Great experience. They fixed a long standing issue I had with my Supra (activating the navigation) that should have been fixed when I got it. Multiple dealers wanted me to pay $300+ out of pocket to get that done. But they understood it was as simple as hooking the car up to their computer and pressing the OK button. They got it done with no fuss. Went to 3 other dealers and they didn t want to help. Will be back for my maintenance to these guys.

Beware-Service appointment means nothing here.Appointment for 11.20am for routine maintenance oil change, tire rotation. Reached in time .Vehicle not attended till 1.07pm , can see vehicle sitting in the parking lot .2.50pm service not done .No choice but return without vehicle fully serviced.No regard for time or customer.

Worst customer service i have received so far at any dealership. Not helpful at all don t answer the calls and overpriced to the limit. Will trick you to get all the extra coverages that will not need and will still overcharge you for the service. Not happy at all

I came here because my tire needed a replacement. I was told that I'm not registered in the wheel and tire program, which is not true. They "had to verify," and this took 1 hour. After they verified that I was involved in this program, they needed to get approval for tire replacement and take pictures. Guess what? Taking pictures took 3 hours. I wasted my Saturday off for nothing. Then they said I had to come back. I had to wait another 3.5 hours just for a tire replacement? How is this possible? In total, I spent about 8 hours at this location for just one tire, not even all of them.Service: Tires

This place was a great experience. Chantal is the person who has taken care of us both times that we have used this particular service provider and she has been phenomenal. Highly recommend that you ask to speak to her, she makes this place great. Thank you so much for the hard work from the shop itself and also again to Chantal for the care that she took in trying to help us.

This place is always on point. From scheduling to the appointment itself, the operation is run for all the sleep. I've never had a bad experience. And I've never had to wait more than a minute or two to check my vehicle in. They have a great team here!

I LOVE THIS PLACE. This is the only Toyota service dealer I'll ever be going to. Sebastian is amazing, tells you exactly what's going on, gives his recommendation and you decide what to do next. For the past 10 years I have been getting robbed by other auto services. So I decided to come to this dealership 2 years ago and ever since I come out w. A huge smile on my face. Their prices are even better than the local auto service shops.

Service is great! Making an appointment takes a while as they are backed up but between the Service Dept and Parts I have never had an issue! Chantel is awesome and always delivers and Jeremy in parts always is on point!

There s hardly any wait. The customer service is great and they keep you updated on what additional repairs you may need and possible charges. Having a Toyota, it s best to have Toyota service your car when it s still under warranty.

Service was good. They accommodated my need to get out of there by a certain time so I could get to another appointment. Service staff is always friendly. They diagnosed an issue that I had the option to take care of right away or wait. They always suggest things to make sure my car stays in the road instead of the service dept.

The staff was willing to assist me and my family as soon as we walked through the door. The saleswoman that helped us was very knowledgeable about the vehicles we were interested in. I would definitely recommend any to check out the Hempstead location. You will feel your bucks being well spent.

It has been 12 months and I am enjoying my 2-year complimentary care package from such a great dealership here at Millennium Toyota dealer in Hempstead, New York here in Nassau County, Long Island near the borderline of Garden City New York on North Franklin. Come on down & purchase you a vehicle. I received such a wonderful deal. Buying my vehicle was the greatest feeling & the best investment yet!!! I promise you that you won't be disappointed!!!

The service/ maintenence is not great. Long waiting periods just for an oil change. Some of the representatives are not helpful and transparent with info on your car. They used to offer manicures while you wait and food, but not anymore.

Used this service center 3x since moving to Nassau County. I'm considering alternatives. Clean, nice people. Shuttle service could be improved.

I brought my car in to have the airbag replaced because it was subject to a recall. Having never been there before, I walked into the showroom and told an employee that I was there for an 8:00am appointment to have my airbag replaced.He immediately started in on a sales pitch and wanted me to buy a car. I told him I was not interested in a new car right now. He then says something about the airbags being a problem on models like the one I already own. I knew that. That's why I was there having it replaced.Anyway, he tried a few times to make a sale but eventually told me where to find the service department.After I got my car back, I noticed they hadn't lock the steering column in place. Not a huge deal, but also not something that makes me want to ever return.

My overall experiences have been positive with my daughters 2012 Corolla. Be careful of the very expensive "combo" packages they try to peddle, most are unnecessary. Pick your battles wisely, engine oil, radiator coolant levels and tire pressure maintenance are essentials.

Even if you have an appointment you can expect to wait up to 3-4 hours. The staff are very friendly though.

Thank you for the professionalism and the high level of customer service I had in your store . I gave you 5 stars review specially for agent Ch.A. . I had an over priced estimate in Toyota Massapequa and when I stopped by millennium Toyota dealership for parts I spoke to the service agent about the issue , They walked that extra mile and contacted service department to see if my car break worth that number or no . After checking the car again I had the car fixed within 2 hrs. For the half of the mistakenly estimated service price in Toyota Massapequa . Omg!!!! The longest wait ever. Stick a fork in me, I m done.. I would ve been better off going to Pep Boys or Mavis Tire for the service. This is beyond ridiculous!!!!
