DO NOT GO HERE!Honestly, I never had a issue there until today & I am upset. I paid for a full service clean. I explained I wanted to vacuum the inside to remove the sand from the seats & mat, floor.... I even said it in Spanish. I know every piece of sand wont be removed but seriously!!!! When my car finished being washed I get the car back & it didn't look like anything was vacuumed! When I spoke with the manager he sent me back to the entrance where the workers ignored me & finally vacuumed it again after I had to request for their supervisor again. (Im not sure if they have a low quality vacuum or the workers are just lazy but just go to the gas station & don't waste your time here). It was just the plain disrespect & I even gave a good tip. I was highly annoyed & I REFUSED TO GO BACK HERE!

I need a refund! This was the worst carwash ever. I have always come here and since the last time the prices went skyrocket. There are more people working but not doing things right. Today I felt ripped off when I saw my car and it was still dirty. Bad job on the vacuuming. Then they have the nerve to get upset with you when you complain about it. There are plenty of other car washes that won t scratch your car or leave it dirty. What happened to this place. It used to be a great carwash.Services: Vacuuming, Auto interior vacuuming, Car waxing

8/27/23 UpdateNight Wash is back! 7 PM - 7 AM Cash & External Wash only.Super Wash for cars is $24 w/ Inside Cleaning/Vacuuming.The Super Wash gives you undercarriage wash + special foaming wax + Tire Shine. The foaming wax works & makes your car really shine. Definitely a good bet!Still a fantastic wash compared to other places. Getting my cars washed here for 15 Years.3/20/22 UpdatePrices went up twice during the Pandemic. Sign of the times. The Full Service Super Wash will run you $23 Cash. If you pay by Credit Card they charge you extra for the CC Vendor Fees. However, they do an excellent job and it's still the best car wash in the area. Everyone else have also raised their prices. Folks, you should still tip well.Car wash is thorough. Lots of soap and suds that give your car an excellent cleaning. The guys do a great job with the interior as well. Night wash is 1/2 price, 7PM-7AM, and they only do exterior. Ask for VIP Card ($1), and you get rewarded with a Full Service Wash, after the 8th wash.

This car wash used to be good. New staff has caused this place to turn to trash. I paid $25 for a half azzed car wash. Never again will this place get my money.

This is the WORST car wash in nassau county history. I would never spend a penny in this place ever again. I was disappointed when I spent almost 40 dollars today for a horrible job. The people that dry off your car are lastly and rude also the cashier lady thinks she is to cute to do her job professionally.Services: Polishing, VacuumingServices: Polishing, Vacuuming

If you re a woman, don t go here. They didn t vacuum well at all. & I understand the outside of the car not being fully dry, that didn t bother me. But it was too much of a quick 1,2,3. Still so much dust on the dash, the screen on the inside of my car, my back seat had my nephews food dropping there. No one wants to come, have a half a** job done & have to wait longer after you complain. Just do it right the first time.Complaining was the charm though, car fully dry, vacuumed well, dust gone and the food on the back seat fully wiped off. Waste of time

Horrible, one of the worst car wash I have gotten. I asked if the $35 was the most expensive option and they said yes. So I was expecting my car to look very clean inside. Very mediocre job.

When you go to a car wash you expect for your car to come out clean, but the interior was not vacuum and my rims were more dirty than when I got it there. I m sure that s not what we call clean rims. It used to be my favorite, but when management and employee don t care about your business it just show on the work.

This is the worst place to get your car washed from inside and outside. Paid $40 for nothing!! I DONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!!

This was my first visit here. I had been going to a different car wash for as long as I've owned my cars (for over 22 years). After Covid the other car wash I used to frequent no longer offers interior cleaning, so I tried this place close to home. Did not disappoint. My car interior was I desperate need of a thorough cleaning and USA Car Wash & Detailing was a Godsend. Excellent service, the workers were attentive, thorough and my car's interior is still glistening 3 weeks later. The price was reasonable and I am extremely pleased with the service I received. My new go-to car wash!

Ive been taking my cars there for years. Staff is great. I lost my Bose earbuds $250.00. Today 8/8/23I took my car to get washed. As Im driving away the crew found my Bose and placed them neatly on my front passenger seat. Ive been coming to this car wash for about 7 years. Simply save your money and find someplace else to go May I recommend A six-year-old with a garden hose. They would certainly do a better job. I m not entirely sure how it s possible but I feel like my car came out dirtier than I did when it rolled in. Water spots everywhere, absolutely no one took the time to even dry off the car, and whatever tire shine they used was just slapped on so thick that it covered the entire vehicle by the time I got home (4.5 miles away). Fun fact, USA Car Wash does not offer a Veteran discount unlike many other places in the area Services: Polishing, Vacuuming, Auto interior vacuuming, Car waxing

I spent $62.20 when the super deal was worth $20. The polish was not good. My car only looks washed, not polished. That s in included in the super deal. I asked why the front mats were dirty. Apparently, that cost is extra. $62 and the mats are not included??? That s not the worst part. There were 9 people who were drying and buffing my car. I was on the phone but, loosely watching. I started watching closely because it was just odd that 3 guys were just standing there while really doing nothing on the front passenger side. When they were done, I walked over and noticed that the molding under the glove box was partially opened. There was still someone in the driver s seat who was buffing the inside. I asked what happened. He said I didn t do nothing to your car. I told him to get out of my car and I drove away. I don t know what side business they have going on but, something just doesn t sit right. DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS CAR WASH!!!! You ll be wasting your money.
