I showed up early in the morning, and as soon as I walked in I was greeted professionally by one of the service personnel (Steven murillo). He explained to me everything that needed to be done in my car, and that that service would be a quick in and out which turned out to be true. He periodically checked to see if I was fine and inform me about the status of my car. I felt that the prices were fair and that the service was more than expected.

I absolutely hate this place. I made an appointment for 7am. I did not get helped until 40 minutes later. They said the time estimate was one and a half to two hours. Yet on the paper they gave me, it says my car wouldn t be ready til 12 the earliest. I ve been sitting here for 5 hours and I still have not gotten my car back. No one has given me any updates. The man who helped me won t even make eye contact every time he walks by. I don t see the point of making an appointment if they re not going to service my car as if I made one to begin with. Yet! They have the nerve to put up all these signs saying to make an appointment to avoid waiting. Do not come here!!! You re better off at a different location.

Service does not appreciate client s time.Sent it in for 2 recalls service after setting up an appointment on their website. When I dropped it off they told me that they didn t have 1 of the parts to be replaced but they did have the other one and it would definitely get replaced same day. 4 hours later they call me and tell me they also don t have the second part. So my car was there for over five hours and no one thought to confirm if they had enough inventory to do the service. I don t know if they are short staffed or if they are dealing with other issues, but the fact that they over promised and under delivered forced me to write this 1 star review and warn others to go somewhere else. As this is not the first time something like this happens.

Steven M. Is a wonderful person to be seated at the center of the front desk as you walk into the service center. He is polite, friendly, and most importantly, honest. he was able to help me with my issue, and I would highly recommend the Service Center, solely because of him.

Millennium Honda has been my preferred service provider for my car since I bought it. The quality of work and care in attention from the service department has been outstanding every time. Orlando, service advisor, has greeted me each time in a friendly and professional manner. Always welcoming. The team at the dealership went above and beyond during my research/ purchasing process as well.Highly recommend you book in advance or come early since they are highly sought after for the quality work.

Incompetence; dealership scheduled recall service and then they did not have part and kept car overnight!Incredible - head scratcher! This comes after other complaints with recent lease! I will never return for service or new.

Fast, efficient, upfront and ordered. Long queues in opening hour; one has to be conversant with positioning so as not to get mis-slotted in the Millennium Hyundai queue.Avoid car wash here, unless it's complimentary.Pricing is through the roof; be prepared to auction an arm and a leg. And get everything on paper before giving assent.

I would never recommend this place to anyone.If I could give a 0 star rating I would. I went here to get my AC fixed. When picking up my car i noticed there was damage that wasn't previously there. I confronted them about this and after waiting no less then a half hour someone finally came to look at it. They then denied causing the damage and I wait ANOTHER 30 or so minutes for ANOTHER representative to look at the car. She looks at the car and and we go inside to check the cameras to see if the damage was there previously or not. They then spend some time denying literal PHOTOGRAPHIC AND VIDEO PROOF that my vehicle wasn't damaged before dropping it off to them. Eventually they agree to fix it. When my car is returned a few minutes later, THE DAMAGE IS ONLY PARTIALLY FIXED. I also just recently noticed that the caps on the low and high side of my AC WERE NEVER PUT BACK. They were left under the hood along with a miscellaneous clip that I'm not sure the origin of.TLDR: they damaged my car didn't properly fix it and didn't put my car completely back together after working on it.

Having an appointment means nothing!!After 3 hours of waiting I get the standard response, "We are short-staffed today" the same as the last visit.So much for a reliable Japanese car?Within 5000 miles, the headlight is flooded and this is the second visit that I have had to spend my time on a faulty expensive part.

Very disappointed with my service experience at Millennium Honda. I brought my Honda in for a minor service with a confirmed loaner car appointment. However, the advisor informed me that no loaner cars were available when he learned I hadn't purchased the car from their dealership. Additionally, they incorrectly claimed my warranty was inactive despite having recently purchased the car and confirming warranty status with Honda directly. This dishonesty was unprofessional. Take your car elsewhere.

Gwindalyn Brown was amazing . She was very kind , respectful & polite . She handled my situation with so much care . It was an honor to meet her . Please ask for her directly and I m pretty sure you will feel the same as I do . She kept me updated on everything which was going on with my 2021 Accord . Worse place, avoid going here at all cost. I went there for an oil change, breaks and to re-calibrate Honda sensing radar. They had me waiting from 10:30am till close. I went to check out the status and then I realized they simply forget to do anything in my car. They wasted my time.Very expensive, I been servicing my car at Honda city in Bethpage they never charge diagnostic fee. For calibrating radar, they quoted me $169 diagnostics + $599 for repair + 4 hours of work and they told me if it s stop working, they don t take responsibility. Meanwhile, Honda Bethpage quoted only $369 for repairs and two hours of work including test drive. Please don t go!!! This place rip your money.

Appointments don t mean anything, 4 hours for an oil change. They give you a receipt with a promised time for the work to be completed and then go over the time by 2 hours. Every time you ask how long they say 20 minutes.

They made me make an appointment for them to look at my car. Only to find out the appointment was just to DROP OFF the car. I would then have to wait a week for them to diagnose and resolve the issueApparently, they just assume you either don't work or don't need the car for anything.

Incompetent, incapable, unfit, unorganizedJust a few "nice" words to describe the service center.Received my car back after a week with the necessary work not even completed.Obvious damage to my front bumper , license plate , and grille. Of course no one mentioned the extent of damage when I was there for two hours picking up my car.Will be the last time I ever buy or service my car thereNever dealt with more stupid people in my life.

Today, I went to to change oil engine and transmission fluid, service was fast and professional, the problem was that when I came back home I wanted to add some fluid windshield and I noticed a big crack on my air flow tube, how come the mechanic who just changed engine oil and transmission fluid, did not notice that.

I had my car service at Millennium Honda Service center today. As always Tom K took great care of me. Tom K is top-notch when it comes to great service and he's always on point. He had me in and out and is always kind and friendly. He makes sure you know exactly what to expect as far as turnaround. Tom K is extreamly knowlegeable and informative as always. He call me as soon as my car was ready to get picked up. I strongly recommend Tom K.I take my car for service here quite often. 3 Days ago I visit I leave satisfied with the service. Tom K. who is one of the advisors is a good person and particular service provider.I have had service performed many times at Millienium Honda Service Center. Always very helpful with service. Service Manager Taran are easy to deal with and solve problems on my schedule. He went above and beyond to provide me with the best possible service, care and attention. Service has been quick and efficient!

NEVER AGAIN. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME coming to this service center, I ve wasted my time yet again. Tried giving them the benefit of the doubt after a terrible experience a few months ago after waiting HOURS with a toddler for an oil change (with an appointment) when I was told it wouldn t be long. Today I go in for an appointment (made online) for an inspection and Tire alignment, which this time I set up to drop off since last time was a nightmare. Drive 30 minutes to be told they DO NOT have inspection stickers and their alignment machine is being replaced. I really tried to give them another chance after the previous experience, but this place is useless. The response I received was I m sorry. You would think they would try contacting people with appointments if they can not provide the service you have an appointment for, but they DON T CARE. Years of owning Hondas and using Millenium Honda, but 100% will not be returning to this service center. Find a service center who is well managed, has better customer service and actually cares about a customer s time.

I dropped my car off on a Monday to be checked out and no one checked the car. I called later on that Monday and they said they were short-staffed and that it would be looked at on Tuesday. Tuesday came and I called to check to see if it was looked and the service representative said someone would call me back. I never got a call back. I called back Wednesday morning and had decided I would go get my vehicle. The service representative said no one had seen the car. This is very bad business. I scheduled time to have my car checked and it was never looked at for 3 days. I could have just kept my car home with me so that I can get my errand done. I really needed my car checked out as well. Very dissatisfied. I suggest you find a more professional place to take your car

Went for help changing my fob batteries. Gwin Brown is always super efficient and I always go to her for service. Today she got William Trujillo and Tara Robinson to come to my aid. This place is a joke. I arrived at 8:35 for my 8:45 appointment. I waited until 9:15 to see a service advisor just to check my car in. Despite my report of the issue I came in for, they charge $175 for a diagnostic test to see what s going on with the car (and probably find more things to charge me for). So $175 before they even fix anything?! Then I asked how long I might expect until my car is looked at - they said they have no idea but will try to complete the work today. I understand that the work may take some time, and even more than one day depending on the issue, but to not even look at my car for several hours after my scheduled appointment time is not reasonable. I asked the service advisor why if I have an 8:45 appointment the car may not even be looked at for hours. He said that my appointment at 8:45 was to meet with a service advisor not have the car looked at. What?! Well if I had to wait in line for 40 min for my scheduled appointment- I can t even imagine how long it would take for the unscheduled diagnostic test. Needless to say, I left and will not be going back.

I brought my car in for maintenance and received the multipoint inspection on my vehicle that stated my brake pads had 6mm. Within three weeks of driving less than 1,000 miles I heard loud screeching noise. After bringing my car to a near by shop as I suspected my rear brakes and rotors were really bad. I was riding on metal! I called several times asking to speak with a manager, leaving messages and a call was never returned. There is always an issue at this location under staff, new staff that s unaware, frequent change in management . Eventually something will need to be done because customers are entrusting staff to ensure their vehicles are safe to drive. Had I been driving my vehicle with my front brakes and rotors instead of my rear in that condition it could have ended differently.
