Oil change was quick but they didn t reset the thing in my vehicle, so my car keeps telling me I need an oil change. That s annoying. Now I have to go back for them to do it.

I just used the air machine at Delta Sonic to fill my back tire. To my luck, it had an issue and was not working. I work in Henrietta but I live in Greece, and I was worried to drive home with low air. I stopped in. On March 19th at 5:15 pm.and the two nicest techs helped me. I truly appreciated this and I will be back for an oil change in the very near future! Thank you!

The staff was polite and professional. I was able to have a state inspection, oil change and they replaced my rear windshield wiper. I used a coupon so the price was reasonable.

I went there today for an oil change and had a very nice experience. Elton, the man who talked me through the whole process, was very nice and explained all the tedious checks throughly. He said he was new but he definitely made it seem like he knew what he was talking about! Definitely will come again! Thanks Elton and everyone else who checked my car!

Just a heads up. They no longer do NYS car inspections. I ve been going there forever. They referred me to the Monroe Ave location. Everybody is here for an inspection.

We stopped in to have a back light changed and my card wasn't working for some reason. Instead of turning me away, they replaced it for free. You don't expect this type of service and understanding nowadays. Thank you very much!

Went in Thursday for an oil change. It seemed off with the level on the stick and I said that's weird but was assured it was fine and left. I work 3 miles up the road, when I ended my shift and checked my oil it was 1.5 qts low. I've been there a few times before and never encountered this. I had to leave for a trip so I filled it. When I called the manager avoided admitting any fault whatsoever. And really didn't have much to say when I offered pictures for proof saying maybe it burned it? Or leaked out? In 3 miles!!!!! I drove it to North Carolina and the level hasn't moved, better luck next time Liz. Best regards

Do not trust this Valvoline with your oil change. They did not drain the old oil out before fill my car with new oil, had to replace the engine and they took no responsibility.

I had such a great experience here! The workers were so mindful and efficient, asking cars what they needed and having them move around based on order of arrival and service, they gladly took coupons and were extremely helpful, They were honest and quick. Defiantly the best service I've had at this location. The woman who cashed me out was wonderful, im not sure of here name but she was a blonde and Id go back just because of her service alone.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

Brought my car in for an oil change. The mechanic broke the drain plug insert. I had to have the car towed and repaired at the dealership. $850. They took no blame and no apology then denied my claim! Guess it s small claims court.

Absolutely amazing service at this particular location on 955 Jefferson road! The guys were incredibly fast. The guy who helped me by the name of Chris, was one of the best techs. Extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Definitely will come back to this location. And give that guy a raise!

Quick oil change for a decent price is why we went. Found out car was serviced, but employees were to busy chatting in a group in front of the car to actually service the vehicle. Was told to leave and had to remind them that I needed my receipt still. Next day I have an oil appt on the floor of the garage from my 2021 vehicle - makes me think the oil drain plug was not replaced correctly.Service: Oil change

Went to get an oil change on 6-4-2023 instructed the technician the hood does not right now, securely lock down, and only the safety latch is holding it down, I only need an oil change and please do not pull the air filter. The technician began the service pulled the air filter, after I asked them not to, and preformed the oil change.The hood would not close as I said as he slammed it down again, and then he used a screwdriver to force the lock mechanism open, he then forced the hood closed, the hood would not reopen and made a simple repair extremely more difficult & damaged the hood latch in the process of forcing it.Repair shop had to take the car apart to get to the latch some $800+ later.... And he said the Oil was low! Perfect! $100+ Oil change for low oil and $800+ repair bill. Lets call it a cool 1K for a 1/2 a oil change...Taking them to court on July 18th 2023.. Owner of establishment said sorry about your luck, we are not going to pay for the repairs.Don't go here... . Also had them before break my dip stick off and not tell me about it... I was sent to this location because another location didnt want to warranty. Chris was amazing! Had a smile on his face and handled my irritation and calmed me down. They got me in quick and were amazingly polite and professional. Thank you Chris and Alex!

I went to get an oil change and I literally just wanted an oil change because I didn t have time to do it myself. They decided to test my battery and messed up my sound system and unplugged my wire that was connected to my system. No one told me anything. I popped the hood of my car and just saw my 4 gauge wire that is connected to my amplifier and and is supposed to be connected to my battery, but they pulled it out. Very unprofessional, extremely frustrating and inconsiderate. Next time I ll change my freaking oil myself.***Edited to add that they did fix the problem when I brought it to their attention, but it s annoying that it happened and I still have to go back to the person that installed my system originally to have them redo the settings. The entire staff was super nice and ACTUALLY had a conversation with me while I was waiting for an oil change. They were apologizing for making me wait, but I let them know I was NOT in a hurry and to take their time. I would rather my car be done right, then rushed through. They did an amazing job and I will definitely be going back to the Valvoline on Jefferson from now on! Thank you to the entire staff there! You guys are doing great!!Service: Oil change

Jake, the assistant manager, was super friendly during my service. Super professional but was still cracking jokes to make the experience fun. Everyone did a wonderful job and even gave me a discount because I m a college student. I will definitely be coming back here next time I need an oil change! The wait time on a Saturday afternoon was not long, they were quick with good service, I was in and out in under 45 minutes.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

Alex the fire haired mgr was so helpful and on top of the garage as far as communication and just having good workmanship and knowledge. If you don't need it she will not try to sell you it and I value and trust these kids man.. that is hard to find..in and out and hear some bantering that usually is about " chicken nuggets" or "food" ...great place ...great kids... trustworthy and good RESULTS....I 100% stand behind this place ..Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Auto engine diagnostic, Battery, Oil change

I was making calls to various shops throughout the morning and each shop gave me a minimum of 3 hour wait time for a walk in oil change. I was able to call Valvoline ahead and find out the estimated wait time through an automated system. After arriving I was able to begin service within 10 minutes. I was greeted and assisted by Alex who was exceptionally friendly and educating in every aspect of service. I was able to see my car being serviced through the CarCam and track my service time on the same screen as well.I knew that I was in good hands when I observed the cleanliness of the shop and the communication between Alex(CSR), Andy(Manager & Topside) and Elizabeth(Bottomside). Service was completed in less than 20 minutes and I stayed in my vehicle the entire time. 10/10 experience with this location, excellent communication, friendly staff, superb convenience and 100% confidence of my vehicle being serviced well. The reason for such a low rating, is because the personnel gave us the excuse, " that's residual oil on the pan, due to the old oil coming out"....WHAT?!! There shouldn't BE ANY residual oil if you did yr job correctly, the new oil was dripping out from the filter...that yoydidn't tighten correctly...."wotever" said the lost customer......If you have a newer car, you can take a chance & have yr oil changed here...

They were well about keeping organized. Lining yo the cars so the quicker ones can leave it asy while the longer operations was held on the other side. They didn t pressure me into buying anything they asked but one no was enough for them. The service they did on my car was great and fast. I got an oil change and my transmission fluids flushed.

Great shop, great crew. Kind, quick, considerate. Sydney (and seriously everybody) was amazing. Couldn t do a service because of an issue with my vehicle. Went above and beyond to give me the info I needed to communicate with a mechanic. Still topped off my oil and checked my tires to make sure I was good until I could get fixed up.
