Very knowledgeable and quality employees. They were able to get me in and out for an inspection and were able to give me a breakdown of any concerning issues with my vehicle.The facility itself is very well maintained with a cozy waiting room, nice conveniences such as water and coffee for customers and plenty of space to relax while waiting for your vehicle.Honestly wish I could give them 10/10 stars!

Quick, easy and reasonably priced. We came with 2 cars and they were able to complete both oil changes and have us out in under 30 minutes. They marked our receipt that they vacuumed the cars but they clearly hadn't. Didn't really expect them too though.

Took me in last minute to check my car before a long road trip. They went out of their way to assure my car is set to go. Jerry and Cory are fantastic people, YOU GUYS HAVE A GAINED a customer for life

I sent my wife here a few months ago for the first time, and I came in recently for my car for the first time. Good first impression. Jonathan G. and Donavin V. were efficient and courteous. I look forward to using this Jiffy service and location again.

Made an appointment beforehand. Came at specified time and pulled up to bay door. Before I could even get out I was met by 3 smiling faces welcoming me to jiffy lube. Not only did they change my summer times to winter, they also inspected my car in a timely manner. Nothing short of a pleasant experience. You guys have a great team. Keep up the good work!!

Friendly, competent staff. A little pricey, but look for a coupon at their website. Went in for an oil change. Was done in about half an hour. They even vacuumed the floor of my vehicle. Nice touch! Very satisfied. Will return in the future. Thank you!

You can expect friendly, professional, quick service at a great price. (Check their website for coupons!) The interior is clean and there are complimentary beverages to enjoy while you wait. This is the best quick oil change service I ve ever visited.

Hands down some of the best customer service i think i have ever seen in any shop, i am the General manager over at Esporta in Henrietta right across the street and my tire went flat i called jiffy lube 15 monutes before close and they were kind enough to send someone over to help me replace my tire, sadly my lugs were stripped so i rolled my car over to their shop and they fixed it for me the next morning! I can not stress enough how amazing these group of guys are, will definitely be a returning customer!

Nice and quick, but they said they are no longer vacuuming or cleaning anything despite the website saying they do. I feel I can't trust the other aspects if they aren't doing something as basic as cleaning.

Stopped in last week for an oil change and inspection. The guys were very nice and helped with any questions I had. Jerry was super nice, and asked me multiple times if I had any questions or if he could be of any help. Only place I will be going from now on. I went to a few places in Henrietta who turned down my request to help me fix my light. I m new to the area so this stressed me out because having a light out makes it risky to drive to school, work, etc Jerry took up my request and fixed it perfectly and even helped me with other things going on with my car for an amazing price. I needed a battery installed after going to Interstate around the corner. It was fast, simple, and easy. I also didn't get ripped off when I went. It was inexpensive and I was in and out!

Had a nail in one of my tires, was in a hurry so I stopped in for the first time to see if they could help me. I was in and out In 18 minutes! The professional staff greeted me and got me in right away, addressed my concern and corrected it! Very clean and modern waiting area, cleanest shop I ve ever seen and a special thanks to Donovan, very polite and professional! Very pleased, will definitely be going here from now on!!!

Quick, affordable, helpful and convenient.No scheduling required. Just give them a call to find out how busy they are and if they have the oil you'd prefer before making the trip.I went in for an oil change and was out in a bit under 30 minutes. After learning that they also do inspections, I'll likely end up going back for those as well.

Service was fast and friendly. The tech (Dan S) that cashed me out did a very good job and made sure my vehicle was clean after my tank kinda burped while putting fuel tank additive in it. Not to mention it was pouring outside when he did it. He went above and beyond in my opinion and deserves to at the very least be recognized for it. Also it's cool that you guys have free coffee and cocoa, definitely a plus.Service: Oil change

Make it more known that the customer is not permitted to drive their vehicle to the service point to park for an oil change. Only two words can describe my experience here, quick & professional. I had my tire pressure sensor light come on and I wanted someone to take a look at it. I went to pep boys first but they told me it s a week and a half wait for just a tire pressure light. The boys at jiffy lube instantly took care of me.

I don't normally take the time to review big chains because it's usually pretty well known what to expect but the Jiffy Lube on Marketplace is worth taking a minute to talk about.The waiting area is clean and the staff were all very communicative and helpful. They answered the phone every time I called to check on things and were great about giving me times to come that would be less busy. As a parent with a lot of running around to do and a schedule that changes by the day this is the place to go if you need to squeeze in maintenance and repairs.The big reason they're great however is that they've proven to me they know what they're doing.For two years I'd been driving on a noisy tire. Quite a while back I had taken it to another place but they told me they couldn't replace it because it was 'harmless feathering inside' and the tread was fine. A need for an inspection brought me to JL where they showed me (showed not told) it was not fine. It looked as wonky as it sounded. They asked if my vehicle was driving rough and yeah it definitely was. After asking the other place about the tire and being told it was nothing I had assumed the vehicle itself was just harder to handle because it's getting old.Anyway JL rotated my tires to help with the roughness till they could get my replacement ordered, (which I never felt pressured to buy, but did want fixed badly after so long) and a few days later I was back, the new tire on and now it drives like new.I absolutely recommend them and will be using them again.

Had a great experience while stopping in to have my snow tires put on. Donovan was more than helpful as he gathered my information and away my car went. It was busy but everyone worked diligently and I was out in no time. I spoke briefly with the entire staff one at a time as they walked in. Great Jiffy Lube! Got an inspection done here and they were all super friendly. Had an issue with tint but they let me remove it and took it back to pass the inspection. Highly recommend this Jiffy lube.

I did a walk in on this rainy day. Donovan was my main tech. Very respectful and charismatic, upsold me on air filters and windshield wipers in a way I could say no to, but I chose to say yes instead.Good host, told me which direction and distance to walk in to buy cigarettes.Services: Air conditioning, Oil change
