Exceptional customer service, Alicia helped me through the whole process being that it was my first time ever filing a claim. She communicated well, organized and very professional. The repairs were phenomenal, looked just like when I first bought the car. The car was detailed as well . I would highly recommend this place.

Horrible accident, t- boned on passenger side. Car was saved from being a total loss. Worked with our Insurance company smooth fir seamless transaction. Work did take some time because they guarantee and warranty all their work. They said this was definitely one of the bigger jobs they had, the end result was worth it. Car was returned in perfect pristine condition. They check and re-check to make sure everything is absolutely perfect mechanically, technically, and aesthetically These guys really do great work.Services: Painting, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic, Body & Trim, Welding, Battery

wreck and mend did a great job handling my insurance claim and fixing my car after getting rear ended by a cement truck. i didn t have to anything which is so helpful with my busy schedule. they even returned it back with a fresh wash and detail clean inside! my car looks brand new definitely recommend using this family business!

Wreck & Mend stepped in when a different repair shop was giving me trouble and made sure I was taken care of. Their customer service is top notch! Having personally been a recent customer for the repair of my Ram, I would definitely recommend them. Equipped with a large shop, paired efficient management and quality technicians, the process was handled smoothly. I like that their guarantee is no headaches or debates. They worked directly with my insurance company as well as set up the rental car.

Well, Well Well, where do I start, MY 2019 Jeep Rubicon needed collision work done, as I was so frustrated with the collision happening at the first place, I got the peace of mind when I start explaining the situation with Joe and Jimmy they made my frustration go away. They had Anthony the front desk manager walk me through the claim process, got me into a rental car. 3 weeks later I saw my vehicle after the repair and it looked like it came out of a showroom. Was recommended here by a friend after an accident. The shop took care of everything to repair my car and even to tow it to the shop. Everything was so professionally done and I am extremely satisfied with how everything turned out. The shop goes the extra mile to make sure your car comes back in perfect condition!

Had a great experience at Wreck & Mend. I needed my back bumper replaced because it had some damage. The turn around time was very quick and the quality of work was incredible. Highly recommend bringing your car here for any body work!

Listen very carefully, if you want peace of mind no stress when dealing with auto repairs or no extra out of pocket costs! DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE! These guys are scammers! They don't care about you, or your car! They want to make as much money as possible and I've seen first hand of how they run their business they will be out of business very soon trust me on that! If you have to pay for 5 star reviews with a botted service and at the bottom there's 1 star reviews something isn't adding up. If you don't believe me and think these guys are good business go to them! You'll see the true nightmare I'm just trying to save everyone else from my own mistakes of taking my car here! This shady business wanted me to tell my insurance company for non existent damage to my vehicle. At the end, work was at par but had to call many times to get status. I was told that no credit cards and only cash or insurance checks were accepted, not sure if they were telling the truth.Update month and half later. They promised me to provide free rental while car was in their shop. Enterprise rent a car was never reimbursed by them and I got charged on my credit card. Everytime I call, there is a new excuse, owner on vacation, front desk lady is away, I will take care of it right away. Been calling them since end of Jan and now it's beginning of March. Just hate their plain lies. When I was picking up the car, Mr Joey and Mr Al told me that had just paid the check to Enterprise. Going to try to call them again. Will keep you guys posted.After months and lot of hassle, they didn't reimbursed me the charges from rental company.

Best bodyshop in LI hands down. My neighbor side swiped my car and I needed a good shop for repair especially since I have matte paint on the car. Took my car to wreck n mend and they gave me the best customer satisfaction. From giving me a very comfortable rental while my car was being repaired to perfectly paint matching my bumper with the rest of the car. I an very surprised and happy with the results and I highly recommend everyone this bodyshop if you need body repair and repaint services. 10/10 rating in my book!

So happy I brought my car here instead of where my insurance company wanted me to go to! The team at wreck and mend did an OUTSTANDING job on my car and even went above and beyond to fix my car and get me in a rental! Melanie who works the office was amazing and always kept me in the loop with everything that was going on with my car! Now this will sound cheesy but the place is called wreck and mend.... well I HIGHLY RECOMMEND thanks again wreck and mend team!!!

Brought my 2014 Honda Accord in early February, didn't get it back until mid April. Not only did it take them a long time to fix my car, they did a terrible job. If your going to take all the time in the world to do something, you might as well do it the right and proper way.Wreck n Mend did not do that. I would NOT recommending taking your car to Wreck N Mend. The manager, Jason should be fired. These guys do not know how to do work on a car. They'll also tell you your car will be ready tomorrow or the day after but when it comes to the time the car is not ready and they keep pushing the day it'll be ready. If your gonna push the date of when it'd be ready, at least do the job properly.I've had to go back there several times for mistakes that they've made on my car after taking so long with it. At one point I just got fed up and stopped going to get these mistakes fixed because it would continuously happen. This is a fairly new car - 2014 is not old.These pictures will do all the talking. They replaced my headlights - condensation and is building up in my headlight due to poor installation. The HID's they installed in my car - clearly the picture shows it wasn't installed properly. There's so many other mistakes. Please I advise you to stay clear from this body shop and do NOT think TWICE about this body shop. Terrible!

I wish I could give this place 0 stars, they are dishonest and low quality. I went there to get 4 aspects of my car fixed, my rear driver side corner panel had a dent, my driver side door had a ding, my front driver side corner panel had a light swipe and my rear driver side reflector was broken and needed replacing. I paid in September and found out upon pick up that the reflector and the ding in my door were not repaired. It took me two months to get both of those rectified. They lost my name and number numerous times and only when I started corresponding through documented means did they took me seriously. They are so unorganized and unprofessional- I had to ASK for a receipt which is just ridiculous. When I went in to fix my rear reflector they had no sense of urgency or remorse being that it s taken two months to coordinate repairs that were already paid for. To fix my reflector the trim above my tire was taken off because the man (whom I suspect was under qualified because it took him 45 minutes to figure out how to get to my reflector) working on my car thought he could get to my reflector which is located on the rear of my car by going through side of my car (???) and after popping the new reflector in, I noticed the man struggling to align the rivets of the trim above my wheel well which he took off with their connecting pieces to make the trim secure. He was fiddling with the trim and the rivets for a good half Hour before I saw him crouching and holding the trim to the car- they glued my trim. This body shop GLUED my 2016 car. They didn t tell me the piece was broken or ask me if i would like it glued or repaired properly, they made a mistake or decided to cut corners without discussing it with me. I was in shock. I saw this so I asked out loud inside the office why he was gluing my trim and then I went from the office into the garage and asked him why, a little loudly because I was upset and in disbelief. The mother, who is the receptionist, and one of the owners or bosses, Joe, came over to me and proceeded to tell me how they gave me a deal for My car and all the extra stuff they did (they washed my trim because there was some white polish residue on it- Give me a break) but they started throwing in my face SEVICES I PAID FOR rather than addressing their fault in being dishonest and GLUEING my car! Then, joe said if you don t like how we do work here then get out and he RIPPED THE TRIM OFF MY CAR- my car was otherwise complete and I had already paid for the work that was done to it and this unprofessional scammer rips my trim right off, pulling off the rivets and causing damage. I wanted to get outback if there ASAP and on my way out Joe said get this piece of junk out of here - my car is a 2016 Jeep. If something is wrong or broken with my nearly new car TELL ME!! don t save a quick buck and glue it!!! Let me decide how my car should be repaired- either these guys glued it originally AND the second time, or broke it the second time and had to glue it and didn t wanna admit fault. Either way glue should have never been put on my car esp without consulting me. Appalling. This place is completely unprofessional, unorganized- they re cons trying to make a quick buck- DO NOT GO HERE!!! You may save money now but you ll be spending a lot more later because their work is crooked!!! I went to another shop to get my trim fixed and it will cost me 180 bucks. Wreck&Mend really couldn t do right by their customer and rectify a broken piece- which they probably broke in all honesty- because they wanted to save a few bucks or not admit they damaged my car???? Disgusting. It was also pointed out to me that Wreck&Mend got toner or another substance on the top of my car near where they painted and my paint is now bubbling up there. Do. Not. Go. Here. They are a bunch of hacks. Still in disbelief that I paid for service in full and the manager or owner damaged my car by ripping my trim off in front of me and throwing it at me like a hot head because I confronted him on GLUEING my car without consulting me first.
