It s not easy to find an honest mechanic these days. Mike and his boys are exactly that! They are good honest people who go out of their way to help people and their cars. I can't say enough fantastic things about Mike and his team. When they say "Call or message us if you need us.", they mean it wholeheartedly. Stopped at Doolittle when my EPC and Check Engine light came on. As soon as I arrived they quickly ran diagnostics and told me that my repair would be covered under warranty if I went to the VW dealer. The gentleman who helped me quickly called the local dealership and confirmed the diagnostic code.I offered to pay for the diagnostic, but was told there would be no charge. Doolittle's Auto Service station is top notch! I've been going to them for the past year for variety of simple fixes and bigger jobs and they are always very professional, courteous, fast and do great work! I love that they are available at moments notice at times, evenings and weekends when most other places are closed and very cost efficient and don't over charge. I'm a single mom with 3 teens and it means so much to have a great mechanic I can always count on to help me out! Thanks again to Mike and his family!!

I am definitely pleased with the service that I received today from DooLittleAuto. I called yesterday to see if they had a tire for the car and I was called back in a timely fashion with the information that I was looking for. They did infact have the right size tire I was looking for and when I called them today they not only had the tire but they mounted it for me and they even took the old one off and put the new one on for me. Not only did they do this for me but they were very time efficient, friendly and there prices are very fair and reasonable. I highly recommend DooLittleAuto to anyone that wants friendly,time efficient reliable service.

We broke down on I-90 in the late afternoon and these guys agreed to fix our crosstrek same day. They stayed late and got the job done despite another trip to the parts store. Can not thank them enough for getting us back on the road.

All service lights came on while traveling to Buffalo,.all others said no except for DooLittle who said yes and performed a diagnostic for us right away..very grateful for his curtisy and technical, expertise and reassurance that we would get home safe..
