One of My go to locations for my vehicle needs. Fast, fun and friendly. The managers are great and very knowledgeable. B ,Elijah & Tamara no matter who s running the show I m sure to get the best service and great deals every time ! God Bless

We received service March 29, 2024. Just when I thought the customer service could not get any better it was impeccable! They took their time and checked the vehicle over thoroughly. They addressed every concern and answered all my questions. I highly recommend their services.

This Mavis location was amazing! My car needed a fair bit of work to pass inspection: Tires, brakes, wheel bearing, etc. after further inspection, it was found that there was more needed to be replaced with the wheel bearing. They were great with working with us to get the price down as much as possible. Customer service was incredible. Will definitely be bringing other vehicles there in the future. Would highly recommend!

Drive in got my car right in and done within an hour! Love this place and the employees were even better than the service! Friendly funny knowledgable! Would recommend this place to anyone! Tires were a great price and they even gave me a coupon!!! Thank you

Stopped in without an appointment to get a slow leak of my tire fixed. Busy location with three techs and two staff behind the desk were there. All were working as a team.Only took about half an hour to fix and balance the tire and rotate them all.Cleanest lobby of any Mavis I have been to.

They were able to get my daughter s car in quick and offered good advice for a solution. Had a nail in the tire. Recommended that new tires would be needed soon due to tread but didn t push to try to sell them. We did get 4 new ones at a good price. They were pleasant and helpful.

The team at the Mavis on Fairport road was exceptional. Extremely accommodating and got my vehicle in right away. The staff was knowledgeable and very accommodating. Go there for all your tire needs.

I highly recommend Mavis in Henrietta !!! Bre'Shean , Kevin and ElijahCustomer service was incredible . I stopped in without an appointment and the guys were very pleasant and patient with me as I ask a millions questions concerning my vehicle. They did a full inspection and explained each problem to me very thoroughly. They helped resolve all concerns regarding my vehicle and had me in and out within a hour . I will be returning in the future if I run into any issues with my vehicle again !Job well done :)

Awesome experience in my first visit there. Came in with a flat from a nail (was already off the car). Just wanted to know if it could be fixed. They brought it to the back and plugged it in < 10 minutes. Sent me on my way with a "Happy Thanksgiving". Will go back again for service and buy my next set of tires there. Thanks!

I made an appointment for an oil change & tire rotation. I marked the back wheels to ensure the tire rotation was completed. Upon arrival to pickup I find the tire rotation has not been completed as the markings are still on the rear rims which should have been rotated to the front. I brought it to there attention and they said the rotation was completed. They pulled it in and did the rotation. The building, employees and the inside of my car all smelled like weed at pickup. Not trustworthy or professional. I will not return & I suggest you don't visit this location.

Brought my vehicle in and needed a tire replaced. They inspected the tire and gave me great news, it was a valve stem leak! The guys at the shop were very accommodating and pleasant to talk to about the issue. They resolved the issue and were thorough with what work was done. Thank you so much ya'll!

I ordered my tires online, showed up they changed my tires and I went to go pay that's when the confusion started. I had a price from online and then the price in store was completely different. They tell you you're eligible for all these rebates, swear up and down you are. I paid the full price which was more than what it said online then I'm told, I'm not eligible for any of the rebates. But my biggest issue is they scratched all four of my rims and did not tell me. They scratch the paint right off my aftermarket rims and no one thought of even mentioning it to me. If you damage a customer's vehicle you tell them even if it's minor. In my eyes this is absolutely unreasonable and I will never have my tires put on at this shop again.

Here from Michigan for a hockey tournament, and found a nail in my tire at the rink. Called and JD was amazing told me to head over and he'd get it fixed. Great customer service and Fast and friendly! Highly recommend them for all your tire needs.

Dropped my vehicle off at 10:25am for a break change was told 2 hours. At 12:30pm I called the location and asked about my vehicle and its progress they stated that it was in the shop being looked at. I then arrive to the shop at 1:10pm and my vehicle was never touched it was in the same spot!. Completely lied to me over the phone total disgrace I will never recommend Mavis to anyone ever again. In fact I am going to make sure that I tell anybody that ever asks me about Mavis to never to go there.

Great place JD helped us out in a pinch! Made sure we were on the road and ready to make it back home to VT after a failed valve-stem on a Sunday. Every other tire place sent is away and JD said we got you covered

My college student had a flat tire on Sunday afternoon and Mavis Discount Tire in Henrietta had 2 new tires on in less than 2 hours. JD was incredibly reassuring and helpful in choosing tires and getting our car back on the road quickly. Plus it was out the door pricing that was extremely affordable. Will definitely return to this Mavis location in the future. The car was a standard and all the staff were knowledgeable.

My son and I took his car over today that needed a tire plugged before he went off to college. JD was extremely kind and attentive to our need. He took care of us right away, and was very helpful about the condition of my sons tires. I will definitely be going back to him in the future. It's nice to see that there is still great service out there.
