 2/14 morning to tell me to come pick it up, they weren't going to drive it. 15 minutes after leaving the dealership it starts trying to stall, call them to report it, they can't do anything because there are no lights, no error codes, and they basically don't believe it is stalling. My car stalls on Commercial Dr in the middle of the road, is towed to another garage.

To the Licari Motor Employees ..I can not thank you all enough for the above and beyond caring provided to my mother, Janice Sherman. She called for an appointment to have her vehicle serviced. The needed repairs of her vehicle were completed exceptionally as always. The kindness she received was outstanding!!!! To Gail, thank you for providing her a ride home. To Joe, the warm heart felt words to her at a difficult time in her life were priceless and needed more than you know. Will always sing the praises of Licari s service and professionalism. They told us they go through all cars. 100% before sold, so we bought a car.Took it home. I looked it over.It was low on cool and the rear brakes made noise. So I went back And pacifically ask if they had checked our car out 100% service manager said. Yes I said well the coolant was down by a quart. And the rear brakes are making noise. So I specifically ask, did you pull the tires and look at the brakes? They said yes.Well, when I got home, it took us 45 minutes to get the back wheel off. The hubecause it was seizedso that tells me that I did not remove the wheel. Anyhow Brakes were down about half which was alright. But I did not like the idea that they lied and said they pulled the wheels to look at the brakes. I confronted the service manager. He pretty much called me a liar and said do not call his mechanic lawyers. He asked me to take my keys and lers part ways that's my story. Also I had a small chip in the windshield. They said that is not their responsibility. It passed inspection, which yes, it would pass inspechip, but were afraid. The chip may get bigger and time. So just beware and use Caution, have no iyeah why dealerships have to be this way?

I walked into Licari on a whim after work one day after eyeballing a car on the lot. Joe greeted me and was very easy to talk to and work with, I told him what I was looking at and we went for a test drive, he threw a number out for my trade I couldn t turn down. He was not pushy at all through the process and made it quick and painless and even stuck with me through checking my options elsewhere without making me feel bad for it! I recommend the team at Licari to get you into the right ride today!

I purchased my vehicle from Licari s a few years ago. I have gone through many dealerships in the past and no one has compared to the service I receive at Licari s. They re always so kind and go above and beyond. Anytime my vehicle needs to be serviced they get me in and out the same day or the next day. I also recently got locked out of my vehicle with my son who was sick and the police department said I had to be towed and no one could help me, I called Licari s and Jesse came right away even though it is not in his job description to unlock vehicles. Rather than towing me he got my jeep unlocked. I 100% recommend this dealership.

I m very satisfied with my purchase from Licari! I purchased a 2019 Chevy Trax in October of 2022 and it is now April 2023 and I ve had zero issues with the car. It s a great vehicle with low mileage. They handled the whole process and got me a low interest rate on my loan. What they gave me on my trade in was more than fair. Thank you Licari Motor Car!
