Kabba at Mobile Auto Glass in Hempstead is an absolute lifesaver! When a rock hit my windshield on the highway, he swooped in, ordered the new glass, and had it ready in just 2 days. His professionalism is top-notch, and he replaced the windshield in under 2 hours. What sets Kabba apart is his transparency and experience he's been at this for over 15 years and it shows. The whole process, from old glass removal to installation, was clean and efficient. Thanks to him, my car looks brand new again. Thank you, Kabba, for your outstanding service! Great experience. They quickly accepted my insurance offer, scheduled replacement the next day, came in the time window they gave me, and were finished in 45min. Friendly and efficient. I would definitely use them again.

Excellent! Very Responsive! Affordable!! Had my windshield replaced within 3 days of my first contact with the company. Kabba called me early in the day to confirm the appointment. He replaced my windshield in about an hour in the parking lot of my office building. Very happy I called Kabba to have my windshield replaced. Not only did Kabba pick up after 4pm on a summer Friday, he advised me of the process (to get the bubble filled- which they don t do) and how much it would possibly cost me to replace the windshield with original dealer parts since my insurance company was making me pay partially (it s a leased car which requires dealer windshield). I waited a few days and I decided to call back the insurance company and speak to a supervisor, the claim would now be fully covered for original parts. I connected with Kabba immediately as I wanted his company to do the work, he was completely transparent and willing to go above and beyond just to explain the process unlike many other places. This is a great company that cares for its customers whether they have retained you or not. I had such a positive experience with this company. The representative was incredibly helpful and friendly. It was such a blessing being able to find Mobile Auto Glass of Hempstead. I saved upwards of $60+ compared to other glass companies and the whole windshield replacement took less than a half an hour. They even came to meet me on public street parking as I am just passing through the area. I would definitely recommend these guys to anyone in the area looking for glass replacement.

Same - day service despite a considerable distance between my house and the warehouse. I quoted with a few different places, this was by far the most affordable and less than half of what a popular mobile auto glass company quoted. No hidden fees or charges. The technician was friendly and efficient. Highly recommended!

Nothing is worse than getting a new car only for your glass to get cracked almost immediately. I shopped around and called many people who gave me quotes in the thousands. Kabba did the work for a more than fair price and was informative about all he was doing. Highly recommend

My side window was smashed during a really bad storm, the evening before I was leaving for a trip. I called several places and got only a "we're closing call back" or "we're busy due to the storm". Despite the fact that I submitted my request on the website five minutes before closing, I got an immediate call back. He was very polite, gave me a quote and said that he had to check with the warehouse to make sure the glass was in stock but he'd try to fit me in the next day. In the morning he followed up, re-confirmed all the details and squeezed me into his busy schedule. The service was fast and very professional including taking the necessary COVID precautions. If I ever need any glass fixed on my car this will be my go to.Service: Auto side window replacement

I got my windshield replaced yesterday. The service was great and fast. He cleaned everything up after and only took like 30mins. If i need anything replaced again ill call him. Good job

5/5 would recommend to any and everyone. Woke up to a broken windshield on Saturday, put a claim through insurance and Mobile Auto Glass was able to get the windshield and install the very same day. No hassle, great communication and great team.

Mobile Auto Glass is fast, professional, considerate and expert at the craft. They came to us in a hard-to-get-to location way out on Long Island, replaced our broken windshield on the spot, and charged a most reasonable fee. Made an appointment for Thursday 8-12pm ; even after a confirmation phone call regarding to my appointment, they call me the day of to tell me it s for Friday. I had called out of work to be here. Now I m not getting my services done and I missed a day of work. Very unprofessional. Hopefully the next person can get their appointment time right.

TERRIBLE INSTALLATION!!! The installer left globs of glue along the corners of the windshield on the inside, and i mean golf ball sized globs. He also left used glue brushes, old scraps of glue from previous windshield around my truck in front of the house and my driveway. Then the installer figured he would write on the reciept he left me that they won't warrantee the glass. ABSOLUTELY HORRENDOUS DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY BY USING THIS GARBAGE COMPANY AND THEIR WORTHLESS INSTALLERS!! I would've paid twice as much for a decent job. I can't express how disappointed and aggravated I am with this place. There are tons of other glass places DO NOT GIVE THESE GUYS ONE CENT OF YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY YOU WILL REGRET IT.

They give a fake price and add on charges. On glass net the price was 206 when the bill can it turned out to be 250 with out tax. i called before and ask is that the price that i will have to pay at the end and they said the price on the website is the price you will pay. False advertisement.- (Said on the phone it had a backup camera.)Service: Auto windshield replacement

I am debating with myself whether they deserve 4 or 5 stars. Maybe somewhere in between. Although I did not get the answer I wanted(which I learned was unrealistic), I got the information I needed. An answer to the question of what I should do. He told me an 'Auto Parts' store was probably the cheapest route for me to take to get my problem solved.Thank you for the honesty.

My car was broken into today, a Sunday morning, and within hours of calling they came to my house and replaced the glass! No other place had that ability on a Sunday! They were professional and went out of their way to help me!
