After having a less than stellar experience trying to get an oil change across the street, I came here. I was greeted politely right away and able to get my car in quickly. I waited maybe 5 minutes in the car. The oil change was even quicker than I thought it would be. Price was fair. I was in and out in probably 20 minutes tops. I will definitely be returning if I need.

Paid for deluxe wash . Pictures show how horrible it was. They don t even clean the interior. A $40 was doesn t include interior cleaning? You guys can do better than that.

Was always bring all my cars her for years. The last time I came, a regular oil change, (5W-30), was raised to $60. Prices are up everywhere paid the $60 good service as usual, got my car wash, all good. Just went last week and the attendant came up to my car and asked what I wanted, told him regular oil change. He had some trouble understanding me, but he looked at the previous sticker on my windshield and said $80. I questioned it being that it was $60 the last time. He called another attendant over and he also verified the $80 price. I regretfully turned down that price and took my business elsewhere. I know inflation is everywhere, but $80 for a standard oil change is outrageous.

Customer service is HORRIBLE!!!! They advertise one price and charge you something totally different. They tell you that its a different oil but how do I know that what you gave me wasn't what was being advertised and your charging me full price. Then when questioned about it, the manager gets nasty with you like your wrong. The sheer audacity of this man to brush me off as the customer was amazing. Then they speak to each other in their language as if I'm not standing there waiting for answers.They definitely lost a customer. I can't give zero stars otherwise I would.

Terrible place. Took my car for car wash and was left dirty in multiple parts. I paid for inside and outside to be clean and the inside was barely vacuumed. They did nothing on the inside when it came to wiping down, nothing at all. The front of the car still. Do not recommend. They donot take their time to make sure they clean it they just want the money. Very disappointed

Worse car wash and the manager was and A##H*** and very rude. I order the service that included chassis cleaning. Their chassis cleaning is a sprinkler that mists under the left side of the car, how is that ever to clean under your car.

I never used to like getting my car washed, mostly because I got a little claustrophobic sitting in the car while water, soap, and huge brushes hit the windows. That's why I LOVE Sonic!! I drop my car at the entrance, go inside, grab a cup of coffee, maybe buy a snack, then watch through this big glass window as my car goes through the car wash and gets the royal treatment. When my car is done, it looks awesome, and all I have to do is get in it and drive away. Thanks Sonic!

Great service, great people, quick and efficient. I always get my oil changed here because of the convenience. They always let you wait. Never had to wait more than 15 minutes. I work in the area so I get it done on my lunch break. Always works out great!

Great place, fair prices. The cashier staff and manager were nice and answered all my questions. Business is good. MAKE SURE TO TAKE PICTURES OF YOUR CAR BEFORE THEY SERVICE IT. My mirror flew off in car wash and they said it's not their responsibility...

Went in for a basic car wash today. Service was excellent. The wash was fast and the workers were very detailed. One guy spent extra time to get a large parking sticker off our passenger window that we couldn t peel off ourselves. Didn t even have to ask him to do this. For $16, we got more than what we paid. There s also a $10 online promotional deal - check it out!

I think this oil change service center did what they were supposed to do. The entrance to the service stalls are limited if all the stall lanes are occupied with vehicles. I went there after 5 pm so there were no wait time. I can't say for sure if this is a normal occurence. My car needed a custom oil change service and with critical suggestions, I was able to fulfill all my requests and the oil change service was a success. I had service done both to my wife's car and my own. They handled it very well. The cashier was very pleasant and answered all my questions. There are restrooms available and were kept clean. You will have to park on the street if you are required to wait for service. This was the first place that knew how to reset both cars service intervals. Lastly, you get a full service car wash with oil change.

First time around this area so I decided to get my car washed here and it was not a wise choice, I usually don t hop around car washes but this one seemed like it had good reviews. Car wash itself seemed normal but if you car is dropped don t take it here AT ANY COST. It will scratch your front bumper lip if you have one. The manager seemed clueless in what to do when I showed him where it happened and how it happened even thou I left in peace.

Only giving them a 2 star rating, because the guys that washed the car did a good job. Let s talk about the cashier now, she has the worst customer service and the nastiest attitude. Doesn t greet the customer or much less say thank you, in better words she says nothing unless your on the other end of the phone. They need to get her out of there, because of her I won t be returning.

Definitely won t return, barely wiped the inside of my car, left streaks all over my class causing me to rewipe myself and forgot to return my mats, no tire shine although I paid for that. Basically rushed me out. Def. lost their touch.

I went here on March 6, 2021 I went in to get my car wash and when I was about to leave my gas pedal was off and they looking at me like I came there with my gas pedal off. How the hell would I drive the car with the gas pedal completely dangling. They didn't even wipe down inside my car. Never ever again I would go to that car wash or recommend it to anyone that place is trash,they deserve 0 stars the way they tried to play meService: Vacuuming

I brought my car here for an inspection. After paying the mechanic, he said to drive it 30 miles and come back to pass it so I did and he told me to drive another 50 miles so I did the next day at which point he said I needed my emission fluids changed. I had this done a few months ago but I needed my inspection to pass so I paid $100 and waited 2 hours. He then told me I would have to drive another 80 miles. 2 days later I drove over 100 miles in one day, came back and he told me there's nothing he could do for me. Don't waste your time, money and car mileage like I did... go anywhere else.

They clean your vehicle thoroughly. The exterior and interior is left looking brand new. The only problem is when car get on the track to wash it's a very hard jerk and skip motion that causes concern. When I asked about it one of the workers said "That's how it's supposed to work" A very clean car is not worth the potential for damage.
