The staff at Gerber in Henrietta was very competent and professional. When my car door had been dented in a hit-and-run, the paint had flaked off, exposing the metal to rust. Gerber was recommended by my insurance company, and so I trusted them to do a good job. The final results were amazing--as if the dent had never happened. The only downside was the two-month wait for an appointment, and my regrettably high deductible. Otherwise, I highly recommend them!

This post is for Gerber Collision..Very thoroughly explanatory, how long it will take, protocols, insurance, how long it would be; take; etc. The lady at the desk is very knowledgeable, courteous, and understanding. Since there are many break-ins and accidents in our area, (Rochester), it's going to be longer than usual.. wonderful business!! They do an impeccable job.

Insurance sent me to this shop. Staff was very polite and friendly. Review by staff was quick and quote came soon after. They gave me an estimated time for the repairs to be complete and they were able to get the work done ahead of schedule. Pick up was quick and easy and was able to leave my rental from Enterprise with them. Would recommend.

Gerber was AMAZING in the repair of my daughter s vehicle when she was in an accident (she was rear-ended). The staff kept her in the loop of the progress and made her feel comfortable asking questions. I had to contact them for insurance purposes a few times and am extremely pleased with their courtesy and professionalism. I highly recommend this Gerber shop for your repair needs. Do not use this shop. They will make the outside look pretty but damage the inside. They took two weeks because they do a 5 second estimate to order parts so they had to order more so I was with a car for two weeks. There is check engine light that came on after they had possession and claimed it s not from the crash. It was inspected by the dealer ship a week before hitting a deer. I did have drive the car for a month before the repairs could be done with no engine light on. They informed me the engine light was due to an O2 sensor in the coolant system based on past history that was before I had the crash. They flat out told me that insurance wouldn t cover that. They indicated that is why the vent system wasn t, Okay. I ll take it to a specialist. They failed to tell me that it s affecting my AW drive so it malfunctions and says 2w mode engaged. This is of course in midwinter. The person who answered the phone was very short with me and said we told you that would happen and you can t talk to the person who is in charge of the case because she took lunch at 10:45a.I will give them partial credit for allowing me to drop off early. They told me when I scheduled they don t do drop offs then when I called back the next they could since I was asking about having a friend do the drop off. The partial credit it cancelled out by the fact they barely have room for the cars they take on.

I was in a car accident and the front and both sides of my vehicle were damaged. Gerber in Henrietta did an outstanding and amazing job repairing my car!! I am very pleased and impressed! My car looks brand new! They vacuumed, waxed my car and even had my tires shining! Customer service was exceptional! I was greeted with a genuine smile and assistance from Pedro as I exited my vehicle. Even when I returned to pick my car up after it was repaired, Pedro walk with me to my vehicle and explained all what was done! The front staff Dawn and Nikki were very pleasant. Both served me with a smile! I met the manager, Mike who also was very pleasant. I'm definitely a satisfied customer! Keep up the great work!Service: Body & Trim

Truly spectacular service. Worked great with my insurance and gave me back the car in pristine condition; the paint repair to my car looks as if it never happened! Excellent Customer Service! Very Ethical & Professional! I scratched the rear fender of my black 2019 Ram 1500. I tried a home scratch repair kit that made it worse. I sent an online quote request to Gerber and Mike responded to me asking to view the vehicle so he could get the best estimate for me. I called Mike back and he got me in within 15 minutes, saw the swirl marks which show up bad on black paint, but only in the right reflection which is why he wanted to see it. He was able to fix this for me at no charge. They won my service for life (as long as I live in the area). Thank you Mike for making this stress free and fixing my mistakes!

Service was great! Staff was very friendly and my car was done on time. I was able to leave my rental right there which also made it super convenient. Follow up calls were made to ensure I had no issues and I was happy with the work. I would definitely recommend Gerber!

I am very thankful and impressed by the kindness and knowledge dispayed by the staff at Gerber Collision and Glass. I don't know a lot about cars so I was unsure of the damage I had after hitting a coyote last week. My boyfriend ordered a part he said was needed, and we brought it in with us. They offered to put it on for free. They took me out to inspect the car before taking it in so I was aware of any charges there would be. They also gave me good advice about how to deal with the damage, which I appreciated very much. Overall a great experience; I highly recommend Gerber in Henrietta to anyone who needs to get their car fixed.

After being rear-ended, I was dreading the process of dealing with insurance companies and collision shops. I was referred to Nu-Look Collision on Lehigh Station Road from a friend who had nothing but good things to say about the team and the service he received from them. From my initial phone call with Kelly at Nu-Look to picking up my vehicle (they finished the same day!) the process was smoother than I could have ever expected. I worked with Kelly and also Shawn who oversaw the repairs on my vehicle. Both have excellent customer services skills and I couldn't be more impressed--they were great every step of the way! I also was pleased to see that not only did they repair my vehicle, they cleaned it inside and out! I definitely recommend Nu-Look collision if you want a seamless and stress-free experience with high quality service! Thanks again! ***another bonus is Hertz is located in their building and they were great too!

After exceptional customer service when I first visited to have repairs done on my car, they ultimately lied about the work they did to my vehicle. It was obvious they billed my insurance company and didn't perform the work. Just buffed it out to make it look like new instead of replacing it as written in the quote. I wonder if I should let my insurance company know....

My 2011 Ford Ranger was involved in a minor accident and needed repairs. I choose to have the repairs done by you because of your fine reputation and many awards. When Jeremy came with us to look at my truck, he started talking to my husband. I told him it was my truck and that because of it's age, I only wanted the repairs done that were absolutely necessary, to replace the front windshield, and to do no repair or painting of the small dent on the edge of the hood. His responses back to me were rude and condescending:*"People always say the crack in the windshield is from an accident when it isn't. Your insurance will probably not pay for it". I had told him that I have full glass replacement on my insurance policy.*"If that's all you want done, there are lots of guys that will do it on the side. You don't need to have us do them."*" Why don't you just get the hood repaired. Your insurance company is going to pay for it anyways." All these comments were very upsetting to me!In a few weeks when my truck was brought in to be repaired, my difficulties continued when Mary called us back to update us on the repairs. She told me that the truck was "out for painting". How surprised I was! She mentioned that Jeremy had not reviewed his cases with her before he went on vacation, thus the hood was repaired and painted. She apologized, spoke with the manager and he agreed to reimburse me the cost involved with the hood painting.When I came to pick up the truck, Ann was very helpful in explaining our bill and making sure that I was credited for the hood paint. With the exception of Jeremy, everyone else I had to deal with was most accommodating and pleasant. I hope that my concerns are addressed with Jeremy and any future women he deals with are treated with respect and courtesy.Suzanne Hoffman

I have been a Nu-Look customer for years. Recently (unfortunately) 4 times in the past year! Every time, Jeremy Porter and the crew at Nu-Look Henrietta have always provided professional, reliable & great service. They take care of everything, from making sure you have transportation during the time the car is being repaired, to dealing with the insurance company, and making sure the work is done properly and on time. My car always has a "NU-LOOK" when they are done! They make the unpleasant experience of having an accident a lot less frustrating. Great work every time!

Can not express how professional they were. After dealing with their competitors, i had to bring it to Them to fix what the other shop has fixed . The service is incomparable. I have been a Nu-Look customer for many years now. When you get in an accident the only thing you want to know is who will make my car like new again I can confidently say that the good people of Nu-Look (Henrietta) will work hard to earn your praise. Dalton the manager and Mary will not let you down the work is guaranteed as long as you own the car. You will be satisfied when you get your car back. Thank you Mary.

If it were possible to rate this place zero stars, I would. I was in an accident on a Monday and Nu Look in Henrietta received my car Tuesday. The only times I heard anything from these people were if I contacted them. They did not call to give me an estimate of how long the repairs would take or to check in with me for any reasons. I called them the following Friday for an update and the woman who answered the phone was rude and short with me. She barely answered my question about the duration of the repair and promptly hung up. I received a message from Nu Look the next Monday to let me know they had finally disassembled my car and found more damage. I called back and they had no information for me. Later that same day, I got a call from my insurance company asking why I had cashed the check that was meant for the repairs at Nu Look. I did not cash the check and made sure the insurance company knew that I never had the check in my possession. NU LOOK FORGED MY NAME and cashed the insurance check for the repairs that had not been done. My car ended up being totaled and therefore they were entitled to $0 of that check. Now I am without a vehicle waiting on Nu Look to reimburse Geico so I can get the check for my totaled car and start looking for a new one. Beware of this business.

After a snowplow ran into my car, I was dreading the repair process. However, Mary Moore at Nu Look took full control of the process and made it extremely easy for me. I was immediately put into a nice rental car, was given updates throughout and had my car fully repaired within days. I would highly recommend this place!

When someone backed into my new car, I was pretty frustrated. Thankfully, the entire repair process thereafter was pretty painless. Phil McCann did a great job of explaining what to expect and followed up multiple times to keep me updated on progress. So happy with the repair and the customer service!

This place was horrible to me. My car was done on time, but it was done horribly. The outside looked pretty good (I had gotten rear ended), but the inside was trashed. There was white powder everywhere, pieces of tape and tin foil, they threw my belongings all over the car. I had a $100 patagonia jacket in my car when I left it and when I got the car back there were footprints and dirt all over it. They clearly don't care at all. My airbags had been disconnected, a cable was just taped to the wall and not plugged back in. It's great to know they wanted me driving without airbags. When I tried to go back in to complain, the door was locked and everyone was gone. I went to Nu Look in Fairport one time when I had been rear ended before, and my car was given back to me better than when I had dropped it off. This place did the complete opposite. My speakers sound messed up as if there is dirt rattling in them, a technician must have cut himself removing my quarter panels because I found red splotches on my fabric and metal that were not even attempted to be cleaned. This was the worst repair I have ever had, and I would advise anyone to go elsewhere. They did such a bad job that I refuse to even bring my car back to have them fix the mistakes, I will bring it elsewhere.

The manager Jeremy was rude. The hertz rental place had a gentlemen who was on the phone the whole time ( on a personal phone call) while I was telling him the things that were wrong with the 5minute cleaning he did and didn't care. Talk over me when when I tried to explain. Nu look told me they cleaned my car when in fact it hadn't been touched . it was after I had to go back there for shotty workmanship they had done from the 1st time I went there
