The entire process was seamless. I walked into the dealership inquiring about a new Nissan GT-R without an appointment. I waited all of 2mins and had Wilson (sales rep) greeting us and walking us over to his desk. Within minutes we were looking at the inventory and working numbers. Wilson was great the entire time getting us feedback quickly and offering us comforts of water or coffee while we waited. Ultimately we made the deal and part of it was because of Wilson s professionalism and knowledge. Owning a GT-R has been a life goal for many years and the team at Garden City helped make that dream come true.

Recent went car shopping at Nissan of Garden City. Was unsure of what vehicle we wanted to lease and planned and visiting other dealerships in the area. We didn t have an appointment and walked into the showroom where we were greeted by Nick Siragusa who took us to look at a vehicle. Understanding that we had a family and a small child he recommended the Nissan Rogue and went over all of the safety features that came standard with the vehicle. My wife and I each test drove the vehicle and he went over our financing options with us a delivered a solution within our target price range. Nick and his team were phenomenal and we would definitely use them again in the future.

The staff that helped me with my vehicle of choice included: Zephyr, Chase, Desmond, and Jacob. This team was extremely attentive, professional, and most importantly they listened keenly to my concerns and interests. This was the most enjoyable, and smoothest sales process I've ever had and I believe this could not have been so if it were not for them. They worked cohesively to make my sales process a wonderful experience. Great job guys!

My husband and I were just out looking to do some window shopping for cars today but we were sold by our great experience with the people at Nissan Garden City. In particular, our sales support person, Nick Siragusa, was wonderful. We were standing around clueless and he immediately walked over to help us, pointing us right in the direction of what we were looking for. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and conversational. He aimed to understand what we needed and provided us many options to support us. We had a very pleasant experience and drove out the lot, same day, with a great car. Couldn t be happier with Nick and Nissan Garden City.

I purchased my car from this dealer 6 yrs ago and bring it there for service. Unfortunately, it has changed over the years and not for the better. For them to say they do a multi point inspection I find HARD to believe. I ve had 2 situations that prove to me that they don t. My car was making a loud noise when starting I mentioned it to the service advisor and showed a video / audio of the noise. When they serviced the car , I was advised that they didn t see / hear the noise. Took it to a different mechanic and the belts needed to be replaced. Had a tear that could ve broke at any time. 2nd situation. Took my car to the dealer just last week. Again, You claim you do a multi point inspection. You tell me about my brakes and tires. Don t mention any thing about the battery which is listed as something you check. Only for my car to stop/ die in the middle of traffic. After these 2 issues. I m not feeling safe or confident in the service that they re providing.

When I first came in, I approached, I was greeted and handled with care. I than was helped with an awesome rep Vin that told me all the details about my oil change. He honestly was a lot of help. He also told me about prices for my tires and which I will be receiving next week. He was very well spoken and professional. I will always recommend Garden City.

I went to Nissan of garden city to service my 2021 rogue and after sitting down with Cesar Obando I drove out with an upgraded 2023 platinum! The process was so smooth and thats because Cesar, Victor, and Desmond from finances made sure to help calm my concerns and made it a smooth process. If I was possible for me to walk out feeling as happy, satisfied and as blessed as I feel when I left Nissan of garden city, any one should be able to get the same experience! If you re reading this review know that you re making the right choice visiting this location and make sure to ask for Cesar.

First and foremost, the Sales person I dealt with, Nick is absolutely fantastic easily 5 stars all around. Super easy to talk to, easy to deal with.While Nick is an easy five stars, the rest of my experience lands probably somewhere 3.5-4 at best and its nothing to do with sales team members like Nick, but rather how the dealer operates which is a shame, because again, they have great sales team members, but the other aspects could line up for a better experience. Everyone I spoke with in person were helpful and all very professionalNow.....on to their sales practices the price you see on their website for their pre-owned cars (idk about their new cars) are not the actual prices, there is about $3,800.00 in fees at are tacked on to the bill.The presence of the fees themselves is noted on their website in the tiniest font possible that would make, even the most season contract drafter think twice about.Setting aside the tiny font, the actual amount of the fee(s) itself is/are not disclosed on the website. In the interest of price transparency would be best to have the true out the door cost listed upfront, or at the very least the amount the fees are, fully disclosed on the website.I understand and would not expect DMV reg. fees to be listed as they vary from car to car, but their dealer fees they impose and I would even argue the NYS-DMV max permitted doc fee of $175 to be noted.I would highly suggest going line by line during the paperwork signing to ensure nothing was been added, that is just good practiceI did trade in car and use that towards the purchase of the car I bought here at Garden City Nissan, however, the initial trade-offer was way off (about $4k less than a dealer the next township over stated they would value my trade at) based on what it should have been. Luckily I knew the ballpark figures of what trades/book values should have been and they eventually got to the value point I was willing to work with after several back and forths.The other aspects of sales and so far, service has been great. For example, when I asked if the car had two key fobs, I was told it had one, but they would be more than happy to set up a service appointment to get me another key fob, they followed up the next day to set the appointment.As a side note, based on the information I was provided, Nissan Financial is not crazy about high equity deals, they will approve, but at a higher rate, than other banks which don t mind or actually like high equality deals. The finance department did honor my preference of which bank to use.My suggestion(s) for an improvement to the Garden City Nissan Experience would be (order of importance):- Full Price Transparency on listed prices and use it as a marketing tool, other dealer groups do it, like Empire Auto Group, even Enterprise Auto Sales literally down the block do, I think more people would appreciate the forth-coming honesty and less of ahh gotcha in the door - I know the name of the game is buy low and sell high on anything, it s how business works, however, more fair trade-in value would be better, especially if I could have gone the next town/city over and get almost $4k more, without the back and forth would be a time saver and much less of a headache- Upgrade or make changes to your HVAC system to better deal with the large west facing windows in the showroom, it gets really really warm- Lower the volume (or split the channel volume) of the piped in music especially the seating area where the ceiling speakers are closer to people than in the taller portion of the showroomOverall, my experience was very good, everyone was helpful, and willing to work with me on making the deal happen, I am very happy with the car, and so far the service has been great.If you are looking for car and it happens to be a Nissan you like, talk to Nick, he is very easy to talk to/with, which to me is important.Just as FYI, many know - NYS does not permit pre-payment penalties if you pay your loan off early they cannot charge you a penalty for doing so

Dealership is easy to work with and the sales people within are all about "making the deal" if your offer is sound. Nicholas Siragusa was exceptional, congenial and professional. He worked with me and my local mechanic at the adjacent Mobil station to do the preliminary vehicle inspection that I thought was necessary to cement the sale and relieve any doubts.I would suggest dealing with him "face-to-face on any questions on the Nissan used or new car availability as you won't be disappointed.

I had a very bad experience. I went there to buy my car out of my lease.once we got started,after about 2 hours. I was sent into the finance dept. After about a hour and a half, I started feeling sick from my Vertigo. I told him I wanted to finish tomorrow. He told me it was the end of the month, so let's finish it. They rushed me thru it. They put all the papers in front of me to sign, At this point I was not see straight, so I signed them, The next day I started looking at the papers, the put a paper for extended warranty for 3500,00 dollars, i went back the next day, which they gave me a credit for the money, which i never received. I went back to months later, They gave me another Credit. 3 month later L have still have not received the money. Now i have to get a lawyer.

I came in today, Sunday the 14th with my mom. Both of our leases were coming up and we just came to get an idea. Nick helped us and was absolutely amazing! I had no intention of walking out with a car, neither did my mom but we both did.
